I have a watch of Reebok which got damaged . I want to change it strap and battery but I don't know that from I should repair it. Please help me and tell me what to do . I live in Nagpur so please tell me if there is any service center in Nagpur.

    My shoe got damaged within 6 months because of the kind of material used. This kind of material(where it is damaged) should not be used for any shoe. This is completely wrong decision of choosing such a material for a shoe. I can strongly say it is a manufacturing defect. Product worked fine for 3 months and got damaged after 3 months more(within 6 months of date of purchase). So, shall the customers expect the life of the Reebok shoes is only 3 months. Reebok customer service is denying the replacement. So, shall the Reebok customers expect the life of the Reebok shoes is only 3 months.

      I placed an Order # 11979631 on Reebok India's official website (https://shop4reebok.com/) on 09/07/2015 for Rs.1, 479. Since this was COD order, they called me to confirm the order on 10/07/2015 and I acknowledged the order and asked them to ship. On 11/07/2015, I receive a call from Reebok India stating that there was technical snag on their website and the actual cost of the product is Rs.1, 679 and they will have to cancel my order. If I wish to receive the product, I will have to shell out Rs.200 more. If there was technical snag, why should customer bear the brunt.

        I have ordered a reebok shoe from the flipkart.com. Now I suspect whether the ordered shoe is original or not or anone is just using Reebok brand's name to sell their duplicate product. I want your administration to look into this and check whether the product I've ordered is original or not.

          I am ahuge fan of reebok...i wanted to tell you guys that snapdeal online one of the most common indian online shopping store is selling fake reebok sunglasses and trackpants...i am experiencing difficulties finding the product online through barcode scanner...i am a student ..new genaration of india so its not hard for us to tell the fakes..but majority of indian online shoppers dont care to scan the shopped products ...this will lead to less sales of reebok originals...whoever is making the product he have made a pretty good copy of the product please i dont want to see a good company like yours to suffer downfall...i hope you take my complaint seriously.they are selling them real cheap...

            I bought mens reebok training Runtone doheny 2.0 shoes from janak puri new delhi official reebok store for Rs.6749/- After 1 hour i came back home and checked the price on reebok official site They are selling the same product at Rs.5999/- I went back to the store they said it reebok policy we cant do anything. I talked to there manager and he he wasnt able to do anything. I want to alert and complain about there policy that why are they selling the same product costlier on store.and cheaper on reebok website. Online official reebok website is cheaper even after they give 30days money back guarantee and free shipping which the store is not giving I have attached proof of purchase and the online price dated 7.7.2015 My phone no. is [protected]

              Dear sir(s), I had purchased a Reebok watch for online shopping portal Askmebazaar", however, the product was different from the one appearing on the site. The Reebok watch with listed price of Rs. 2500/- approx was being offered on discount. Having faith in the international brand Reebok, I was pleased to order the product. However, as the product I recd was not only substandard but seems counterfeit. As I have requested to Askmebazaar for return of the product and refund against it, the customercare of the site has regretted it and stated that off course it is counterfeit and otherwise how can one buy reebok watch for so cheap. I even sent a mail to customer care reebok, but they didnt reply my querry about Reebok's connivance in this whole business of cheating people by luring with reputed brand names / and lending brand names. my only concern is return and refund of the product, I was misleaded into and feel cheated and duped. hoping redressal of my concern please. thanking you Maharaj Singh [protected]

                i have purchased a sandal from comfy shoemakers p ltd, DB road, R S Puram, coimbatore, tamil nadu on 25/04/2015. i am using the product occasionally only . there has been stitching complaint on the top of the right sandal and also the glue has given away in the inner side. i have taken the product to the dealer all the way from my hometown to get the warranty . to my agony they asked me to get it registered in the site and get back with the letter, so please kindly take up the matter and revert to me at the earliest. i have a request that i would be happy if i could get the product changed at the outlet in palakkad kerala. thanking you. arun shankar [protected] [protected]@gmail.com palakkad attaching the invoice and photos of the sandal

