Dear sir/ maam, I am Deepak verma CAF no. [protected] and subsciber id.[protected] and addresss is 1/1344, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Reliance broadband cable from the poll side broken and fell down due to the unknown reasons. I had made the complaint many times in the Reliance broadband but there is no response from there side. I am regularly messaging and calling their customer support centre but no action is initiating from previous 5 days. So it is requested from your kindself please resolve my problem.     I work for a Indian MNC in electronic city. I took a Reliance Pro 3 connection from my office cafeteria from reliance representatives being swayed by the plan ( Rs 999 - 40 GB - 14.7 mbps) a package which is not offered by any other broadband dongle provider.
    But after 8 days into the connection my max speed is 50 kbps and nothing ( I repeat nothing is connecting from it). I was aghast and completely taken aback by the promise they do and speed they deliver. I really don't know how to reach them and the Customer care guys disconnect if i request them to talk to Supervisor to escalate my issue. The hierarchy in customer care is not there. Its understandable if customer has issues. but if he wants to reach higher authority for his grievance, that is not happening. The first level of Customer care is not allowing me to reach to the upper level. Now after i have taken the Pro 3 card and faced the issue, i checked in internet from other people's response for the same dongle then i found it is swarming with complaint.

    i would like my case to be taken as priority and a resolution should happen. And a sincere request to RCOM. Please don't fool people as slowly there will be very fewer takers for your product and you wont be able to sustain in this competitive market. Please be honest and it is always the honesty that pays.

    The person which called me from technical team said that the dongle works fine and it is issue with my Laptop. The laughable matter is that in my laptop (Docomo max wifi, Airtel 4g, Reliance Net Connect+) works and only the Pro 3 does not work. So the explanation given by the technical team is completely inaccurate.

    Finally after many persuasion ( I had talked to 16 CC guys and 2 Floor manager: I have their name) as the dongle didn't work, i put a request for closure. The reliance people are asking me Rs 440 for 267 MB of data consumption. When each time a CC guys asks me to do some change in my laptop and connect the reliance dongle some data is bound to get consumed. Thus 267 mb got consumed. So i am asking if i could not use the dongle at all why to pay? I have raised request to give me a waiver on it. The request number is[protected].

    On top of it even after closure of account i got another bill of Rs. 628 and upon asking the same it is told that they will take a look at it. I would advise to the people who ever are reading it not to take Reliance Pro 3 as it does n't work. Even if it works(as told by some of my collegue) the speed is max 500 KB.

Mere mobile ka monthly plan 440/- ka hai. lekin maine apna plan change kara ke 199/- ka kara diya jis din maine apna plan change karaya. to maine customer care se bath ki thi. Maine 09 march 2015 ko plan change kara diya lekin aaj tak vahi plan chal raha hai. Monthly plan change abhi tak nahi hua hai. Mera bill excess aa gaya hai. Mai kaya karu. mere se possible nahi hai ki mai itna bill bhar pauga. Customer care me senior department se bat kar ke hi maine plan change karaya tha. Lekin bill excess aaya hai mai kaya karu…

