I bought a pair of shoes for Rs2299/- from your Registered dealer in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. I am a senior citizen and an ex journalist. My left foot is smaller by half a number - it needs 6 1/2 number. I took the 7 number shoes just trying on the right foot as always. After wearing the shoes a few days later, I found that though the shoe fits well for the right foot, it is tight on the left foot, which is smaller. I wore them for a couple of days. So what do I do now. It is totally your factory defect. I find the left shoe uncomfortable and difficult to walk in. You should replace it.     i purchased reebok shoes for my son. he wore them only twice for his uncles marriage functions (within hotel premises in feb 14 ). since my size was also same, i took those to switzerland during my trip (14 march ).the third day these were worn, the shoes started wearing off. the sole of one shoes tear off on the third day of wearing, and started wearing from the front. (i had not even wirn the shoes in snow for a single day ...) the sole of second shoe tear off on the forth day of wearing & wearing & tearing started . the shopkeeper said, its not their responsibility, since it was under sale. however, i had purchased it trusting the brand name - reebok. of course, sale attracts, but doest it means its no more a reebok?????????? its totally away for my expectaions. i want the reebok company to either give me back my amount (INR 810.00) & take their shoes back. or give me another pair for my son. ( replacement). or get these repaired to my full satisfaction & return to me. will any action be taken to satisfy a customer who had trusted the name : reebok? i am providing the details of my purchase below: model : J07281 (field runner, running men), US size : 9, MRP= INR 2699.00/pair. after discount i got them for INR 810.00 purchase date: 14-01-14 seller:hari om enterprises, add: 4A, kamla nagar, shakti nagar, new delhi-110007. bill no- 1203.

        HI, Please refer to online complaint filed with reebok customer care Ree14030411 I had bought a pair of reebok shoes with MRP 5500/- approx which has been used sparingly as the no of pairs i have, really cant wear the same shoe everyday. The net of shoe has given way so soon and is torn now from one side. I had lodged a complaint to reebok customer care, so they asked me all details regarding the shoe and pics of area effected, incl a copy of bill invoice. I had provided them all details with the best of my memory as no one keeps a copy of invoice as it is highly unlikely for reekok shoes to develop a complaint, given the kind of reputation they share. More so, I had never faced any such issue in the past. However after providing them with all details they have come up with funny excuse of product out of warranty and when i asked them for details of their senior officials they have stopped responding to my mails. you are requested to please help me out in getting a replacement for this defective shoe as i feel cheated with this purchase. photographs attached showing the damaged area, shoe tongue label and otherwise intact shoe condition

          Hi all,

          Never buy the above mentioned items from whaaky.com. They are giving items which are original duplicate. When we try to contact they never attend the phone and always bounce the mail also. After long time of communication they replay send the photos of received items. And also they write the time is over (Three days) for return and replace items. Both items I bought from here is not fit for me and not useful. I think the reebok shoes were made by themself.
          They are not encourage the return of Items not suitable for customers.You can buy items from whaaky if you are ready to spoil the money. Never get Reebok original shoes. My two friends are also fell in the trap created by the wrose site whaaky. If anybody know where to complaint for banning these site. kindly replay to me.

            I got an shoe from my brother as gift of Reebok brand. When I wear that for the 1st time, with in hours both the soles came out. We connected with the company, and got an reply saying the product has exceeded the warranty period and hence can not be replaced. I agree to that point, but I believe it is companies responsibility to fix the product having manufacturing defects. Yes this product had manufacturing defect as a shoe mrp Rs 8999 can not be damaged on it's 1st wear. This is why I would request to the company to take necessary action and fix the product.

              Hi Reebok Team, This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a regular and loyal customer of Reebok. However, highly disappointed with the product this time. I have been trying to follow up with your executive Mr. Ravi at Moradabad ( U.P). However, there has been no response from Reebok yet. Problem: The shoe has the back Ankle side shape problem & back side of foot has caused lot of pain to the customer. The executive at Reebok also agrees that this is a fault in the make of the shoe.                   I have purchased a pair of ZQUICK Reebok shoes from Dehradun yesterday on the[protected] and this evening when I was jogging on the treadmill I got shoe bites on both my ankles as the back of the shoes rubbed against them causing injury and were extremely uncomfortable to either run or walk. When we went to the retail shop to exchange the pair they refused to exchange it even though it was within 24 hours of purchase and I had only worn the shoes once at the gym. Unless I wear the shoes how would I know what the problem is? Within just two hours of wear I have received injuries on both my ankles. This is not something that we expect from Reebok after paying Rs 8999.00 !!! I would like a better pair of shoes in exchange for this pair. Article No. V54315.                       Hello, I purchased the much advertised Reebok Zignano on 11/07/13, where as the manufacturing date on the box is of Jan, 2013 I have noticed that the net on both the shoes started tearing. Same tear happened exactly on both shoes and I have seen everyone wearing these shoes having the same tear at the same place. It is undoubtedly a manufacturing defect in part of reebok and really unexpected from a reputed brand especially when the price tag with the model is so high.. I hope my issue is addressed considering the brand reputation reebok has worldwide. I really hope for some redressal to be made for such kind of manufacturing defects in high price tag models.

