Biggest Cheaters don't book Ad through them A ad booking was made for 26th July 2015 Sunday but it was printed on Monday I request a full refund of my payment for that negligence I have notified this thing to the customer care officer on saturday but he was not ready to accept that it is possible it was showing 26th booking is available on website and bokking done againt a amount of 1111 was paid but later i received a call that for sunday i need to pay 230 Rs more which i have also paid immediately and he told me it willl be published on sunday but after 30 mins i received another call and all changed to monday Initially the officer accepted it may be the mal function of website but later he did not helped me out It was totally unsupportive from ur customer care ...I felt like cheated ...i have done faith on that company and the words of customer care officer but it was very disappointing ...

I had booked my ad for two newspapers indian express n jansatta delhi edition for 22 july 2015. the ad id was Ad ID : 1189970. this was the ad subject I sunita rani W/o Navneet kumar R/o A-151 Sector-19 Noida shall henceforth be known as Sunita before notary Rambir Sharma vide affidavit no 67AC464421 dated 15 jul 2015.The ad was published in the jansatta but not in indian express. Despite my complaint through mail on 22 july at 830am no response came. i called at customer care query I was told the ad was published on the same day but I have seen the indianexpress very clearly the ad has not been published.i was told that we will take 48 hours to resolve your problem and mail has sent to me regarding your complaint but no complaint number has been given to me.very unprofessional behaviour.

I had booked my ad for two newspapers times of india n navbharat indore edition for 23 june 2015. the ad id was 1185436. this was the ad subject I, Narain Tibbani S/O Hiranand Tibbani R/O 13/B-1 Prem Nagar, Indore have changed my name to Narayan Tibbani vide Affidavit number 15574/15 dated 18 June 2015 for all purposes. The ad was published in the times of india but not in navbharat. Despite my complaint since 23 june my query has not been solved n when i called on 25 June I was told the ad was published on the same day but I have seen the navbharat very clearly the ad has not been published. There are seven name change ads where my ad is missing. I'm attaching herewith the snapshot of the navbharat newspaper indore edition 23 june 2015 for your reference and it can be seen the ad has not been published. It has already been 7 days since I'm following up and there is no satisfactory response from their side. Neither they are refunding the money nor the ad is being rescheduled.

I booked an obituary ad with releasemyad.com on[protected]Ad ID[protected]. For the text and image I provided, they charged Rs.2800 mentioning the ad dimension would be 3.5 X 8 Cms. But the ad was released only for the dimension of 3.9 X 6 Cms for which the amount chargable is only Rs. 2340. I sent an email to customer care asking for the refund of excess amount charged (Rs.460) and have not got any reply. The trick they use for cheating is to show the ad preview with lots of spaces and increased length. I have shown the comparision between preview and actual ad in the attached image. Public need to be cautioned not to approach this fraudulent and dishonest service but instead should approach the newspaper directly or other genuine agents for placing their ads

I had Booked my Ad for the Prajavaani Classifieds on 21st May 2015 & made an Online Payment through the Credit Card accordingly. The dates that I had Booked the ads were for 29th, 30th & 31st May 2015. I received a confirmation on 28th May stating that my ad would be released for 29th May 2015. But, I was surprised to find out that there was no ad displayed on the newspaper. It was so easy for the booking department to tell that e would reschedule the ad for next week. What is the use wen they have wasted my time of one week which is highly uncompensatable.

But ad not publish releasemyad.com not even inform me about editorial disapproval, i made online payment Rs 20945/- for this ad and invent nearly 70000/- booking flights & hotel, now due to releasemyad.com negligence i made estimated losses of 6-7 lakh. I have booked an AD [ID 1179039] on 11/05/15 to be published on 15/05/15 in Udayavani Newspaper after following all the steps on the RELEASEMYAD SITE. The payment of RS.703.00 has been made through Internet banking and stands debited to my account but the status of my ad still shows Payment due awaiting clearance. After the payment it Confirmed it and said it is sent to the editorial verification.I was told that i have to pay RS.703.00 for the text to be printed But now Why it is told has "Booking" "Payment Due"?? Got fed up with the customer service, Each time i call them i should explain them from top to bottom, again they say "we will check with our financial team" (This process took about 3 to 4 days) still the issue is not resolved.I would request each and everyone to protest against such Frauds :( I feel cheated over this matter and I want my refund in this matter. I booked an advertisement from ReleasemyAd.com. It was for classified of Time Of India, Pune. The ReleaseMyAd booking ID is 1173397. I paid 1819/- rupees for 3 classified advertisements to be published on 13th, 16th and 18th April 2015. They did many mistakes to make my life measurable. 1. They said that ad can not come on 18th April after taking my money. I compromised and said ok although it is a cheating only. They are cheaters. 2. Then when I said that publish the ad on my desired dates, they argued a lot saying now it is not possible because they themselves gave some dates while cancelling my first advertisement. Later they agreed to give 3 ads. 3. Very big mistake: While booking the ad I selected the newspaper section as "Studies Abroad" but published the ad in "Professional courses" so all the advertisements were of no use. Nobody was going to look in professional section if he/ she is looking for studies abroad. When I called them, firt of all their call center people don't pickup phones of complaint section fast. So in half an hour it got connected. Then the CSR told me that in your invoice it was "Education" category only so we published it in the section of our desire. Come on... first your site was not good that after taking the selection it changed it, then you decided your own where to publish, even we talked before the ad that in which section it should come but that was also ignore. These people are fraud, cheater, unprofessional and waste of time. They are behaving as if there is no law in this country, just take money online and disappear. I want my full money back from them or they should print of 3 ads again in the correct section.

