Dear Sir/Madam, On Sep 28th 2014, I ordered a Reebok Sunglass through the shopping site of www.rediff.com. The order number is 10480968. They had advertised the rate to be Rs. 299 after a 90% discount on the MRP (Rs. 2995). After a couple of complaints, I got the product delivered on Oct 10th 2014 and to my disbelief, it was a pathetic replica of the original. The box or the cloth or the glass itself did not even fit to be sold on the local market, let alone on a website carrying your logo and brand. I have lodged a complaint against the site for this and will also be taking it through the law if required. I am using this forum to give you a heads up to you as well.     Dear Sir, Last year I had bought for myself a pair of rebook shoes primarily for walking and other allied uses. Until recently it was giving excellent service but, suddenly I found that the bottom (black) sole had dislodged of the left pair. On checking the right pair similar thing happened but only partially. As I am a great admirer of reebok, I was rather confident while buying that it will render good service at least for 2/3 years for the kind o[censored]se and had not preserved the invoice. But for my utter misfortune this happened just within a year of purchase. This was the third reebok pair where the sole got detached so I am totally disappointed now. I am a resident of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh/India and had bought the shoe from a reebok show room at Jagdambba centre. But, now I am running post to pillar in search of a good cobbler to repair it but in vain. Being fully aware that reebok gives warranty of only three months against manufacturing defects, but, with the reputation reebok has world wide, this outcome within a year is certainly not acceptable.       I bought a Reebok Fusion Runner shoe on discount rates from Tolichowki, Hyderabad outlet around a year back. Really dissappointed with the product as the outer rubber soles keep falling apart. I had got it repaired from the outlet and still it keep falling off. I trusted Reebok and hope to find a sincere resolution for this problem.

          yesterday i bought a pair of reebok shoe (style no. V61277) i spend almost an hour in the shop ..selcting and checking shoes... after finalising...they packed me the shoes ..not the one which was in display, i even asked them to check the packed shoe, infact, i wantd to chck..but they didnot allow... after reaching home..i found holes in the shoes and was stained. this act of theirs made me not to trust them and the reebok brand... i will be highly obliged i[censored] take necessary step thanking you yours faithfully, JEET BISWAS

              I purchased reebok play dry pair of shoes from mumbai. Presently Im placed in Guwahati, Assam. The manufacruring defects of this costly shoes became visible after a few months of purchase.Lastly the authorized shops of Reebok at G.S road, Guwahati got d shoes repaired 25/12/13 & in June, 2014on payment of repairing charge in cash. Now the sole & some lower parts of the shoes got disjoined & is not usable at all.                 This to bring to your notice that I, Ashish Kumar Thakore purchased shoes pair coded[protected] from Reebok stores @ Tolichoki hyderabad on 20th June.after one month o[censored]sage the sole of shoe started coming off and when I took the shoe back to the vendor for checking and repair I got excuses stating shoe has double sole and would usually come off after some wear. One of the piece comes slightly defective like this and we cannot do anything about the same etc.. I appreciate if my plea for repair and rectify of this particular shoe pair is taken care of by Reebok authorised concerned at the earliest to avoid further stretch of this issue. I assume that Reebok still values to retain long term customer satisfaction as there prime motto and help resolve this issue at the earliest opportunity. Enclosed are the images of the bill and defective shoes.

                    I have bought shoes worth 8k and within 2-3 months, the sole started coming out. When I went to the store and filed a claim, they took a whole month to process it and now they say they won't replace as it is out of warranty. It's very surprising to know they need a month to find it out and more importantly if 8000 worth shoes cannot even last for 8 weeks, what is the point of spending so much for branded shoes. I see no difference between the way reebok is handling such issues when compared to a road-side shoe vendor. I have lost total trust in the brand. Ideally the shoe have to be replaced whereas the vendor says he will just paste the sole. This is not at all professional way of handling such defects. The claim number is 18085. This was bought from Indiranagar, 100 feet road store.

                        To : [protected]@mochi.in To whomsoever it may concern, Date of purchase: 29/06/2014Bill no.: 18863Date of filing a complain: 23/07/2014 Complaint no.: 1004 This is regarding the Reebok sports shoes I purchased for my daughter from Mochi on 29/06/2014 from Nashik (College Road branch).She had complained pain in heel and knee after she wore the shoes for two days. That time we did not suspect it to be because of the shoes. She took pain killers and was alright! Later, she wore the shoes to a Pune trip for 3 days (19/07/2014-21/07/2014) and she complained of the same pain and it was then that we realized that the pain was because of the shoes!On the 23/07/2014 we complained about the shoes and they sent it for quality check through Linecut Memo No.: NSM|1004 Dt:23/07/2014. I feel furious about this that the shoes have been sent back as it is and have been tested as OK! I was expecting a call from the Quality Control department with respect to this problem as I expected that they would want to know what exactly the problem is that the costumer is facing! Without even talking to the costumer and understanding what the problem is, how can one decide on the product to be OK!The major issue is that the Reebok product is being tested at the Mochi Quality Control! I have not taken the shoes back from the shop and I expect a genuine lookout into the matter from your side!Waiting for a PROMPT reply!

                            Dear Sir, I had a bought a pair of Reebok football shoes from M/s Synergy Incorporation, Shop No. 173, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi 110023 on July 19, 2014. Reebok widely advertises in India giving the impression that they are one of the leading sports brands in the world, and they offer the best quality products to its customers. In the hope that I would get the best durability and quality for their product I chose Reebok football shoes. However, within a week the shoe has started disintegrating from the side making it useless. Upon approaching the vendor who sold the shoes to us, they rejected and refused to entertain our complaint. We feel cheated. We would like to either get our money back or they exchange the shoe that would be useable for a reasonable period of time without damage and disintegration from the sides.                               sir, 1. I had purchased a lower track pants from reebok showroom in jabalpur in july first week. the track pants were big so i gave it for alteration and we went for around 5 to 6 times and the staff kept giving sm reasons. and then one day we found the shop to be closed and came toknow that showroom has been shut down. 2. the showroom was owned by tristar, nagpur. i have been writing to thaem and calling up but no response.so i have finally decided to complain against them in consumer forum for harrasing the customers and i have lost all my faith in reebok nw. i would like to inform you that its against the ethics that customers are being harrased like this and i am not going to loose my hard earned money so easily. i request you to do something so that i can regain my faith in reebok back 3. i have kept all bills with me for proof

                                      Hi, I bought a Reebok on 5 april 2014 from your outlet at First floor in GIP Mall, Noida. I am unable to locate the invoice but the payment was made by ICICI credit cards, transaction number 74332744096409539459037 for Rs 5999. The shoe has torn near the laces, please see attached pics. The details of the shoe can also be seen in the pics. Never expected that Reebok shoe costing 6K INR would tear within 3 months o[censored]se. Do note that the shoe wasn't even used heavily - 8 to 10 times. This is really disappointing and not expected from a company of your repute. Look forward to hearing from you to change the shoes. Please do the needful.

                                        sir, 1. on 2 july 2014 i purchased a lower for my wife from shop no 10, chopra complex gorakhpur road, jabalpur. the lower was long so we gave it to them for stiching for which they charged also. 2. now i went 3 times after 3 july to get me lower and they kept giving me reasons and didnt return to me saying come tomorrow. 3. now on 10 once i went i came to know that shop has been shut down .i have been harrased and dont know how to get my stuffs back. 4. can anybody help me.
