relince custmer care par call karne p lagta nhi hai jaldi agar lag bhi jata hai to koyi sloution nhi milta hai aur bar bar balance kaat liya jata hai ess se custmer ko bahot paresaniyo ka samna karna pad rha hai agar custmer care par call lag jata hai to wo boll dete hai ki baad me call kijiye abi technical issue hai aur koyi technical issue nhi hota hai bas aise hi boll dete hai aur koyi solution nhi mill pata hai

    I had recharged online for mobile data via net banking (State Bank of India) for Rs.178/- on 13.04.2015 at 12:55:13 for my mobile no. [protected]. But no service activated. I recd an email from Reliance Comm. with Transaction details etc. which was shown at the gallery on 14.04.2015 and they assured that I will get the benefit as the recharge was for 2G and my mobile no. is 3G for scheme of 30GB for 28 days. and I received case id no.[protected] . Why does it accept payments if it cannot activate the services. Today some Pradeep More of Reliance said he cannot do anything & no payment is recd. Inspite of explaining him & giving all details of Transactions still he said cannot do anything, This is a clear case of cheating and fraud by Reliance Comm. This is not the first time done this company ahs taken our hard earned money and given no benefit at all. Now its enough. I am working in a media company and will go to any length to expose this fraud done to me. I will publish it in the leading newspapers with proof, if my complaint is not resolved immediately. Already 3d ays hv passed and my complaint is not resolved.

      I tried many times to get service for net speed but kabhi kuchh nahi mila. Every month around 10-12 day I got call from Reliance office from Gujarat, "Sir aap ki due date so n soooo... hai plz payment kar do". When I tried to talk about my problem, they replied "Sir payment collecct karna hamara job hai service dena nahi". Can any one help me on this. Mob no: [protected]

        Mobile Number [protected] UP West On 13/4/2015, i had rs. 368 as balance. In the evening rs.81 was deducted. On asking to customer care they told that it has been deducted as internet usage charge..whereas i have internet pack with sufficient data balance valid till 18/04/2015. The customer care executive assured me that balance will be refunded within 24 hrs. Soon after complaint registration the remaining balance of rs. 287 also got deducted within one night. On 14/4/2015 i again called customer care...i got the answer that new complaint cannot be registered unless the first get resolved. In evening i got my refund on rs 81. But after few minutes again rs. 20 was deducted. I called customer care 2 times..but it was of no use.. The executive asked me to call after some time as there was some problem in their system. Now i m in loss of more than 300 rs. And on calling 198 i am not able to talk to customer care executive.I had waste lot of time for this communication they do not know what is value of time of a person Moreover when i m trying to make any call...it says to recharge the account whereas there is balance in my account.           Sir, i am a MNP customer i joined Reliance family last month. but i am facing so many problems in ur network. its showing 'please recharge your account' wen i call to other number, its saying like that if i have balance in my account. And when i topup my account my old balance will disappear and new balance will come and wen i do 2 or 3 calls then also its say 'please recharge your account' but the balance is still there i tried so many times, and i left my money.. and i have internet problem also.. the E symbol is not stable so i cant get net connection.. my Reliance number is [protected] and email rafe.[protected]@gmail.com hope u will solve my problem soon..

            I bought the Reliance 3 dongle about 6 months ago. From the time I bought this, they were providing me about 512 kbps to 1 mbps speed. Since yesterday, the speed has gone down to about 250-300 kbps and the number of signal bars being shown is only three. I called the customer care to lodge a complaint twice. Each time they said that I am getting good speed! I am said that I should be getting about 190 kbps to 300 kbps average. Also they did not take a complaint for the low signal bars. They told me that they can only take a complaint if the number of signal bars is less than two! Basically it is clear that THEY DO NOT CARE FOR SLOW SPEED, what they care for is at least the net is running, so that they can suck the hard earned money from it's customers! The CUSTOMER CARE is really DUMB! They don't know anything except clear cache/cookie, delete temporary files, uninstall and re-install the software! What a HORRIBLE SUPPORT!! My question is WHY should I get only 190 to 300 kbps when you are promising us to provide 3100 kbps speed? WHY should I be paying ₹ 999 for 40 GBs for only 190 to 300 kbps bandwidth? It is less than 10 times of the promised speed. Reliance is a big CHEAT. I am going for a connection termination, and never ever use Reliance again!