        To The Concern Authority Sir, I would like to make your kind attention over the following Facts: 1. This is PRASHAN KUMAR THAKUR S/O: SRI OM PRAKASH THAKUR, R/O: 8A/52, IInd Floor, Near Buddh Bazar Road, Geeta colony, Delhi -110031. 2. I have a Reliance Post Paid Number +91-[protected] and a Add on Number +91-[protected]. I am using this (Reliance Number: +91-[protected]) since long back. 3. By 30/03/2014, I have communicated with Customer Service Executive near about 22:30 with reference to the Docket No/Reference No:[protected] dated 30-Mar-2015 at 22:40:16 and Docket No/Reference No:[protected] dated 30-Mar-2015 at 22:44:14 and made two request; one of the request (Docket No/Reference No:[protected] dated 30-Mar-2015 at 22:40:16 ) was to change the existing data tariff plan into MI_HSD_1.5GB_94_20p_1MB and second request was to change my tariff plan into Home Roam_349. 4. With reference to the above request I got two following message from reliance Customer Care Service as confirmation: (i). Dear Reliance Customer with ref to your SR[protected] Your New Data Tariff plan is MI_HSD_1.5GB_94_20p_1MB wef[protected]. Reliance; at 13:55, March 31, 2015. (ii). Dear Reliance Customer As per Sr[protected] requested Plan has been changed Home Roam_349 W.E.F[protected]. ; at 13:54, March 31, 2015. 5. After getting the above message I got one of surprising message from 53738 service of Reliance on April 7, 2015 at 08:59 that ‘Dear Reliance User your account usage is high. Pls pay Rs. 5244.71 to enjoy uninterrupted service.; and then on April 7, 2015 at 14:01 that Dear Reliance User your account usage is high. Pls pay Rs. 5427.21 to enjoy uninterrupted service.; and then on April 8, 2015 at 08:02 Dear Reliance User your account usage is high. Pls pay Rs. 6076.66 to enjoy uninterrupted service.; and so on… 6. Finally by April 8, 2015, my STD Calling facility on [protected] was de-activated and then, I came into action on April 8, 2015 and called two times the Customer Care about the above unwanted unethical service. Customers Care Executive (CCE) has answered that complain/request is noted and it is a kind of technical problem, and must be resolved within 48 hours.(RECORDED VOICE of the whole communication with Customers Care Executive is attached with this application, as in the FILE NAME: RC_198_[protected]_01 & FILE NAME: RC_*222_[protected]_02). 7. Till[protected], my STD Calling facility on [protected] was de-activated; and so again I had made a call to the Customers Care Executive (CCE) and CCE said that the matter is with Technical team and matter will be resolved by the evening of[protected]. (RECORDED VOICE of the whole communication with Customers Care Executive is attached with this application, as in the FILE NAME: RC_*222_[protected]_01). 8. 9. And finally by[protected], I had made one more call to the Customers Care Executive (CCE) and CCE said that the matter is not resolved yet and may be resolved after[protected] of the billing cycle and many more as in terms of making full of the customer. (RECORDED VOICE of the whole communication with Customers Care Executive is attached with this application, as in the FILE NAME: RC_*222_[protected]_01). SIR, With respect to the whole of the above, due to the technical problem in the CRM System of Reliance Customer Care, I am facing very big problem. Hence I am a businessman and loosed many of precious communication and so caused a lot of big lose along with mental pain and hyper tension. The telecommunication company like Reliance is loosing the trust of customers. My humble request to you that please examine my case at serious level and do whatever is democratic justice is.           My balance was Rs 141/ at 1700 Hrs on 09 April 2015 witch was deducted without my request for any service request nor I have received any message. I approach to Mr. Rakesh $ miss Payal on 10 $ 11 April 2015 but no response received.PleasE refund my deduction which are deducted without my knowledge.

            My user id:[protected] Account No: [protected] I have been with reliance since 2008 and have seen your customer service going from good to bad and bad to worse. It all started since last year and till date my connection continues to go down very frequently. Anyway, that’s past as I have requested you to disconnect my services. My connection is down since second week of March 2015. Thinking that it will be up in a day or soon, i waited and it never happened. Tried calling your customer care guys several times but could not speak to your so called executives after waiting for several minutes could not connect to any one as your CCE are always busy. Finally, to my good fortune, after waiting for several minutes i was able to speak to your executive on 16th March, and informed him that i want to disconnect your services as i am not satisfied with your services. He told me to call from my registered number only then can it be processed for disconnection. How do you expect someone to have so much time to call every day and then wait for several minutes before i connect to some executive? I sent email to you guys for disconnecting my services on 20th March 2015. I got email confirming that my request is under process and someone from reliance will contact me in next 48 hours. I waited for 4 days, no body turned up to get your device. Finally, I called on 25th March 2015 and that’s when I got most shocking treatment from your executive (PRAVEEN). I have called reliance several times in past but never ever have spoken to such a rude and unprofessional person before. I was told that my connection would not be disconnected until device it taken by your company and will be charged till that day. Is it my fault that your person has not turned up to collect the device. In spite of my informing you on 16th on phone and by email on 20th, why should i be charged for these many days. All I was told that it is company policy. The guy kept on repeating that reliance has got my disconnection request on 22nd not on 20th or 16th March 2015. When I requested to speak to some senior person, I was rudely told, I can’t speak to any senior. I requested several times and all I was told, I can’t speak to senior person "Agar app sahyod nahi karange to mein aap ka phone disconnect kar dunga". Finally my wife spoke to PRAVEEN and was told same thing and ultimately phone was disconnected even my wife was speaking. I hope you guys are recording the calls, please listen to that call. Do you give any training to these so called customer care executives before they are asked to interact with customers? In past, I have worked in call centre for an international company, and first thing we were told to not to hang phone until customer hangs the phone first. I again called up your customer care and spoke to someone called [censored]AL, was kept waiting for several minutes all she said was all seniors are busy and she is unable to connect to anyone. She promised me, she is arranging for a call back from some senior person. And I will get call back by the end of day. I never got call from any senior person. This kind of behavior was never expected from reliance. I am going to take this to consumer court as to how your company behaves with customers and in spite on my connection not working since weeks I am asked to pay the bill till my connection is disconnected from reliance. If your guys don’t turn up to disconnect the service it’s my problem. I hope you will train your executives as to how to speak to your customers and how to keep your words. Would never recommend someone to use reliance with the kind of experience I have had with your company. In spite of informing them to disconnect my connection even after 2 weeks no response from reliance. Thanks Sunil

