Ever since i have purchased Reliance 3 Dongle i am facing problems varying from Network Issues, Speed Issues, Validity etc. Here are the issues i am facing:
1. I purchased my Reliance 3 Dongle i.e. Netconnect+ ([protected]) from Laxmi Nagar Outlet on 14th March, 2014. I was promised 3 Months Unlimited Data and the same is showing on their website till now but when my Data Card got activated i just got 1 month validity. As per Rcom Website, the same Data Card is available till now with 3 Months Validity and nothing has been changed on the website.
2. Upon activation i was given FRC 224 that offers no balance but Unlimited for 3 months. But since that the another issue came up related to Network, since it is a dongle offering 3.1 Mbps i was not able to even connect to the HSD Mode (Netconnect+). I was getting the same error again and again that said, "Remote Computer did not respond, Please retry later."
I got this problem resolved by filing 2 complaint viz number[protected] on 18th March and then[protected] on 21 March. After that it started working fine.
But then again on 3rd April, the same problem started, i was not able to connect to the HSD Mode and getting same error. Even i got connected, the net was freezed, i could not even open Google.com on it.
Then again i contacted Customer Care and registered a Complaint No[protected] on 4th Apr but it was closed without any information etc. When i called Customer Care, i was told that Reliance Network is getting upgraded and due to that you are getting the problem.
Since i could not do anything, i decided to wait and this morning when i called Customer Care again, they told me that i don't have validity and Balance and due to this i am not able to connect.
I am now getting irritated with multiple scripted answer by the Customer Care and Huge Deficiency in the Service provided by the Reliance.
I would request the Reliance Team humbly to take care of my problem as for almost half of the days of purchase i am down with their Network Problem, Validity Issues etc. I don't want to take this matter to the Consumer Forum but that depends totally on Reliance whether they want to try that as well.
