Hi, I bought a Reebok on 21st December 2013 from your outlet at Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad. I am unable to locate the invoice but the payment was made by ICICI credit cards, transaction number 74332743356335542811111 for Rs 8999. The shoe has torn near the laces, please see attached pics. The details of the shoe can also be seen in the pics. Never expected that Reebok shoe costing 9K INR would tear within 8 months o[censored]se. Do note that the shoe wasn't even used heavily - 8 to 10 times. This is really disappointing and not expected from a company of your repute. Look forward to hearing from you on the next steps.     I purchased Reebok Sipper from an authorized store. My organization Teleperformance located in Mansarovar, Jaipur rejected it stating that it is not a Sipper. Please reply me with a appropriate solution as i have spent approx. Rs550 to purchase this sipper just for office use. Now it is of no use to me. Is Reebok selling false product or what?           My name is Raman Sehgal, on 05.07, 2014 I visited your store at Select City Walk Saket New Delhi.My son chose one pair of shoes and we were offered 40% discount on the pair by your executive who was dealing with us, the cost of the shoe was Rs8, 999.00and after discount it was Rs5400.00. At the time of billing the Manager prompted to the executive why are you not giving them the BLUE colour instead of orange, then they refused me that the pair was not on discount if we go for the same shoe but with different colour we will get the discount, How this is possible.It means the SALE WHICH YOU ARE PROMOTING IS NOT GENUINE and this we have to make complaint against you, or your STORE EXECUTIVES are playing some game. After that when i said to your executive that why they were trying to fool the customer he and your manager talked in a very wrong behaviour and in rash language they even abused us. I want the clearification about the sale and a strict action will be appreciated against your staff.Waiting for the reply at the earliest. I m frequent consumer of Reebok's prodct. i have purchased a reebok Ortholite shoes on[protected] from Reliance Footprint store Allahabad and now there is a defect on shoes i visited 2 times on the store and the store officials repaired my shoes couple of time but again and again defect is happening. i told to store manager to replace my shoes with same but he deny at all.so i want appropriate action form your side. i have attached the picture of the shoes and the bill also. i hope this matter handle by u soon.                 I have purchased Reebok men grey RealFlex Scream 4.0 Sports Shoes of Size (12) From Sucorp. lifestyle.LTD, Reebok shoe room Ongole on 15/3/14 vide Invoice no:1760 for Rs 6999/-.After fewdays it is noticed that the holes are forming on left & right sides of the net/mesh on the both shoes, suspecting due to manufacturing defect .It is already bought to the notice of local dealer.the photos taken are also attached .Even purchasing the shoe at high cost, why should I suffer due to your manufacturing defect.                     Dear Sir, My self Roopam Saxena. This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased Reebok shoes from the Reebok store at V3S Mall, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi on 27th April'14 for the amount of Rs. 2299/-. After a week my I noticed that outer stitching is missing in one of the shoes (left foot shoe) due to which the shoe pair was looking awkward as commented by my friends as well. I went to return the shoe to the Reebok store on 24th May'14. The shopkeeper took the shoes and assured me that I will get a replacement of the defected shoes of the same model and price after he gets approval from Reebok company. This is only last week, I got an intimation from the Reebok Store that they have received the approval from Reebok Company for the replacement but the same model is not available at the store. I told him that I need the same model (which I liked the most) with same price but now he is saying that he does not have the same model and I should go for another model of shoes of higher price or any other product in the same price. I would like to inform you that I am not interested in any other Reebok product and also not interested in any other model of shoes. I only need the same model of shoes. If the shoes are not available, I want my amount Rs. 2299/- to be refunded. Therefore, I would request you to kindly either provide the same model of shoes or refund my amount of Rs. 2299/-. Your early response and resolution will be of great help in sustaining the customer satisfaction and faith for the company.                       i extremely sorry to say that my son purchased two T-shirts. from ur store at patiala from garg sports world. at around 7.15 pm. when he came back to home we immidiately went to the showroom to return the good as we told him to bring the formal T-shirts but by mistake he purchased the product. i was surprised to hear from the store owner that there is no refund policy. under compulsion we have to pay another 1200/- & purchased the shoe. which was realy not needed . kindly do the need full at ur end i am no interested to purchase any thing.if such a branded concern is working like this which not accepted at all.kindly refund me the money now my new purchase is under invoice no.                         I hv pair of REEBOK shoe ..but in just 5 months the upper of the shoe is in a real bad shape...i hv heard that sole has no guarantee but the upper has...i am so disappointed cuz reebok hs got a huge brand reputation..n still i am hvng such problem..pls do the justice.

                          dear sir we made a purchase of men's shoes from your showroom Cannaught Place Delhi India on 30 Nov 2013 by making payment from our credit card(statement attached) by making a payment of Rs.3999.00. we normally buy Lotto or Adidas products and for the first time we bought a shoes from REEBOK. Just after 1-2 months after buying the pair the mesh got torn (the stiching opened) from the upper right side, these shoes have been lying with us since then. On visiting the same store we were given your id to make a complaint. We are sending as attachments the Credit card statement, invoice copy, photographs of shoes . We did not expect the Reebok Products of this quality as products of other companies last for more than 2-3 years.                             I had bought reebok zigtech couple of months back from reebok store in Kamanahalli Bangalore. Within few months the net on both shoes has torn out.I saw lots of similar complaints with same problem on Internet which clearly points to the poor quality of shoes. I would like the company to take responsibility and act for poor quality of product.

