    Hi, This is Suresh from Ambattur and last 3 months back I got a 2 post paid connections from Max reach communication (Agency of Reliance Communication). In first 10 days itself, I realized why did I choose Reliance network... Very bad signal quality and breaking voice clarity. Signal strength would be good, but some one tried to reach me, a lady voice will come after long time "My mobile switch off" ;)... I raised complaint with Nodel officer Mr. Bopan C Mathew so many times. But there is no response from him. So I reached the Reliance showroom to change my network, they replied that I cant move to another network immediate. I have to use this no for 3 months and then only I can move to some other network. I had changed my plan at the time for low rental... Why should I pay high rental to say "My mobile is switched off". I chose Rs. 149 plan and the customer said 400 local mins and 200 R2R sms free. Note: I dint take any data pack. After some days later, I tried customer care to know the balance free mins & SMS. At the time, one agent told that I have free 50 mb data available and I was shocked. We are planning to change the network, now we have 50 mb data then I thought to utilize that. After 2 days, I checked my unbilled amount, it was Rs. 600... After that I reach reliance office and they told that the bill is not generated, then only they can check it. Now I got my bill and I again tried calling customer care, the people says like this: "We have given the 50 mb default data, If you use that you have to pay"... I asked this information dint provided by any customer care executives. Because of the wrong information provided by Reliance staff, I have to pay Rs. 520 unnecessarily.

      respected sir. i purchased a moto g from reliance online store at the emi with zero rental plan at that time reliance had not told me that the authorised service center will not service it now i am having a problem in it i went to motorola service center they refused to service it and repair it this happened twice as it is a non sim based phone i got it repaired it from a shopkeeper and he took 1200 rupees both the time as i was having very problem so thats why i got it repaired it from there but now again its repeating sir/mam please help me pls i beg you thanking you kanhaiya lal sahu mob no.         Hello sir, my name is Ritesh Gupta. On 05 April 2015, I recharged my Internet tariff through Internet banking worth rupees 197. After a second I got a message from reliance that Recharge is Unsuccessful. But my money is deducted from my bank account. Now when I am trying to call reliance support, none of them is replying or some time call get disconnect automatically. Please help me to get my money back.

          May name is Prashant Jain. My reliance data card number is [protected] and my latest complaint number is [protected] at reliance communication affiliate authority. I have made 6 months advance cash payment of Rs. 3932/- on 08/05/2014 at reliance web world (Address - Shop No 17, Samartha Vaibhav, Lokhandwala Complex-Andheri West, Mumbai - 400053 ). Since then I was facing issue with 3G network at my residence in Lokhandwala, Andheri –W while using datacard. I have registered complaint on customer care so many times and visited reliance web world at above said address to resolve the issue but of no use. They kept on saying that there is work going on in Andheri hence there is a 3G network issue and it will be resolved soon and 6 months service ( for which I have paid in advance) will start from the date of close of network issue and start o[censored]se of datacard. No time line was given for resolution. I religiously followed it up by calling customer care and visiting web world. After so much of follow up they forwarded my issue to reliance affiliate authority (Number of affiliate authority - [protected]). At affiliate authority they said, technician from reliance will visit our home for checking issue and then solution will be given. But no one visited my place. I again followed up on affiliate authority but no resolution was given. Shockingly, in mid of March 2015 I have received my last and final bill stating that due date of payment is 5 March 2015 ( which was already gone). When I enquired at affiliate authority on 17th March 2015 that, how my bill got generated without resolving my prior issue, then they informed me that my data card services ( no. [protected]) are discontinued. I have following issues : 1. Non-cooperation of reliance communication with their customer. 2. No time limit for resolving my issue. 3. False commitment by reliance that “ my 6 months data card service ( for which I have paid in advance) will start from the date of close of network issue and start o[censored]se of datacard”. My bills got generated without using reliance service and without taking my confirmation that issue got resolved or not? 4. How my datacard services are discontinued without any prior intimation? My request from Indian customer complaints forum - 1. My advance payment of Rs. 3932/- was in reliance account. I want my payment back with interest. 2. Reliance communication should be penalising for harassing their Customer.

            Really Really annoying, When I had connection of reliance brodband, it was not working properly. I made many calls to customer care, sent email to reliance authority but haven't got any positive response. I have cancelled my brodband and it was terminated on 12-feb-2014. Then after I am getting bill of Rs. 800/- +. Each and every day I am receiving call from reliance to pay bill. I already had words with APPELLATE AUTHORITY that now I am not liable to pay this bill as it was by mistake generated by their system. I really fade up with reliance even after termination.

