Reliance Bigtv — not installing the product | |||||
Sir, i have booked relaince big tv under id no. 14545692. Two weeks ago i got a call from krishna enterprises who is dealing with independent tv services under dhanbad district calling that withing 2 days we will install the indepent tv at your home. After 4 days your company representative came to my home for installing the tv but he brings only 10 meter wire which is not sufficient for me. I told him i need at least 15 meter wire to connect setup box to anteena. He told me that all right i will bring it tomorrow but tomorrow never come till now. I have very much annoyed with the service provided by reliance. Even though the company and staff didn't attending my calls. Kindly look into this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
