I have received a SMS form Reliance on 18.03.2015 at 14:44 hrs that recharge with Rs. 410/- & get Rs. 615/-. I have recharged (Mob No.- [protected]) on 18.03.2015 at 14:49 with Rs. 410/- but my account recharged with Rs. 361.9/- only. Please look in this matter & recharge my account with Rs. 615/- as mentioned in SMS.

    I have applied for a reliance broadband connection in Pallikaranai(Chennai) region and I was dealing with the marketing person by name Anbu(ph: [protected]). He told me that the nearest connection is more than 500 meters away. So if you need an Internet connection you need to take 5 telephone connections also. Since I was in need of the Internet, I accepted his offer even though in this age of mobile phones no one uses a land line and I accepted 5 phones. I paid him 3000 rupees for installation of Internet and 5 telephones. Initially he told me that he will be doing the installation in 3 days. While contacting on the 3rd day he informed that there is some issue with the document an he need different documents. Upon submitting the same he asked for another 3 days. On sixth day when I contacted him, he told me he will do the installation on same day but he didn't came that day. After that time onwards he stopped picking my calls. I cant call customer care since they need a subscription number to connect to an executive. The only thing coming to my mind is that Reliance is cheating me. I don't know what to do next. Can I register a police complaint sharing the same details? Will provide more details if required.

      I am Ankit Mishra from Kolkata. I studied in Jaipur for 4 years. I used broadband at one rented apartment for few months, then i terminated the connection as i was moving with my friends in another apartment. At the new place i requested for new connection after 3 months of shifting. There were no problems things were smooth. When my studies got over i requested for termination again as i was going back home. They mailed me bills even after termination. I contacted Mr. Saket head of reliance broadband in Jaipur, he resolved my issue. I got a new termination no.[protected] After few more months reliance started sending me bills even of old connection this time. Actually i am not even sure what bills are they. My old connection ID[protected] My new connection id was[protected] Please help

      The level of harassment I am facing right now is unbelievable.
      I will never buy anything of reliance ever in my life.

      I talked to Irfan the no. above given, he seems to have only one mantra "pay your bills".
      I said him, what for? I have termination no., he says things did'nt go well while terminating your service, you have to pay your bills.

      2 days back i sent a friend of mine in Jaipur branch to meet Mr. Raj Kumar he seemed very good person, he said me to contact him after 1 week, he has requested to waive off my "both" bills. But Mr. Irfan from Mumbai branch says Raj Kumar is just a branch head he won't be able to do anything, and you have to pay your bills.

      I don't really know what bills are they for? Please help.

        I bought a prepaid GSM Sim card from NAGA DATTA KEERTHI ENTERPRISES (1-109/20, Shop No. 3, Near RTA Office, Bikshapathi Nagar, Kondapur, Hyderabad). But after 7 days the sim will automatically stop working. When call to 198 I came to know that my documents are not submitted. After informing to that store they told me that they have already submitted my documents and within 12hrs it will activate. After 12 hrs when I tried to make a call from my reliance number, again came to know that my sim card has blocked and again they did not submit my documents. I am really frustrated with that Reliance Store. Please do something.

          Hello I just want to take you attention on my issue. I have a post paid connection of vodafone on my number [protected]. I have ported my number to Reliance. Reliance have ported my number with out providing me sim. I got the message of porting March 18, 2015. When I called your representative that I dint get my sim, they have told me that you will get the new sim on March 19. Finally I got sim on March 23, 2015. Means after 4 days I got SIM. I hope you can understand how much it damaged my personal and professional life. Today I have to write this mail because still I am not able to call any one, my sim is not activated yet. Even your representative is not picking my call. What should I do. Today is the last day of my payments. Any payment can not be done with out message confirmation and how can I receive my message ? If I know that you are going to providing such type of service, I swear I did not opt your services at all. How can suppose to me to recommend your service to any of my friend. Finally I just want to ask one question when can I get my number activated. and If you are not able to activate my number, let me know the process to opt other servicer provider. This is really frustrating.

