Printing wrong mobile nos

@releaseMyAd worst service. Ad not printed after taking full payment. No one is responding on the customer care number. No replies on emails.

I have paid twice as per the company requirements 1721+143 rs including their all terms and conditions against my add which was booked on 24th august 2021.After that they have given me the release date of[protected].Still it is not published.
The customer care team is only listening the problems but there is no solution.I don’t know where I have invested the money in a useless and unprofessional agency.

I have published my add through releasemyadd in the month of April 21. They have charged GST as well, but do not file on the government portal. It's still reflects as pending on portal so our account team is unable to submit the invoice. After so many calls and emails, there is no solution till date.

I used them to place an ad in Midday Mumbai. they were eager on getting the payment and were swift about this but when it came to delivering the the ad they didn't. And when I called them and messaged them they lied saying its in the paper and if I have any complain then call the customer care. They were not ready to help in any way. We called Midday and they said that these guys are cheats and why we used them to do this.

I had booked an ad for release in Jabalpur, Dainik Bhaskar classified for wanted section on 9-5-2021. This ad was scheduled to be released on 12-5-21 The ad has not been released till date. Their executive Zahid has told me today that the ad has been released and has provided me with a complaint number 213137 with a resolution time of 48 hours. They are neither refunding the money nor are they sending confirmation of release.

On checking their website, I see the status "Ad missed verification". No one is answering phones and the numbers are just diverted from one to another. It is impossible to get across to them.

I had booked one ad for Navhind times newspaper on Monday, ref no 1612722 But it has not been published in the paper The ad was to be published on 21st April. Your customer care person is responding despite repeated calls. Please refund back my money immediately.

Worst service call center, rep doesnt know even what is the meaning of services and those are sitting in customer rep seat🤣🤣.
No quality team to vhck those and agrnts are doing what they want to do and wht they feels...😂

I had booked a name change ad for 15th Apr 2021 for publication in the Times of India (BLR) and Vijay Karnataka (BLR). However, the ad did not appear in VK (appeared only in TOI). Raised a complaint with ReleaseMyad. But the case was closed with a note the ad was published on the scheduled date. I have the new paper where it is clearly not there. Phone calls to customer service were not answered. Lost my money. This is clearly a con act.

Worst service from Kolkata, Agents are asking addl money in to their acc.
Agents named, Arpita doesn't know the basic etiquette of telephone. Thretening when asking the name which proved she is not fit for this customer rep job. Its shame

I had given my Ad wanted Grooms UK based grooms scheduled for release on 28th March 2021 in Malayala Manorama metros editions with payment of Rs 5, 488/- on 22nd March 2021.
Payment was made with your online system along with Ad material.
No confirmation received thereafter.
Please confirm and send me relevant page of Ad released.

As we have an issue with classified ads pertaining to deccan Chronicle/Hyderabad and sakshi and eenadu/tirupati editions, , said executive miss Arpitha spoke from kolkatta was very rude and not bothered about listening to our issues and never bothered about rectifying our problem, , and simply making us responsible for the diffect in posting the ADS in appropriate heading and not even bothered to rectify the mistake for upcoming ads due for 17th march also..she is not at all bothered about the reputation of well established firm like yours..hope this request will be given due consideration and expecting an immediate response pertaining to our ads issue

I had booked my Add in newspaper on 4/02/2021 and i paid due amount same day but didn't get add in newspaper the day i required 7/02/2021

IThis is regarding the AD ID : 1591821 which I booked from releasemyad site on 21st January 2021 by paying 1475 + 950 Rs (got mail to pay 950 rs. additionally) i.e. 2425 Rs. I was told that my Ad will publish in 22nd January 2021 Time of India, Dehradun Edition as per my booking.,
But I didn't find the ad in the newspaper, neither in Times interact section nor anywhere else.
Ad was very urgent to me as it was related to...

I had inserted an Obituary in 3 Newspapers Viz Times of India Mumbai edition, Mathrubhoomi Mumbai Edition and Mathrubhoomi Thrissur Edition on 25.11.2020. I spent nearly Rs.20000/- for these.

I was dealing with Mr Wajid from ReleaseMyAd who had orally committed to send the E-paper as it is required to be sent to my cousin sister who is the daughter of the deceased, stuck in Shanghai. All this happened on 24.11.20 at around 4:30 pm.

I was busy on the date (25.11.290) on which the the obituary appeared in the above news papers as I had gone to immerse the ash and came back in the evening. The next day when I talked to Mr Wajid he says ReleaseMyAd do not have any dealings with the Mathrubhoomi newspaper and hence he can not get the E-paper. This is highly objectionable and not acceptable to me. It is not fair on the part of the media house to disown the commitment.

Please initiate suitable action on ReleaseMyAd agency so that next time they deliver what is committed.

My ad not published today i.e on 19/11/2020...

I booked & paid for the AD. The prosed date was 15/11/20, but it was not done. There is some problem with them, No response on phone/ WA
email. MY AD ID is 1576703, They need reg. mail id, when i enter mail
id, it is not valid ??. Once they issue their ref: as AD ID why they ask for reg.ID ??

I had placed an AD in PROPERTY FOR SALE in SUNDAY SANMARG 01/11/2020.

I had placed HIGHLIGHTED AD and also PAID FOR HIGHLIGHTED AD, But the AD was published without highlighting.

I request you to repeat the same AD in your 22/11/2020 SUNDAY SANMARG as this is a mistake from your end due to which I did not get desired result and as a customer I should get what I paid for.

Please look into the matter and confirm

I paid the amount for the ad, but the ad is found nowhere in the paper

(Ad Id:1571732) I had booked online for Obituary and Vaikunta ceremony and had uploaded the self designed advertisement. Inspite of paying more than 13000 RS for advt, the advertisement was printed wrongly.

I had raised the issue online but response was delayed and some lame excuse. Neither they offered for reprinting nor they returned the amount.

Release my Ad company is being manned by ineffective and inefficient manpower. Even the feedback was not allowed to be filled.
Donot contact these money swindlers .
Worst experience.