                  I purchased a watch from ebay last two weak before with PaisaPay ID [protected] (Reebok Premium Black/White Analog & Digital Watch MRP: Rs 2999. ( SKU: I22727 ) [protected] )). But after once i used, its strap was broken, so how I can use that one. I contacted to ebay, but they are telling that you have one year warranty, so you contact Reebok service center.                       Dear all I would like to draw you attention that I have purchase of SPORTY RUN LP on 23 May- 15 against order above order no, but unfortunately right shoes not properly fit its totally discomfort on other hand left one perfectly awesome I thought after few days it will adjust automatically but still not, even I have try to wear loose but result is same, I am not able to understand what the issue I have visit Reebok outlet at andheri west infinity mall, Mumbai also and ask them the reason but they can't, I buy a international brand like a Reebok !!                         I Have purchased a swimming costume from Reebok Kolkata City Center 1 showroom cost 2699 INR Bill No. SC239. After using it 5 days I found a that the costume got a stitching defect. After we reach the store with the damaged product the filled up a replacement/dispute product form and ask me to wait for 2-3 days. After 2-3 days they are offering me the entirely different product. Once I rejected the same they are saying they are out of stock with that particular product for particular colour. But tat the time of purchasing they ensured me that they have a huge stock and they can replace it any time if any fault found. Now they are finally offering me the same product in a different colour. By seeing no other choice I asked them to replace with the same product with different colour but they are saying they do not have the stock in the store. It will take some more days. I am attaching few photo proofs of my product detail. So I cant see any other option than lodge a complaint against them because I cant take this daily harassment. Please look into this matter and do something so that I can get back my fresh dispute free costume soon. Since I have spend a good amount to join the swimming club. Regards, S. Singha

                            Sir/Mam, I am really sad and shattered after what happened to me on 19th may 2015, evening in ambience mall, Gurgaon. I am Smriti Rani.I am leaving Delhi Ncr in next month.It was my last shopping here.I am going out for MBA.My earning is zero.Its all my dad alone who earns.Thus, a middle class family. What happened was i went to reebok store to buy a sports shoe which is i will be wearing hardly for 2 months all whole year.The price they told was Rs.10999 but due to some communication gap we heard Rs.1099.On counter he swapped my dad card then said Rs. 10999. We were shocked.I know its our mistake but its a human error, a communication gap, a misunderstanding which took place. Is there any way out to revert it .I am not in need of such a costly shoe neither we can afford it.Today i had a plan to buy few more things for my hostel.But my budget was suddenly disbalanced.I could not buy anything more and just came back home sadly.Sir, you are very well known about how much the expenses goes up when one goes out for MBA from a good institute.I hope you will understand my problem and consider it. Its a kind request of a student to kindly revert the transaction.Our family would be really greatfull to you if you could help me.You are running a big company kindly consider a small request of me.please.You may deduct Rs.100 or Rs.500 as punishment but sir 10999 is a huge amount and means allot to us.We were told that we can exchange shoe for other items of same value. But, i am not a sports girl and there is no item in the store which is appropriate for me.At the most I can take a lower. But again sir how many lowers to buy to make it to 10999. Sir please find a way.revert the transaction.I am really sad.

                              Respected Executive, I had buy 'Reebok Exclusive Runner Lp Black Running Shoes' on Thursday, 2nd April, 2015. The bought shoes looks like normal when they are new but actually they are of very bad quality and manufactured by using very low quality of material (like sole, glue etc) They just start tempering when i first wear them, In only four wears they get completely useless (torned) and now i can't wear them. Now i want a compensation from Reebok, Kindly repick your product (shoes) and make my refund in my bank account as soon as possible and if you deny to do the needful then this is the matter of appeal in the consumer court and you know you'll found guilty of supplying bad/defective products in the name of branded/Good ones beyond reasonable doubts, which results in a heavy compensation. . Well, the pictures of shoes too provide for your convenience In the pictures, we can see clearly that shoes got completely torn and now they can't be used further for wearing in public places. Defects: 1. Very bad cutting and stitching even threads too got unstitched from their mean position. 2. Lace voids get too enlarged and now it's nearly to break completely. 3. The upper body of shoes get dull and got ripped from toe box 4. Clearly visible and noticeable that sole is getting separate from upper body 5. Pasting got unpasted 6. Upper material start cutting (visible in the form of lines) Kindly do the needful, Hope you'll solve the issue as soon as possible. Regards I Remain ANKUR YADAV

                                I am neelam bajpai from lucknow and I have purchased ladies shoes from Reebok show room In Hazratganj road In the month of November 14, but the netted portion of my both the shoes started tearing within 3 months of my purchasing the shoes. Then I showed the shoes at the shoes at showroom but Instead of replacing the shoes they have repaired the shoes In such a untidy manner that my shoes worth Rs 3500 are now spoiled . Request do something with respect to replacement of my brand new shoes as the dealers are not responding to my problem

                                  Sir am using nike adidas and reebok shoes but whenever i wear reebok shoe and walk i get severe pain in my legs... I had asked suggestion from many sports personel all say tats because of shoes u get pain. I kindly request u to help me out .

                                    I bought the Brand new Reebok R Crossfit Nano 4.0 Gym shoes from Flipkart on 6th march 2015 and by 25th April 2015. The shoes cushioning from the outside is chipping and giving way. I have only used the shoes indoors, in the gym. Yet the shoes have already started giving way. I would like them to be exchanged under warranty. I tried to call the Reebok helpline number +[protected] but it gets disconnected automatically.