              An amount of rs 49 was deducted from number, [protected], in the name of vas adpay. As per my knowledge i havent subscribed to any of these services. Also contacting the customer care representative was an utter time waste. I expect a compensation for my balance.

                After resolving previous Problem, AGAIN they started Cutting my Bal. for WTF they r Charging me.---who the [censored]ers created those services...which meant only for Cutting Balance. Hv I no other Work, besides of Complaining in every 2-3 days. + why NOT CUSTOMER CARE RECEIVE MY CALL? I Need my bal back ..of every penny of it...Not in reduced form as in previous case. no.- [protected]

                  Every month I recharge a data pack of 3gb (3g) of reliance smart network, But at last when my balance remains at approx 150 mb they start deducting balance from my main balance even though my data validity and data both are available. Whenever I call smart customer care they simply say due to technical issue we can not process your request and after 2 days they say we can not see the deducted balance before two days. I got really frustrated from last few months I m suffering this issue. I call customer care 10-12 times when this issue occurs, But each time they say we are unable to process request due to technical issue and they are not even taking a request for this.

                    since last 6 months made complain many time but your Representative always reply we have for forwarded your complain to net work department issue will be resolved with in 48 hrs.but sorry it has never been resolved, nor they reply it`s up date.What Ihave to do ? I lodged complain on 13/4/15 complain no.[protected], after waiting 3 days the issue not resolved, again today lodged complain no.[protected]. but I know it will not resolved. What is the use of buying dongle of reliance for nothing is is batter to change service provider? Kindly sand the email id of your higher up to resolve or the chairman of your company Shri Mukesh Ambani.

                          I requested to change my netconnect+([protected]) form post-paid to prepaid on April 4th, 2015. I submitted my ID and address proof also. They told It will be activated within 7 working days. Still It is not activated. I contacted customer care, he asked to visit Reliance Outlet again. For that I have to waste my time, money and energy. This is happening every time. This is 3rd time for me. Very bad service. I lost 1500 rupees because of Reliance Outlet. Totally I fed up with Reliance.

                            It look like a scam is going on. Huge amount of money is cut on the name of some fake services. Further no any cc helpline work... Keeping millions of people in despair.

                            After resolving previous problem, again they started cutting my bal. For wtf they r charging me. — who the created those services... Which meant only for cutting balance.

                            Hv i no other work, besides of complaining in every 2-3 days. + why not customer care receive my call?

                            I need my bal back.. Of every penny of it... Not in reduced form as in previous case.

                              My mob no [protected] was recharged with two amounts of Rs 315 and Rs 246 on 30 Jan 15. The said recharge amounts were not credited to my account and my no has been temporarily deactivated wef 31 Jan 15. Innumerable complaints, calls and service requests have yielded no positive result. This has resulted in unnecessary hassles and financial loss to me. The amount of Rs 561 (315+246) has still not been returned to me.

                                I was using data card no. [protected] for over 3 yrs. End of last year when I was going to my hometown where I used to always had connectivity issue, i told reliance about the issue when they told me its due to signal. Therefore I told them to cancel incase I cant use it in that part of the country. Within a week I a got a call for payment I again told them to cancel the connection and would like to discontinue. Since my balance amount to be payable at that time was just about 500 which they could have easily adjusted against my deposit. When I gave the reason for connectivity issue as reason behind my cancellation they agreed and I was under the impression it would be cancelled. But after a month I got another call for payment whereby I repeated what I had informed earlier customer care executive. Now its come to a stage of harassment where they have started threatening with legal action. I am tired of these calls. I can say one thing, this is no way of customer care and please don’t put people under such kind of stress. The last call I got 2 days back from a lady saying she is a lawyer from Delhi Court. I am a respectable PSU officer, wont try to cheat a service provider for 500. They still have not discontinued and now tell me my outstanding amount payable is around 1800/- . You can check your records when I used the netconnect last, why should I be punished this way. My mistake was I used a Reliance Product???? Kindly look into the issue at the earliest and deactivate this account with immediate effect and instruct your customer care not to call me and harass.