              I m using the SIM through No [protected] since last 8 months with Reliance. Before few days (20 days) the Operator has stopped services without any information. When I call to customer care then known that the service has stopped due to KYC Complains. After I have submit KYC 3 time at Gandhidham Store and 1 time I have mail the scanned documents. The Operator did not start my service till dated. I am facing problems very much and loss in running business due to this.                 I purchase 2 gb*3 month plan from reliance 3g . 1st month everything is ok in 3g only network problem at my resident . i complain it many times to solve my network problem .every time they give me a time, but my problem is not solve in 1 month after complain. And i tryed costumer care no. Each time my call is auto disconnect . in next month on the places, where i got full 3g signals, i recived only 10-15 kbps speed on 3g . i waste my money on plan and my time in complaining again and agian . please provide me compansesion for my time and my money

                  As I purchased a new GSM handset I opted to use the mobile number portability service to switch from Reliance CDMA to Reliance GSM. I filled out the necessary forms, provided documents and was advised that the process should take 5-7 days. Since it's the same service provider, it seemed likely. On the 8th day I checked and still no service. So I called the customer care (CC) and was told to wait for 24hrs more. I did. No network again in my GSM sim card. I called again the next day, and the person told me the process will take 15 days and when I asked for more information he hung up! I waited for a couple of days again and called and spoke to a supervisor as my CDMA had been blocked and GSM sim was not yet activated. The supervisor told me that Reliance had received no documents!!! Imagine my surprise! Now I have a CDMA card which has been deactivated, which is linked to my Aadhar, gas booking, bank, and a GSM card which has not been activated. My request to reactivate the CDMA card was refused! I am way too disappointed after being a Reliance customer for more than 7 years in two cities. Resolution wanted - Reactivate my CDMA please.

                    I'm having reliance broadband connection from date 16/3/2014. For connection I paid 1685 deposit. On march 2 i registered request for termination of broadband because i'm shifting to another place. I got call from them on that day i was busy and couldn't pick it but after that i called them on 14 march, 17 march, 20 march, 23 march, 27march, 30 march and two calls on 31st march for termination request but the customer service always told me that I will get a call from their operator and I'm still waiting for my call.                       Respected officials, Im Dhinesh kumar from tamilnadu. Two weeks ago i received a phone call saying that my mobile number had won a lottery, saying i won a mobile handset. They keep on called me and said about this spam, then they also said that i won 'samsung quattro', i agreed for that offer and asked then to send. Today i received that parcel through post office, that parcel contains some spritual things, which are irrelated to what I'm insisted of. Address of the sender is: B-97 sector-11 ROHINI DELHI-110085. My postal order no: CD10604958IN I request you so humble to take legal action against those scamers.

                        Hi. When I bought reliance WIFI Dongle no [protected] reliance executive Mr. Chetan said that its 999rs pro3 unlimited, after 2 days the same executive told that this plan (999rs) is not available in Bangalore region. He than offered me 12GB day and 12GB night plan, I agreed but apparently this plan was also not available for Bangalore region he then asked me to call customer care for further clarification. I then called customer care after lots of requesting/begging and negotiations they agreed with 40gb pro3 plan even this went in vain. False promises and false assurances was what I got. Even today after 26 days my Internet data is not yet activated. I later called customer care, only to keep myself on hold for hours together and then be said it will be down by tomorrow, this went for weeks. Finally, fed up and frustrated I raised a request to disconnect my dongle, once again only to keep myself on hold and hear there cheap convincing tactics not to disconnect. I feel Reliance is the biggest dumb network in India I request government of India please take a serious action on reliance or close this company like me they cheated many people and earning lots of money by fooling public. And I also request the public and viewers who reading this not be fooled by this company. Please do contact me, I have all the proof such as their call reference/ticket numbers.

                          I made cheque payment of Rs1450 for new broadband connection on 14Mar15 to customer care executive Mr. Kajentran R (Ph: [protected]) who promised me that I will receive new connection on the next working day. I never got a new connection till today (06April15) but amount was deducted from my bank account. I called the executive and reliance customer care around 10 times to either provide new connection or refund my money but I just got false promises and all my efforts went in vain. Finally today they agreed to refund my money but not providing a proper date when I will receive the refund. Its totally pathetic customer service from reliance.                             As told by Customer Care executive of Reliance : "*129# facility enable user to buy special packs of calling, gprs etc and money will deducted from their balance." . I dialed *129# selected an option "3G data 1gb @ rs 74". Then a message popped up "thank you your request has been processed" and then money was deducted from my balance which was approx Rs 200. But I didn't get any data yet and my remaining was deducted too. Please Help. Thanks, Sunil

