Reliance not giving specified validity to a data recharge.I recharged with 74 n was supposed to get 1gb 3g with 10 days validity according to ussd but I got only 5 days validity. Truely this is cheating from my point of view.My number is [protected]

    Dear Sir, i am reliance cdma user on 9th april 2015 i am recharge of internet (EVDO) of Rs.149 where company promises to give me 30GB internet with 30 days validity but after recharge they give me only 3GB internet then i call to customer care about this mistake and customer care officer assure me that company give you 30GB internet step by step. but on 12th april 2015 the 3GB internet is used and company deduct my balance. I make a complaint to customer care and they give me SR(service request)no.[protected] and assured me that your complaint resolved in next two days but my complaint is not resolved yet.

    the customer care service is only for show and they can, t solve my complaint about my data plan (recharge) . the customer care says me that i use 30GB data in 3 days but sir i am only use 3GB data .when i was say to customer care that is your mistake he refuse my statement. very poor customer care service of reliance.

      Hello Sir/Madam My name is Vijay Singh, I have been deceived by RCOM, by their deceiveful offer of Rs. 246. I am getting a message mentioning that if I get recharged my mobile no. [protected] for 246 Rs. I will get 2GB+3 extra MB for winning team in the IPL. And yesterday CSK won the match they scored 189 this means I should have been get 189*3=567 MB. But sir there is no additional benefit I got till now. I called their RCOM OMG the service is very pathentic first their call is not connected very bad CS provided by the. A person namely RANJAN KUMAR said me that Sir this offer has some T&C I should call them before recharging my mobile but there is no T&C for the same offer he denied for help me and disconnected the call and now my call is not connected to RCOM. I just wanna say I have deceived by them for 567 MB suppose they have millions o[censored]ser and how much they have done for this wrong offer to the people. Please take an action against them. I am going to FLUSH IN MY TOILET MR AMBANI RCOM SIM. Will not use it anymore. Kindly find the attached photo for the same

        Dear sir/madam, I purchased reliance pro 3 data card at SRI VARI SYSTEMS, CUDDALORE-607001 on 10/04/15. My data card number is [protected], I am living at manjakuppam area at cuddalore. That mobile store representative told up to 9.8 mbps but I am getting only 80kbps some times not connected. Past 8 days I am spending more time with that mobile store people but no use speed is up to 80kbps most of the time not connected, so, I am not satisfied that reliance pro 3, so, please change to give other model reliance net connect broadband + 3.1 mbps.           I am Varghese Samuel who is using Reliance broadband from last 7 years. My user id is[protected] on May 2, 2015 my internet was not working so I registered a complaint on May 4, 2015 for internet not working issue. Till June 4, 2015 my issue was not solved so I applied for a termination and they said that i will recieve a phone call from Reliance Backend for confirmation.My registered no was changed so I provided them with a new no. But till date I have not recieved any call from Reliance Backend and moreover inspite of internet not working they have generated a bill.And i am not interested in paying them any penny for the services which i have not used.So kindly help me to get rid of Reliance. They have the worst Support and Services for customers.

            Every month I recharge a data pack of 3gb (3g) of reliance smart network, But at last when my balance remains at approx 150 mb they start deducting balance from my main balance even though my data validity and data both are available. Whenever I call smart customer care they simply say due to technical issue we can not process your request and after 2 days they say we can not see the deducted balance before two days. I got really frustrated from last few months I m suffering this issue. I call customer care 10-12 times when this issue occurs, But each time they say we are unable to process request due to technical issue and they are not even taking a request for this.               Dear Sir/Mam, My Mobile no. is [protected]. Reliance GSM Activated the Bid Credits on my no. without suscribing and balance of rs 35 deducted from my balance on[protected]. after that daily rs 5 are deducting from my a/c. balance of more than 100 rs is deducted from my a/c without any notification. in last 5 days. When i called to rcare they told me that the complaint is booked on 198. and after calling more than 100 times on 198 their is no response from there side.                 Dear Sir / Mam I am from a village Gwaldam, Dist-Chamoli, Garhwal region, Uttarakhand. There is a Reliance tower in my land which was erected around 2006 on some monthly payment . On 2008 I received a lump sum payment for two years but till now from 2008 I have received nothing. The land was in the name my late father, but now I have transfered it in my name. I have send many letter regarding this to Kailash Chand Communication, Reliance Communication Ltd., First floor, Green Magnum Palaza, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (UP), to which received no reply till now. Can you please tell me where I can get all the relevant information regarding this, and if you have any office dealing with this kind of thing in Uttarakhand please tell me it'll be of great help.                   I purchased reliance pro 3 datacard with postpaid no - [protected] on 7th april 2015. After all document verification they activated my datacard on 10th April 2015. But without any valid reason they stopped my datacard services on 14th April 2015 & asked for documents again that I again submitted on next day. But still they have not started my datacard service & also not responding in positive way.