                                Hi, I'm Dinesh from Hyderabad wanted to let you know how reckless and respect less towards customers your executives are. I have purchased Reebok shoe in Madhapur for INR 3799/-.Aftre using them for less than 6 months, the lower soul(rubber one in black color) started peeling off. I have taken it to the nearest Reebok store(Punjagutta) complaining the same. The people asked for the receipt of purchase to avail free servicing. At that time, I was not able to show the receipt. So the staff asked for a servicing charge of INR 250/- for pasting the lower soul which was really more than what was actually required. But the people there used the brand name "REEBOK" for pasting also. So I did not hesitate to pay that amount trusting your brand level servicing. They have taken my shoe for servicing and gave me a piece of slip writing the phone number on that. After completion of servicing they called me to handover the shoe. I've taken that and started using, After using the shoe for 20 days, the soul again started peeling off. I was out of station for couple of months and stopped using the shoe as the shoe soul was not good. After returning to my home town after couple of months, I've taken the shoe to the same store(Punjagutta) and felt really bad for purchasing your shoe. That is the way your staff responded to me. They behaved like as if they are not responsible for anything once they sell the shoe. They are again asking the amount of 250 for servicing that shoe. Being a world reputed brand, this kind of service sucks. I can explain you better if you can call me. +91-[protected].

                                I would have sent you the images of the poor pasting work they have done, but my shoe is now with your Reebok store in Himayathnagar. I was diverted to this store by your Punjagutta staff. When I came here to complain the same, the concerned person was not in the store. So, one of the staff members received my shoe and again gave me a slip writing the store contact number on that. Yesterday I went to collect my shoe, but the concerned person Mr.Sabeel in Himayathnagar branch responded to me without any decency. He said that the pasting work was done again and he will not return the shoe until I Pay INR 300/- again. "I also told him that I filed a complaint against this incident". Mr.Sabeel responded saying "I don't bother, but will not return the shoe unless I pay the money". Later I called Reebok customer care with the guidance of one of the store manager in Dilshuknagar. I've explained him the everything right from the begining. He felt sorry about the situation and connected the call to Reebok customer care. I was lastly shocked to hear that "Reebok does not support any servicing work. If we have any problem with the shoe, we'll directly replace it." See how staff of Reebok cheating us using the brand name for pasting services also. It can be done outside for less than INR 30-50/- also. But staff in your store are charging us INR 300/- that too for very poor work. How fair it is you people again asking me to pay INR 300/-. Store people kept my shoe with them and arguing with me to pay Rs.300/-. Now I'm shoe less. Is this a gift for me from your service?? Please respond to me ASAP!!! +91 [protected].

                                  Hi, I bought Reebok shoes in Jan 2014. After 2 months, the net of the left shoe started wearing off from the back. i raised it with the showroom where I purchased it but they said that there is no warranty or replacement in case of net. After 3 months, my left foot started paining, so i reduced my running by almost half, but still my foot always felt suffocated. Yesterday i carefully examined both the shoes and the left foot is one number less than the right foot. I believe the salesman did not checked while packing the shoes and has provided me a mismatch. Now its more than 3 months, so I am not sure if Reebok will replace it or not? Please call me with a resolution : [protected]

                                    I bought my Reebok running shoes from Rbk Store, 540 L Model Town, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. Just 4 months down the road and they have worn out like anything, needless to say without any rigorous running! I've a huge doubt that the store mentioned above might be selling duplicate Reebok products and the concerned authorities should look into it. If not, then I'd be very disappointed that reebok has come to this. Nonetheless, my next step would be to go to the consumer court of India as I've been duped into buying these 5-7k running shoes either by the shopkeeper or by the company. Attached is the photo proof of the dilapidated shoe. You can clearly see the net torn on the front and on the side as well. Please exchange these shoes with the original product and if both are the same please refund my money or exchange these for another pair of running shoes in the same price range.

                                      This is to bring in to the notice of such an esteemed company, that I have bought 3 pairs of joggingshorts dated 26th January 2014 from theReebok exclusive Store based out in Jaipur (01st Floor shop no 16, MGFmetropolitan mall opp- Nehru Sahkar Bhawan, 22 Godam, Jaipur-302001). After usingthese shorts within a span of 15 days it turned out a defected pairs. There is abubbling issue in 2 of the pairs of jogging shorts, which was informed to thestore in charge Mr. Jitendra, he send a email to customer care and in return hegot a revert in February which is almost 1 month to replace onlyone pair of shorts however both the pair had a same issue. I requested store in charge to resend an email to theconcerned team so as to bring this issueinto their notice which was simply ignored and he sent almost 4 reminder to thembut still there is no response or attention given to it. I waited for almost 3 months as I really do not wanted to write orlodge a complaint for all this mishap happened in my case but I was left with noother option to write an email or to knock the doors of customer court. I am really surprised and amazed to see such a behavior ofignorance toward the customer who spend almost thousand at one instance simplytrusting the quality. The details of the Apperals which I had bought dated 26th January 1) Article No Z64438( defected) which I got an approval for replacement worth INR 2499/- 2) Article No Z65347( which was still pending however the defect was same as the Article No Z64438)worth INR 2299 3) Bill No: 2440 I am again requesting you to timely lookinto this and revert me accordingly latest 18th April post I amforced to knock the doors of customer court. FYI - I have the pictures of both thedefected pairs which I will submit to court as a proof.

                                        Dear Sir, I Purchased Reebok Shoes Running on January 2013 from Indian Naval Canteen Service, Mumbai. Due to availability of another Reebok shoes I was not used the same for entire 1 year. Today I start using the shoes nut I found that both shoe's sole is open from front side.