                                SIR/MA'AM I WAS SEE A OFFER IN MY RELIANCE GSM THAT RECHARGE WITH 14 & GET 850MB 3G ADDITIONAL DATA +150MB 2G DATA I WAS RECHARGE MY RELIANCE GSM YESTERDAY(04.04.2015) AND IT SHOWS CONFIRMATION MSG THAT UR 14 MBBPS PLAN IS ACTIVATED BUT I DOES NOT RECEIVE ANY DATA BALANCE TILL TODAY I WAS TRY TO CALL AND COMPLAINT ON CONSUMER CARE NETHIER THEY RECIEVE MY CALL NOR THEY GIVE MY DATA THEY HOLD ME AT FOE EVEN 46 MINUTES BUT THEY DOES NOT GIVE ANY REPLY BUT ONE TIME THEY RECIEVE CALL AND NEGLECT TO RESOLVE IT. KINDLY SOLVE THIS PROBLEM I HAVE TO WORK ON NET ALSO MY PREVIOUS 3G DATA ALSO RUNNING VERY SLOWLY IT IS UNABLE TO OPEN AT LEAST GMAIL ACCOUNT. ALSO IF OFFER WAS EXPIRE THEN THEY HAVE TO GIVE ATLEAST 150MB 2G DATA BECAUSE ON RECAHARGE OF RS.14 150 MB 2G DATA IS AVAILABLE FOR ANY CUSTOMER IAM SO FRUSTRATET FROM RELIANCE COMMUNICATION SERVICE ALSO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT RECIEVE MY CALL IVR SAYS WAIT BUT IT GAVE NO RESPONSE.                                   Hi, I wish to bring to your notice the most pathetic form of service any service provider can offer. It would come as no suprise that it is from Reliance. I am using two postpaid numbers from relaince. My number is [protected] and [protected]. Both these numbers are under postpaid plan which entitles me to free 2GB 3G data. Since last 1.5 months I dont have any network for data or for calling at my home. This is a big suprise as my home is located in a prime location in Mumbai. Its next to Inifinity Mall, malas west, mumbai. I complained to Relaince communications several times. They didnt do anything in the beginning. Later on after a lot of follow ups and emails they said that they will resolve it within 3 days. After 3 days I didnt get any response. So I wrote to them and asked them about it. They wrote back saying that it will take 2 months for them to resolve the issue. Can anyone paying for a service accept this? 2 months of no phone connection at his house!! I went to get a mobile transfer request on my phone to switch to a different provider Vodafone. Inspite of me paying all the bills etc. Relaince denied the switch out request saying that bills havent been paid. I wrote to Reliance and they havent got back to me yet, First of all you ahd no business charging me for a service that you didnt provide. Next inspite of all the bills being paid you denied the switch over. If this isnt the height of pathetic phone service then what will be? I request you all to add this message on your facebook and twitter accounts. Please also add in your bad experience with Reliance phone so that all o[censored]s can make informed decisions before taking a relaince connection.

                                    Ever since i have purchased Reliance 3 Dongle i am facing problems varying from Network Issues, Speed Issues, Validity etc. Here are the issues i am facing: 1. I purchased my Reliance 3 Dongle i.e. Netconnect+ ([protected]) from Laxmi Nagar Outlet on 14th March, 2014. I was promised 3 Months Unlimited Data and the same is showing on their website till now but when my Data Card got activated i just got 1 month validity. As per Rcom Website, the same Data Card is available till now with 3 Months Validity and nothing has been changed on the website. 2. Upon activation i was given FRC 224 that offers no balance but Unlimited for 3 months. But since that the another issue came up related to Network, since it is a dongle offering 3.1 Mbps i was not able to even connect to the HSD Mode (Netconnect+). I was getting the same error again and again that said, "Remote Computer did not respond, Please retry later." I got this problem resolved by filing 2 complaint viz number[protected] on 18th March and then[protected] on 21 March. After that it started working fine. But then again on 3rd April, the same problem started, i was not able to connect to the HSD Mode and getting same error. Even i got connected, the net was freezed, i could not even open Google.com on it. Then again i contacted Customer Care and registered a Complaint No[protected] on 4th Apr but it was closed without any information etc. When i called Customer Care, i was told that Reliance Network is getting upgraded and due to that you are getting the problem. Since i could not do anything, i decided to wait and this morning when i called Customer Care again, they told me that i don't have validity and Balance and due to this i am not able to connect. I am now getting irritated with multiple scripted answer by the Customer Care and Huge Deficiency in the Service provided by the Reliance. I would request the Reliance Team humbly to take care of my problem as for almost half of the days of purchase i am down with their Network Problem, Validity Issues etc. I don't want to take this matter to the Consumer Forum but that depends totally on Reliance whether they want to try that as well.

                                      I browsed internet yesterday in the evening for which Rs 10 was deducted yesterday even when I was having 3G pack activated with a balance of 15.15 mb that time. How can U deduct money when I am already having 3G balance. The same thing has happened today morning. Rs 2.50 was again deducted. RELIANCE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ALSO DIDN'T HELP ME. Kindly refund back my money or else I would file an RTI against Reliance communications

                                        connection name: pranoy kumar ghoshconnection mobile no: [protected]bought a new reliance startup kit on 3rd apr2015 ..facing tremendous slow speed on 3g ..really one of the worst 3g ever used...getting speed even to byte per sec...max speed got may be 51 kbps...which is rare one...n frustrated calling customer executive even they...stopped peeking up call...after having 1 or 2 conversion abt complain...really its becoming fraud company...if i dont get my problem solved...in 1 or 2 days will migrate to new operator...n will also took care neither of my relative or friend takes...or even who r using...will recommend them to disconnect...hell reliance 3g...