              Dear Sir, Subject- Mob no [protected] data pack Rs 177 With reference to above I have recharged with Rs 177 datapack on 16.10.14 online on reliance mobile website for 1 gb data pack but did not get 1 gb data against though recharge is successful, when I contact their customer care they informed that you have used the same in dongle hence your data is lapsed where as I never used the sim in dongle on 16.10.14 and my main account balance of Rs 114 also deducted in using internet.Then I lodged complaint with Reliance customer care and Appellate Authority to provide proper resolution but regret to state that no satisfactory resolution has been provided so far . Only one reply that you have used the same in dongle and your data benefit has been forfeited. When I want to get the proper details they declined to do so. I need clarification in this matter if the dongle is used. 1. Make of Dongle 2. valid IMEI number but they provided the IMEI number which seems to be false as I use the same in my TAB(DATAWIND) as per their reply the pack of Rs 177 can be used in SMART Phone or TAB(Condition Plans are applicable on 3G supported Smart Phones and Tabs. As these are Mobile Internet Plan, so it will be applicable if internet connection is done from the phone/ tab itself and even if phone is used as a modem/ WiFi device and get connected to laptop/ desktop but not applicable for data cards/ dongles.) So I approached to your good self to kindly intervene in the matter and instruct Reliance Communication to provide 1 GB data and Rs 114 main account balance.                 Sir, I am Satrughan Ray & my no is [protected]. I would like to inform u that on 8 th april 2015 Then I lodged a complaint against it then they refunded it back.Then just on same day 8th April I activated net pack with 9 Rs.They gave me 1GB net pack valid for 1 day then before 12 O'Clock I used 300 mb approx & I switched my net off. Then after 1 O'Clock I again switch my net on & I surfed for 2-3 min then I switched off my net then I checked my balance & saw that balance from my sim was not deducted then I checked my net balance & saw that I am having 937.43 mb valid for 5-5-2015. I called costumer care & inquired they told me same & told me that use the net & ur balance will not be deducted so I used my net pack for next two days my balance was not deducted & on next day when I woke up an checked my balance then I saw Rs107 was deducted from my balance. I had tried to reach to you many times but it failed my complain no is[protected] &[protected]. They told me that your money will be refunded but till now it is not. {Sir, I must tell you I am still having all recording of call with customer care and all message including validity of net pack till 5-5-2015 of dated 8 April/9 April/10 April.} so, I request you to please don't fool me otherwise I'll go to consumer court.} And also please have a look on this... How the employees working at these Reliance World giving such a false information to their customers? Are these peoples working therein, from Reliance or from privately manage subsidiary? it seems that these employees working there, are having no proper instructions about the recharge package. They even don't know about the information regarding the day to day functioning of communication or updates. They behave arrogantly. So what is the appropriate forum to curb such an illegal and unfair trade/business activities of such communication service provider companies? Where the customers can agitated their grievance? because it seems that despite TRI/ Telecommunication regulatory authority and Consumer Forums, till date, their is no effective machinery for such a millions of complaint( day to day basis) against these companies? So, regarding this i want to get refunded my 107 Rs as soon as possible.

                  My Customer ID with reliance is[protected]. The connection is disrupted when ever there is a power cut in my region. Despite repeated complaints there has been no action. I have talked personally to the technician in my area and he has told me it is due to a battery pack not being provided to power the juncture in case of power failures. This is totally unacceptable from a corporate giant like reliance. I have been after this for 3 months, I need them to correct this and provide a reliable connection as promised.

BUT, I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT WHENEVER I RECHARGE YOU DELIBERATELY DEDUCT (STEAL) MONEY FROM MY BALANCE. I EXPERIENCE THE SAME THING TODAY ALSO.                         This is in regards to my mobile no.[protected] with Reliance communication service, When 2 days back my mobile data pack was not connecting, i was told Account balance is low, hence need to recharge with minimum balance. So i reached with Rs.120 of talk time, today this morning again my mobile data was not connecting, when contacted, i realised all my balance was deducted, as my data consumption has crossed 1GB of limit. But when checked, i still have 1.9 mb of 3G balance, still need to know why total of 120Rs was deducted. I am trying to reach customer care 3 times since morning, but every time their system down is under maintenance. Had heard Reliance communication does cheat business to the customers, today got to experience also. Kindly help me out in the same. Once 3 months service is complete, i shall surely port to some other service & would suggest not to go with Reliance mobile communication ever .

                        As i was promised, that deducted amount would be reverted.


                        I just have received message saying Service request issue has been resolved, but havent got any clear communication.


