I, Mr. Hasmukh Shah had purchased a pair of shoes from Reebok from London,in JULY 2012.They are walking shoes with product code,OWQ502 212 J87313 T044DSZ901099 [protected] .While walking on beach the sand &water enters the shoes and becomes difficult to walk. I have been using the same brand since very long &is satisfied with its quality but this time that i am facing a problem has made me upset.. please let me know where should i give them for servicing .Reply through email at [protected]@ymail.com or contact on [protected].     sir,
    this is to inform you that this pare of shoe i have purchased from your gwalior store witch is lockated at deen dayal mall called honeybee collection TIN no.[protected] invoice no.2415 date[protected] in just 2 months the sole of the shoe has up rooted from the upper side & th rubber skin is peeling off from back side as you can see in the images so i have go to your store on date[protected] and show it to the store incharge. he has told me that we will send it to company but after 18 days he has given me the shoe & he has got pasted the shoe from local market. i thing this is not fare & not good for your company's reputation,so pleas look after the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

      I Purchase rebbok shoe in Nov-12 from Bikaner Reebok rani bazar, showroom dealer, after 2 or 3 days when i wear it & walking , it have a noise.
      after it when i went to dealer he said its normal, then i discused with him a lot. then he agree to repair my shoe and tell me to come after 2 days
      after it when i went he said its not repair, come after more 2 days and he do it with me more than 3 time. than i told him to refund my money than he say we send your shoe to company. and now after 3 months the position was same. i need my money back. bcoz i bought another shoe and not required it now. if he doesn't give me money than i go to consumer court.

      I have brought up 'Reebok' shoes from my near by show room six month before.But the problem is now these shoes are in very bad condition . I want my money return ,but on the bill it is mention that money is not refundable.So i just want to ask is there any chance?

      Reebok Shoes — REFUND AWAITED

      Sub. order no. 760759 for the supply of Reebok shoes no. 9

      I had booked Supply of Reebok Shoes in the month of June ,10 thru AVA Mercandsing and the Payment got debited thru ICICI Credit card also. But the party could not supply the same even after 6 Weeks so the order for the same was cancelled and confirmed to them thru mail also.

      Despite several follow up the refund for the same is still pending.Pls. help me to get the refund for the same.

        I purchased Shoe R100087 ( No. 11) and V64880 ( No. 10) vide bill no. B7-2630 dated 22.10.2011 from SUNCORP LIFESTYLES LTD., FACTORY PRICE STORE, Plot No. 1 , Dhanlakshmi co-op Housing Society, Bowenpally, Hyderabad 500016 . I started using Shoe V64880 costing Rs. 3299/-since December 2012 . Within few months , its sole has given way . I request M/S Reebok to look into the matter and replace my shoe at the earliest.

        Reebok/Shoe — poor quality

        This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased one pair of Reebok Shoes No.8 from Shri Marooti (SSF) Industries Pvt. Ltd., 36c B.T. Road, Kolkata-700002 on 04.09.2007. But for all my surprise, after using the shoe got cracked and came apart from 2 mm from the sole. I am surprised because I am a regular user of Reebok shoe and this sort of experience have never come across to me. Anyway, as per the terms of the sale, I have approached the vendor for replacement/repair of the same on 19.01.2008. The pair of shoes were accepted by them for doing the needful vide customer claim form No. 4737 dt:19.01.2008 and expected delivery of the same was within 20 days. But to all my despair my efforts to get back the shoe has gone in vein, even the manager and particularly one staff called shankar is behaving very rudly when I call up to them. Now a days they are disconnecting the phone when I enquire about the shoe. As this is very much humiliating to me, I am bound to complain to the legal authority from you within 15 days.

          I have purchased a reebok shoe in the month of october 2012.I hardly wore it for two days and it's sole has come out.I visited to the store from where i have purchased the items and ask for the replacement but they denied and has given me surety that they will paste it and make it purfect.They took for this job nearly one month and after they gave me back my shoe i wore it hardly for two days and again sole has come out.

          This time i have requested them to replace the item and give me new one.After more then one month they replaced the item and gave me new one.When they replaced the items they have taken back the bill and refused to me give me the new bill.
          With the new shoe also same happened and after a week o[censored]se it's sole also has come out. Shopkeeper refused to take it back and not doing anything on my complain .

          Kindly help me what i am supposed to do in this case.

          Reebok — Pasting of the sole is faulty

          I had purchased a pair of Reebok Shoes 5 months back and now the sole has come out. I had personally visited the dealer, who has its shop at the following address .

          The dealer refused to repair the shoes and said that the warranty is only for 3 months and the shoes are 5 months old. When i enquired about the warranty from another dealer who has his shop at sec. - 37, Noida. U.p, he told me that the shoes has 6 months warranty. Do reebok has any central customer care unit where i can lodge a complaint for the same?

            I ordered this on 19/12/2012 & I have told that I will received free gift within a week, but still I am waiting for the free gift (Reebok combo). I don’t received any mail till now neither regarding registration nor about contest or free gift till date.