On the same date we had sent a purchase order to their service people Ms.Luiza & Mr.Fahad. In that po we had clearly mentioned that the ad should be published in Times property Classifieds ad & we made a payment through RTGS Ref no.BKIDN[protected] amount of Rs.20176/-. We received a call from one of their representative on 17th April afternoon around 2.30 pm saying that the ad will be published in Business proposal category. I had asked them to give proper explanation. None responded properly to our calls from 17th evening till date. We even spoke many times to Ms.Luiza & Mr.Fahad to rectify the issue, whenever we called them, they did not respond properly. Regarding this we had sent a mail to both of them on 18th April, 2015 still we didn't get any reply from them both. Finally the ad published yesterday 19/4/2015 in times of India as business category which we have attached the published ad below. We didn't get not even a single call from customers & think we have spent Rs.20176/- for the advertisement. How can a property ad be posted in business proposal? This is blunder that their representatives have committed. According to the mail which we had sent them on 18th April, 2015 we asked with them to refund the money to their customer care id but still we didn't get from any response We cheated by them. We lost our time, energy & money of Rs.20176/-

I have made a payment through Internet Banking for Ad Id: 1175290 on 19th April 2015 for Rs 8485/- against Matrimonial Ad in Times of India but on website payment is due showing. I booked an ad thru releasemyad .Com for amarujala dehradun. Ad no 1171955 for 5.4.15. I paid online rs 760 by net banking the advt was to be published on 05.04.2015. After receiving money they asked to give photo id .I sent them my voter id scan copy. They did not respond after that. They are not replying to my mails about the status of my ad as to when they will publish it or not.they hv also not mailed me invoice etc. Appears they hv duped me. satish jain

I booked an ad Ad ID {1169742}.to be published on 25th March 2015 in The Times of India I went through all the steps over the website & made the payment of Rs 2350.00, by cash. I got a call 24th March from[protected] & he told me that i need to pay up another Rs. 350/- or else my ad would not be published. I told him to get this money collected from my home, as I am disabled person but he refused and asked me to deposit the money in bank. I said cancel my ad as this additional amount he was asking is not a part of deal. I feel cheated as i had already paid what i was asked to pay. Upon mailing you directly to solve the issue, you never even bothered to reply me. Reply me as gentleman. I have also made complains on other sites.

Even after nearly a month after cancellation I have not received the refund amount of my ad id No:1163725. Each time I call the costumer care they tell me that you will receive it in 7 days.This has been the practise for last 3 weeks. Do I need to approach the consumer court for my refund?? I have their e-copy of cash receipt including service tax amount paid.

I had booked an obituary ad for a prayer meeting to be held on 08 Feb 2105. The ad was booked online with releasemyad on 06 Feb and ad was scheduled for TOI, Delhi edition on 08 Feb. On 07 Feb, I received confirmation from them both by email and phone call that all documents had been received and ad would be published on schedule. The ad was not published.As the advertisement was not published, the information of the prayer meeting was not received by a large number of relatives and friends of the departed soul. This has caused tremendous emotional damage. Inspite of repeated emails, no refund has been given and no compensation.

I had requested to book an ad for the newspaper NavBharat Times to be published on 01.03.2015. To my surprise it was found that the particular ad wasn't published and couldn't be found in the above newspaper. I have been countinously calling the customer care but every time I call they transfer my line to so called customer care executive who never answers the call. I have been also writing emails but no respond till now. I am highly pissed off and I will seriously take this issue to court even infact I need to spend more money and time on this. I ahve also send them the attachment of the screenshot of my login page of Releasemyad.com which still reflects the status of my ad as "Ad Status: Payment received. I booked an adv on 2/12/2014 and was canceled after about two hours due to some unavoidable circumstances and I was told that after 25% deduction my amount will be refunded. We have released an ad vide No 1156053 through ReleaseMyAd in The Hindu on[protected] in the classifieds section for Situations vacant with a colour enhancement. However the ad was released without the colour enhancement, when questioned the releasemyad.com coolly says publication doesnot accept colour enhancement on a weekday. We pointed out to them that they have put the ad through editorial scrutiny and only after passing the same the ad was released. When we wrote to The Hindu they say they do accept colour enhancement, incidentally from the picture posted here, one can notice there is a colour enhancement just below our ad. Releasemyad Kolkata Office, says it is the fault of @the Hindu classifieds and they are not responsible and have refunded the money for colour enhancement. Our demand is release the ad with the colour enhancement or full refund. They refuse to answer the question of how come there is a colour enhancement in an another ad on the same day or for sharing the correspondence they had with the Hindu newspaper. If you notice from the second picture the status is 'Awaiting release' even on[protected]. It is apparent that the agency has goofed up in releasing the ad with the colour enhancement request and have wasted our money, and now have chosen to blame the publication. We are the victims having spent the money without getting the desired impact for the ad released. So next time you think of #releasemyad please remember our experience.