                                      Sir, 2.5 years back i bought a mixer from your dealer. some months back its small jar get jammed. I contacted to your service centre at Thekkumoodu, Trivandrum.They told the base of it got damaged and need to be replaced.After replaced, when i used it had stucking sound.Next day i contacted with that bowl to service centre and they told, on continous using the sound will go off and no other probs found.But on using the bowl the sound of the mixed became increased..But with other jars of the same mixer, no problems found. Yesterday i again contacted service centre. After checking, they told the base should be replaced !! i told them, i replaced it just before 2 months for around 280 rupee..After that i couldn't use that..They detached the blade portion and said dust inside, moist remaining inside so and so...After replaced the base, i could use it for only 3 or 4 times and the mixed sound higher.. I am doubt that the replaced base costing around 300 rupee has only 2 months life? Hence I contacted 2 times after replacing, they didn't check the jar, instead they told its because of the new base, and on due course it will be ok..                                         Not disconnecting connection and piling up bills and giving threatening calls I took a netconnect device and connection in April'14 ..Phone number : [protected].. I took a 3 month plan of 1500/- and again after completion of 3 months ..services of my number got discontinued..after some time i again took the same plan for 1500 rs and paid amount to reliance representative Mr Jitendra Chohan..and after that i never received any ebill from reliance side..and i also stopped using device completely since it was not at all working properly..I was assuming since its a 3 month plan the services will get discontinued after that.. And in month of November ..i started getting calls from Reliance customer care that so and so amount is over due in my connection..i asked them since it was a 3 month plan why i have to pay the bill now and they are unable to explain that..and there was no email communication regarding that..i received multiple sms stating this much amount is overdue..my reliance number was also wrong in those sms which shows negligence from reliance part.. in January'15 i receive messages and call mentioning 1192/- is overdue on my account..i asked those executives to discontinue my connection as i didnt used it even for a single time..but they said i have to pay the bills..to wrap up the whole matter i decided to pay the bill a..a customer care executive called and said they will send a representative to collect amount and i can check with him for discontinuation of services.. I paid the whole amount to that representative ([protected]/[protected]) and asked him to let me know the procedure to disconnect my connection..he said i need to submit documents along with an application ..which i gave to him on 29th Jan'15 and also dropped that email to reliance customer care..and i didn't get any acknowledgment and reply from their side.. Even after that i started getting calls from customer care again about some new overdue amount..i told them i already cleared all the bill due as per my end but they didnt listen and continued bothering me .On 2nd feb'15 the same representative called me and demand for 300 rs for termination fee ..since i already left the city, i asked him i am not aware of any such charges and can not pay him and he shared his account number and asked me to deposit money on it..which i didnt do.. And again i started getting calls and text from customer care that this much of amount is overdue from my end ..I am tired of explaining them all these things again and again but they continue to bothering me.. And today you guys have crossed limit ..I received a call from so called advocate lady([protected]) from reliance ..she threatened me and shouting endlessly and was not ready to listen anything..i was at my workplace and her ill manned behaviour has caused mental torture to me..and she was claiming i have 3300/ of overdue amount.. In March my overdue amount was 424.55 (as per the sms i received ) and in April it became 3300/-..how is that possible that too when i am not using the last since last 7-8 Months. Now my questions are : When i chose a plan for 3 month validity only ..how come without my consent and communication to me, other plan got activated on my number.. why i have not received any ebill with details on what basis charges are being applied on my number.. Why i have not received any email communication from reliance mentioning that this much of amount is overdue and the basis of that Why i have not received any reply of my mail regarding discontinuation of services.. Why even after telling your customer care executive that i have submitted an application and documents to that representative, no actions has been taken.. What you guys expect me to do ..I have already paid 1200 rs although i haven't used a single bit of your data..I was relocating that time still i managed to gather all document and give it to that representative because i wanted to close the matter..but it seems like its reliance strategy not to discontinue services of customer even after multiple requests..and pile up the bills and force the customers to pay the bills without giving any clarity or details of the same..and then giving threatening calls to them.. i have been so tired responding to reliance calls and now feel harassed after today's call .. This is height o[censored]nprofessionalism.. first of all i didn't any email communication to any matter and a never a call from higher executive (all customer care executive who has called me, were not able to speak properly and didnt have records of this), i asked multiple times for the procedure to discontinue services but never received any satisfactorily response ..and and even didnt received any response to my email. to discontinue services on my number. now suddenly i am receiving a call from someone who is threatening me and asking me to pay the bill of such huge amount for the connection which i am not using since last few months and for which i already submitted an application but didn't receive response from reliance end...She threatened me to take the matter ahead to court I expect to get an immediate response to my mail and immediate attention to the matter why services has not been discontinued on my number and why i have been asking continuously to pay the bills without any detailed information and an immediate discontinuation of services on my number..if i will not receive any update from reliance side in one working day then i will not be liable to respond to any communication regarding this matter..