            Reebok — Non-Receipt of the Product

            I have ordered for Reebok Gym Kit after looking at the advertisement in Deccan Chronicle dated 05/03/2010 on phone and made payment of Rs.3400/- on phone through credit card. the order No. given by the person on phone is[protected]. Till this day i have not received the product. unfortunately, I have not noted own the phone number of the agency. to me this clearly appears to be cheating but nothing else.
            Kindly help me out if possible.

              Dear Sir,
              I bought kid shoe on 26th Jan 2013 for my son of 10years old from your show room at DB mall Bhopal. I bought it in Rs 1500/- with 70% offer ( Original Price was Rs 5000/-). My son wore the shoe very nest day for 2 hours. It was very surprising to notice cracks and the leather was torn as seen in the picture. Even if it is with 70% offer still Rs 1500/- has got value. I have been using Reebok shoes since years, But this was first ever demonstration of a low quality product from reputed brand like Reebok.
              I kindly request you to replace the shoe or return the amount whichever is convenient.

                I bought Reebok Easytone Shoes from Reebok store in Spice Mall , NOIDA. The first day i wore the shoes while walking, I developed a sharp pain in my right foot.I felt that the shoes were heavy and unfit for walking. After 10 days i tried wearing the shoes again with the same result. A week back I wore the shoes for three consecutive days and the pain became so acute that now I am undergoing treatment in a Military Hospital.

                I feel that the shoes are defective and do not do justice to ypur brand. My husband is and Army Officer presently serving in Assam. Kindly let me know the process for redressal of my complaint

                  While I was in the process of buying LG Refrigerator I was told by the dealer that you have sponsored a free gift of Article No. 122723, Atomatic Watch Black (Men) (Wrist Watch) size UNI, MRP 2599/- Code[protected] alongwith LG Refrigerator GL 285BEG5 270 Ltrs.

                  Since I have been using Rebook products I was so happy and eager to order for LG Refrigerator GL 285BEG5 270 Ltrs.availing your product being qualitative and well known product without wasting time for search of other items of LG or other reputed brands.

                  Taking into consideration the quality of Rebook products being received alongwith the LG Refrigerator GL 285BEG5 as a special gift I had purchased LG Refrigerator GL 285BEG5 from M/s SHIVAM (LG Shoppe), Plot No. 638, Lilashah Circle, Gandhidham - Kutch (Phone No.[protected] vide invoice dated 11/11/2012 and availed your special gift.

                  To my surprise when I started using the Wrist Watch on[protected] it was found that it was not at all working properly and it gets stopped frequently. Moreover, some colour change was also observed inside the dial. Initially I could not belief such problems in a reputed brand like yours. Inspite of adjusting the time several times it shows wrong timings.

                  This not only creates doubt on the product like rebook which is having name and fame in the market but also may force the customer to comment on such poor/inferior quality effects among the other users which ultimately spoils the reputation of Rebook products in the market and affects the sale of its good products.

                  I therefore request your goodself to kindly look into the matter and take the above aspect in the right spirit to keep up the name of rebook and as an encouragement to the customer that rebook offers good after sales service to the customer, send me the right product "Atomatic Watch Black (Men) (Wrist Watch) size UNI, MRP 2599/- original one without hurting the feeling of good customer at the earliest either at the following address or through M/s SHIVAM, on receipt of which I shall hand over the product given to me to M/s Shivam.

                    In Siliguri Cosmos Mall , the Reebok showroom, since three months they continually telling lies that "We have some technical problem and this time we can't accept your vouchers, Please come in next month". Now when the validity of the vouchers near finished, they directly refuse to accept the gift vouchers. How a brand like Reebok cheat us in this way???.. Please lodge a complain against this Cheater .

                    My Vouchers are Issue on July 19 2012 and V.No. are 1555139, 1555138, 1554634, 1554635 Rs. 500/- of each = rs. 2000/- total.

                          I had bought a pair of Reebok Shoes (Product # J88948 ATH YELLOW/GREY/WHITE 8) from your franchisee - "My Foot" on Mall Road, Ludhiana on 30.04.2012 for Rs. 2,999.

                          Within a few months o[censored]se, I found that the threads on the outer sides. When shown to the franchisee, he promised to have the same repaired.

                          I got the pair back after a few weeks, but to my utter disbelief, I found that the insole had depressed from the metatarsal region near the base of fingers.

                          Now the pair is absolutely useless, since I wear the shoes for my comfort. I regularly use "Dr. Scholl" and "Reebok" since the last many years - but, this experience with "Reebok" has been very bad.

                          Despite sending an email to manufacturer at their email ID customer.[protected]@reebok.com, no response received - shows the lack of service this giant is providing.

                            I had made a purchase of Reebok Zigtech shoes in the month of July. But I am afraid to say that I
                            am highly dissatisfied with the product as it got torn in the beginning of November in spite of
                            my minimal usage. Now i am trying to contact them through emails and phone but there is no response at all.