I purchased the following item stated below from an official Reebok store in Nashik : Product - V49027 - Reebok Men White Active Sport II Lp Sports Shoes Invoice No. - D7-4068 Date of purchase - 28/1/2014 Showroom Price - Rs. 2999 (0% discount) Store - Modern Apparels, SK open mall, Ground floor, Showroom no. 3, Near BYK college, Nashik - 422005. The same product is available on a shopping website named MYNTRA and at a much cheaper rate with additional discounts. Link - http://www.myntra.com/sports-shoes/reebok/reebok-men-white-active-sport-ii-lp-sp... Online Price - Rs. 1890 (30 to 35 % discount) Difference in price =[protected] = Rs. 1109 I have been a loyal as well as regular customer of Reebok goods for the past two years. But such discrepancies in prices have left a bad taste in my mouth about Reebok. With that being said, I would like to avail the same amount of discount from your authorised store in Nashik or in case if that's not possible, get the amount refunded by cancelling my order.                           I purchased Reebok Hexa for approx Rs 7000 in April 2013. In Six months, the inner fabric near ankles tore and the support plastic came out. I also got injured at that time as I was running when it happened. I took the shoe to the Showroom - Reebok at Hitech City. They fobbed me off saying warranty is only for 3 months, charged me money for repair, did a patch work and returned the shoe to me. Is this correct?

                            Helllo, We have worst experience with reebok shoes. I bought a shoe before 7 months and it was broke in this time frame. We try to complain it from Shipra Mall Show room from Indrapuram Ghaziabad but they treat us rudely. I beleive you guys don't have ethics to talk with your customers.                               Just two days back i.e on 19/12/2013. i bought a pair of gloves(apparel) item no. Z64770 of about Rs.1500 from reebok dealer at apsara road gandhi nagar jammu and gloves with in just two days developed burr and became very useless...i informed to the dealer who didn't gave any satisfactory response. hope company addresses these issues and my complaint should be reconsider for replacement.                                 I bought a Reebok shoe on 11th oct 2013. after 1 week I had developed corns in my feet as right foot shoe was not comfortable and its base was not even. I bought the shoe in rohtak(Haryana) but now I was in Chennai so couldn't visit the store. so on 25th oct I sent a mail to Reebok.they asked for inspection so I couriered the shoes to them on 29 oct 2013. on 22nov they said that they will replace the shoes. with complaint no:-Ree13011325. today only on 17 december 2013 I received the same old shoes... dont know what kind of replacement they have done. this is the worst kind of behaviour I have ever seem. regards, Surya vikram email:[protected]@gmail.com

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    My child is studying in Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School at Thane. After Diwali vacation he requires to wear the PE shoes and therefore he prefers to wear Reebok School Shoes. Generally I experienced that every after Diwali Vacation either there is non - availability of shoe sizes and/or shoe. And then parents need to run and search for shoe from almost every nearby Reebok store. Looking into this every year experience and to avoid this inconvenience I purchased the Shoe few months back from Reebok Korum mall, Thane when it was available with them. After Diwali vacation, the school reopened yesterday; and my child first time wore the said shoes. Afternoon when he returned from the school; his shoes was separated from the sole.
                                    It was surprising and cause mental agony to me that how a new brand shoe can have a defect. Next day morning; with the said shoe I visited the Reebok Korum mall, Thane; wherein they refused to replace the shoe on the reason that I am not having the bill. Mearly not having bill will not change the fact that Shoe is not of Reebok brand. The denial to replace the shoe make me force to keep the said defected piece of shoe at Reebok Korum mall, Thane and I did that. The shoe is with Reebok Korum mall, Thane.
                                    Then on 19th November, I e-mailed my complaint to mukesh.[protected]@externals.reebok.com, customer.[protected]@reebok.com, [protected]@gmail.com. But they demanded the bill for the same. As it was mentioned in my main complaint mail itself that I am not having the bill. But since then till today neither anyone revert on this nor replaced the shoes despite of several request. The said shoes is in possession of the Reebok Korum mall, Thane. But till today no one bothers to resolve the issue till today.

                                    I therefore demand to replace the said shoe at earliest as the school reopened on 18th November.

                                        One year back, I purchased one shoe from reebok outlet, Pune, India. Item was marked at store as fresh item and priced Rs. 3999. After the purchase when I showed i to my friend, I was shocked after looking same shoe (same model & colour) with my friend in some wear & tear condition. The shocking thing was that he purchased same shoe some six month before my my purchasing at a price around Rs.2800 from reebok outlet. I felt cheated. Old model which my friend bought at a lesser price was sold to me at higher price as a fresh arrival. And the most embarrassing is that in just one year sole of my shoe separated from the body of the shoe. The product is just like non-branded item. This is really a cheating- Selling cheap products at higher price after labeling it branded. I did big mistake by selecting your product. This is the worst experience in my life with any brand. Now I regret on selecting reebok.