                    Dear Concerned, I am hereby writing this mail with a disappointment with the service of Reliance Customer care, I had raised the complaint on 2nd of Feb'15 to block the data card since i had lost the same, The service was accepted as per the caller, and till date even the data usage is Zero for the no mentioned The trail information/Bill has been sent to me on 6th Mar'15, i was shocked by seeing the same & spoke to one of your customer care executive immediately asking how can they send the bill for the blocked number, Later came to know that the number was never blocked & placed a request to block again & conveyed my grievance to her, She immediately checked the status of the no and said that there was a zero usage for the period and gave a discount of Rs.200, Still i was not convinced on the same and asked her to lay off the amount but it was not in her purview. So i am hereby requesting you to lay off the below amount by checking pre recorded voice call on 2nd feb'15, Waiting for your response ASAP . Again shocked to see, that the bill has been generated for the month of Mar'15 also, Complaints nos are as follows given by your customer care executive[protected],[protected],[protected] and Nobody have reverted on the same & the complaints is closed without any information to me which is really disappointing Over and above i am getting a call from Reliance collection centre 'N' no of times to pay the bill without knowing what is happening Request you revert on the same Contact No: [protected] Email_ID - [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                      My reliance number is [protected], I had bought your IPhone plan (EMI of 2999 for 24 months) I want to change this number since I want to take service from some other service provider, reason due to your bad service, each time I get network issues, I am not able to call quickly, my family friends often complain that they are not able to contact me, they have to dial atleast 3-4 times to get to my number. The data plan which you give 3G is very pathetic, even a 2G data plan of Vodapone (my wife is currently using) has a better speed. I am sure, you must be getting lots of such complaints from many customers since by now you must also be aware how bad your service is.One of my friend is also regretting for taking connection from you. Hence request you to give me another number of reliance with same plan, as I need to complete my 24 months with you plan, so I can switch this number to some other service provider.                             I am facing problem with the service provider for disconnection of my reliance datacard from last 2 months My data card had a hardware problem and it is in warranty period and no replacement was done I asked them to disconnect my services as i was unable to use the datacard due to hardware problem but they are not disconnecting and generating the bills I have raised service request last week and they responded that they will terminate, but today they have sent a mail that your problem was resolved and your services are active Kindly do me favour in this aspect

                                    I have still received no response from any Reliance Communication executives despite assurances on this very forum. Please find below my original post + the response from Reliance (which was not followed by any action). I guess uninstallation of EDP box, disrupted services is what the company needs and wants. Kindly enlighten??? Original complaint - Dear Sir, The EDP box was installed in our house in 2008 and since then it has been taking electricity from our power supply. Recently when I called up the Reliance Comm Magnum office in Lucknow, I was told to refer to the contract paper and see that the Rs 1000 / month rent included electricity charges also. When I read the contract I got to know the following - 1 - The rent includes only space + facilitation charges (no electricity) 2 - The contract expired in 2010 and was never renewed by the company After this all my attempts to reach Reliance Comm officials led to nowhere. Calls were disconnected. Finally I got the email id of their legal adviser Rahul Mittal by one Mr. Vikas Dixit. My detailed e-mail to Mr. Rahul Mittal has again brought me no responses. Mr. Dixit has told me to only write to Mr. Mittal. Another employee Mr. Praveen Singh has also shown no interest in solving the issue. And all these employees are connected to the EDP department (there nos were shared by the Magnum Office). Since the contract term has expired, if I do not receive any prompt response, I intend to get the box un-installed from my premises. If that leads to disruption of services, I will not be answerable as I have tried my level best to reach the company officials to get a new contract made - which gives revised rent that reflects the space and electricity charges of the present times...not something that was signed 7 years ago. Request you to please reach us at the earliest for a solution. We do not wish to make things bad if we can help it.                                       Dear Sir, maine 6/4/2015 ko customer care mein internet kaam naheen karne kee complaint darg karai thee .16/4/15 ko aapka 592/- rs ka bill mila jabke internet till date tak kaam naheen kar raha hai. Kya company ko jankari naheen hai, jab internet kaam naheen kar raha hai tau bill itna kyon. Phir meaine customer care phone kiya tau unhone mujhe bataya ke meri problem 14/4/15 koo resolve kar dee gaye hai, jo ke galat hai. Iske baad maine delhi secretriate phone kiya unhone ne mujhe bataya ke wire cut ka issue hai aur wire available naheen hai, aur mera connection 25/4/15 se pahle theek naheen ho sakta.tau issue ye hai ke customer care sahee jankari kyone naheen deta hai .Dosri baat ye hai, kya pboblem resolve ho ya na ho bill aise hee aata rahega.

                                        Dear sir, My mobile no. is [protected], yesterday only I recharged my phone of Rs. 250/- full talk time and also having balance of about Rs. 40/-. I didn't make any long calls anywhere. Now it is sowing my balance of Rs. 142/-. I did not subscribe or send any request to activate any service but Reliance charged me about 100 Rs. for some calling pack DUMMY3 yesterday. Previously also they had charged me for some VAS pack and never returned my money. Please cancel this and refund my amount in my Balance account and STOP FORGE CHARGING MY ACCOUNT ... Thank you ...                                         Finally I was able to talk to Reliance Customer Care Executive, the Executive says that there is no pack activated and the amount has been charged for Internet usage While I am already having balance of 15.65 MB and the validity till 18/4/2015. I don't understand the reason given by the CCE. Attached is SMS of net balance, account balance and pack activated.