                        Was told by 14th April, it would be resolved, yet to see any concrete revert.
                        Kind attention Consumer Complaint team.


                        Looks there is no satisfactory solution expected, as it been a case of small amount.


                        But i would expect you to escalate as much possible, coz for a middle class common man, such case would be ignored.


                        This telecom service providers are almost everyone the same,


                        Since a common man doesnt raise ány voice against this CHEAT business, this issues are ignored.


                        But i would request, to be taken seriously, or this people are taking it for granted.


                        Hope to see any revert from Team Consumer Complaint.

                              I have been Complaining from Past 3 months of Poor Signal of Reliance Pro 3!! I even visited the Reliance web world (Armenian Street Branch - Chennai) regarding this issue and still no action or resolution has been taken place... I have raised many complaints regarding this issue but I have never even received even a Call back... There is no connectivity what so ever I have tried every step the Reliance CC executive told me but still no fix.!!! Really ashamed for such poor customer service... Please do the needful as I am not getting any signal in My office as well as Home both being the Heart of the city Areas still no signal. I am going to wait till 2 weeks otherwise I'll be switching network for sure and will be quiting and Boycotting all Reliance Services.                                 i have a gsm mobile from reliance network. i wanted to put a booster pack . i searched in the internet and found a package for Rs 46 booster pack for two months. But after putting the Rs 46 . I have a message stating " u r recherged with rs.01.amount payable is rs 46"... i was shocked and called the customer care. She told me that that package was for cdma user only.. and i dont have any use doing it. i asked her at least they shud have given me talk time for rs 46. she said that cannot be done if i want i shud contact a customer care number which is payable... my question is 1. if there is no booster pack for gsm in that rate, why do they simply get the money? 2. why dont they refund the money which is done mistakenly? 3. why shud i pay for customer care to get my money back? 4 will i get my money back?

                                  I m using the SIM through No [protected] since last 8 months with Reliance. Before few days (20 days) the Operator has stopped services without any information. When I call to customer care then known that the service has stopped due to KYC Complains. After I have submit KYC 3 time at Gandhidham Store and 1 time I have mail the scanned documents. The Operator did not start my service till dated. I am facing problems very much and loss in running business due to this.                                     Hello Sir, On 7th April evening, i have activated 9 rs GPRS pack, and use it as my requirement. But i don't why my main balance had deducted of 738 rs for using the data without giving any notification to me. I am complaining this issue 3 times(Complain numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected] on reliance customer care 198 and *333, but didn't get any solution from reliance. So i request you to please help me to refund my balance. Mob no is [protected]

                                      I have purchased Reliance pro 3 dongle no. [protected] on 11th Mar'`15 and it get activated on 13th Mar'15. With high hopes i have purchased this dongle but since its activation, its not working well. Limit is mentioned as 14.7 mbps but it is not giving more than 30-40 kbps. its giving very much problem. I have purchased through reliance store, patel nagar, Delhi and have complaint it lot many times telephonically and also i visited several times to your office. still it is working very slow. I am using other reliance data card and mobile nos from very long time but everytime i complained, you have always solved early but this time, it's very depressing to see that you are not at all responsive even. Your customers care have also call me twice saying that you will try to solve it, but still even after 1 month, it has not been resolved. full money of my 1st month recharge has wasted. I am very upset due to reliance.                                       Still the problem has not been solved and the device is still working very slow...i.e. Upto Only 30-40 kbps...still even after writing lots of complaints on websites and you also...problem still persists...

                                      Everytime you are calling from mumbai office n asking whether the problem has resolved or not...let me tell you Its the same since i purchased it. I think the problem may be in device and if you can replace it or else...only than it may get solved.

                                      Because you are unable to solve a problem from last one month (older complaint no.[protected] new bill has been generated and because you have not solved the problem and nor replaced my dongle...i couldn't pay and 100 extra charge has also increased on total bill as late fee.

                                      This is very humiliating and your unresponsive on this complaint have further made the situation more worse.

                                      Please solve it asap.

                                        I'm Arun, my reliance prepaid number: [protected]. At April 7th I made 100 Rs top up and April 8th noon @ 3pm I have activated one day net plan for Rs.5 worth 30mb. At sharp 6'o clock I had remaining 6mb of data with Rs.84 in my main balance. After that they deducted my total balance(84 rs) for no reason I contacted cus care people 3 times and they gave me no response saying server was down. At 12am (mid night) I made a complaint (ref no:[protected]. They promised to resolve it within 24 hrs. But till now there is no response . I contacted cus care 5 times they didn't gave me proper reply. It's been 40 hrs till now I was not able to make any outgoing calls. Reliance you have to answer for this.

                                        they solved after many emails sent to [email protected] i also made many calls to cus care to solve this. i sent message to reliance in social network.