                            It was my hard earned money that I put in buying the shoes, and paying 4500 for a pair of shows is never easy but these people are feeling pain even in replying to the emails.

                                yesterday i was in showroom and i have submitted my one day used Reebok shoe, and I don't have theat bill withe me . I do thee Credit Card statement of thee shoe I have purchased .

                                But my question is i have payed Rs.2100 and after only one day used theat pasting came out, theis is not fare?

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  The undersigned have purchased on 12-03-12 from the addressee no I (Benfoco Overseas Pvt Ltd)-15/3,Chowringhee Road ,Kolkata-700013 herein above at Rs. 7999/- for which Cash Memo bearing No-10893 was issued copy enclosed.

                                  The said shoe was been used with due care as it was a prize possession for the esteemed value that a product of “REEBOK” always carry with it. With utter shock the undersigned found that wearing the said shoe specially right one, had became very painful after putting it on for a couple of times more the undersigned on being very disappointed had approached the Reebok herein and returned the shoe 4/11/12 when upon inspection it was reported by your good self the Reebok that air bag in the right pair was punctured and the undersigned requested to callback and collect the shoe by 20 days there after.

                                  It is specially worth mentioning that there was no report on the part of the retailer the customer claim from 4/11/12 that the shoe has suffer at all any external damage fact that air bag puncture was very much recorded the copy of customer claim form and the no- CF/12/20067 is also enclosed.

                                  On 24/11/12 the undersigned visited the store when the shoe was returned without being repaired. On expressing resentment by the undersigned as the grievance remained undressed/ unresolved, the undersigned verbally informed by employee/officer of the store that it’s Delhi office where from the same has been returned unprepared.because of the warranty period of the shoe is over.

                                  As a customer the undersigned stood shocked and bewildered at such state of affairs that after spending Rs.7999/- for purchasing product of Reebok, the same became unusable and grievance is not dealt with appropriate serious action on the part of the addressee herein. The result of such negligence on the part of the addressee herein, the shoe instead of being replaced by the retailer and/or the company has been refused, resulting in a total wastage of the amount Rs 7999/- spend for the said shoe coupled with the harassment suffered by the undersigned apart from the tremendous mental agony and utter disgust that I am suffering. It was beyond remotest imagination that high value product of Reebok will last only for the couple of months and there after become dysfunctional.

                                  I believe and trust that keeping in view the esteem value attached with every product of Reebok the untimely damaged shoe be replaced immediately and alternatively the undersigned herein consumer is entitle to and so be compensated immediately. Your early action will be appreciated.

                                    i have Reebok gift voucher worth Rs.4500 with me i have tried redeeming the same in north west Delhi but non of the Reebok outlets has accepted the voucher saying that there is some dispute going with company because of which they will not accept the Rebook gift voucher. my voucher got expired on 12th oct 2012 and lying with me . there are nine gift voucher with Rs.500 each.

                                    Reebok — GIFT-VOUCHER NOT RECEIVED

                                    I PURCHASED A PAIR OF REEBOK SHOES BUT AFTER 05 MONTH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED GIFT BOUCHER.AFETR MANY CALLS THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER.

                                    hello sir i have gota printer and i got a gift voucher of rs.1000 but when i m going to rebok head office they are telling me any excuse yesterday the told me we r not swaping gioft card go to jammu for rs 1000 why i will go yo jammu and on rebok gift voucher there is wrote in all over india we can use it please help me in sortking out the problem...............

                                      This is to bring to your notice that I had bought a Reebok Watch on 13/1/12 from the Selectcity Mall located at Saket, New Delhi. However, the watch had some defect due to which I had sent that watch to the Store-Representative there (16/9/12) and he sent it to the customer care. I was informed that the watch would be corrected and returned to me soon. (copy no CF/12/6379)




                                      However, even after several weeks (MORE THAN TWO MONTHS) of continuous promises and assurance I did not receive the watch. In the last conversation I was informed that the customer care people have couriered the watch and I would get it in a day or two. When I went to collect my watch, I was shocked when I was told that I will not get my watch (this means all the communication that Reebok made earlier was not true and my time, energy and money was being wasted in making repeated visits and calls) and I had to take some other stuff of that value and even no credit note would be given to me from that store (which had nothing reasonable to buy and the store was closed after 15th of this month).




                                      This gives rise to a question.. Is this a general policy of Reebok (in India) of selling defective products in India and then troubling their customers? And is this how the company is planning to play with its brand image?





                                      I therefore request the company to direct the people responsible for this to refund my money &/return my watch in proper shape. At-least this much the company can do to rectify the bad and unsatisfactory customer service that has been rendered.




                                      I hope that the company will take proper corrective actions as soon as possible so as to retain its loyal customers and not play with its brand image LIKE THIS

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I purchased a pair of shoes from Reebok store in October 2012, within say a month the pasting & stitching started to come out & the few small cuts were visible on the upper side of the shoes.

                                        I am really shocked a company having such a good reputation, So please look into the matter and take necessary action.
