With above booking reference on 22nd Nov 2014, i had requested www.releasemyad.com to publish my advertisement Kannada daily news paper Udayavani in Kannada language. But on 26th November's news paper i was shocked to see my advertisement in ENGLISH language.
While booking my advertisement itself, i had given all my advertisement text in Kannada language in both JPG and PDF format.
When i complained this matter through the same e-mail address on 26th Nov, they promised me by return mail that they will come up with some solution within two days. Since then i was waiting for their response. Today on 10th Dec 2014, when i reminded them once again through an e-mail, they replied that they tried to contact over the phone and some one asked them not to re-publish the advertisement and they closed the complaint.
In short, my complaint was through an e-mail. i was waiting for their response by e-mail, how can they close the complaint without replying my e-mail and without resolving it? How could they publish in different language?
I want them to RE-PUBLISH my advertisement in Udayavani news paper immediately in Kannada language at FREE of cost, the same size, same text and on the same column.

In the evening I got a mail from them saying the ad was confirmed to be release as they had send it to the publication house and it got missed or got published they will check and inform within 2 business days.
after 2 business days and nothing happened I talked with thier customer care representative. He assured me that he will check the matter very speedly (Now I laugh at this) and the ad will appear on the next booking date I choose if it had not appeared. After a few minutes I got another email from their customer care that they are looking for the problem and I will get a reply within the next 2 business days.
It is not about money. But time. They keep on repeating that they will try to look into the matter and if the ad is missing they will publish it on the next business day. I do not want the ad to be published now as what is the use of an ad that was about recruitment not to be published on the set date. Also I want the person responsible to be punished so that this kind of situation does not happen. They have wasted so much of my time and they feel everything is OK.