            Hello, Phone Number :- [protected] I was transferred my reliance connection service from prepaid to postpaid connection about few days ago. As per the process reliance executives visited my address for verification during day time. Unfortunately, No one was present in my home at that time because, all members in family had been to office at that time . So they blocked/barred my number . When I contacted customer care they told me to submit the records of address proof to nearest reliance service centre . But, they (officials in reliance service centre) are not ready to accept the documents .

[protected] since last 7 years but due network and auto reduction in balance I want to port my sim in other network and for this I am trying since last 3 months but company did not send me portability code and reply me with the following massage Dear Reliance Customer, your Request could not be processed . Please try after some time .                 i have post paid connection from Reliance having no. [protected] .Since saturday i.e. 21.3.2015 my services to this no was completely withdrwan suddendly without my knowledge. since i have only this no i am facing a lot of trouble and as no body could contact me. i several time i try to contact the customer care over the phone and visited their reliance store. but no service to this no has been restored till now. kindly help me restored my services as am also engaged in emergency services to the hospital. patient from other places contact me in case of emengency. please i request you kindly help me out. thanking you yours faithfully uma shankar Gond

Since this no is the only no. i am using i am facing a lot of problem and can not communicate at all. i am losing a lot time and energy and metal disturbance because no body could contact me. i ve already lodge complain but my services has not been restored till today.

                    sir, i am using reliance Internet connection. my network number is [protected].last 2 weeks my net connections was not working and sometimes working but very very slow speed.i complained local reliance customer centre in my town( madurai) but still problem was not solved.                       Hi, I got your name from the website of reliance. This is Pawan who purchased two data connection ([protected] and [protected]) dated 14 March 2015.Both were suppose to activate on 17 March 2015.Only ([protected]) one get activated after lot of follow up with Mr Vijay Iyyer like i was begger and got the connection in free. When i called Mr Vijay Iyyer(Cluster Head) for second one([protected]) then he looped some customer head Mr Yogesh and then they said that they will resolve in 15 minutes.Then I called them so they said they are sending someone to solve this. Finally a person came in my place and he tried with many options and he said that i will take this to service center and sort it out.I did not get any updates so called Mr Vijay Iyyer and he replied inm very rudely manner and said that if you dont want i will send money back in couple of hours.Then today someone from service center came and handed over the device and said to go to service center and do followup. Now in the beginneing if the service is like that then i am really disappointed and want to cancel both the plans. Mr. Vijay Iyyer used some bad words as well in communication so please consider this as a escalation and do the needful. If i dont get any updates in 48 hours then i will do the next steps.                           I recently ported (MNP) my mobile ([protected]) network from airtel (Delhi NCR) to reliance postpaid sim. I received confirmation message that my new reliance sim is ready for activation on 22nd midnight(See the message received from reliance attached). My airtel network was deactivated on 21st around 11:30 PM. It has been 2 days but still my sim is not activated. I contacted customer care thrice but that affect was vain. I am unable to receive some important calls due to this delayed customer service. Please kindly look into this matter ASAP. My alternate number for contact is [protected]. I have made a recharge of Rs 74 on dated 11 th March 2015 after getting conformation from *121#, it states that 'SPECIAL OFFER FOR YOU NOW RECHARGE WITH RS 74 & GOT 1GB DATA FOR 30 DAYS VALIDITY.' I made such data recharge and received such data, but on dated 21st night at 12.oo AM, The connectivity/usability of such data has been stopped, I have immediately called your 198 number ( at 12.23 AM), but your customer care officer was not even willing to listen nor lodge my complain, and told me to call at 7.30 AM, , again I called after 7.30 AM to your 198 number to the person named SYED, he was also not willing to lodge my complain and told me call after 10.00 AM, as I told him to connect to his superior, he said as today is sunday hence no one has came anyway u try again at 10.00, anyway as ordered by your officer I made another call at 11.18 AM to Mr KUCHHERLAPATI, HE TOLD ME that THIS 74 RS OFFER IS FOR 3 DAYS, he was not at all inserted to listen me and cut the call too, (which already happens another time on the same day by your represntative, ) Hence Under such circumstances I would like to ask some questions to your end for your honest reply . 1) If the 74 rs offer is for 3 days then how i was able to use such data from more than 3 days? 2) Do u teach some basic atticates to your so called customer care officers? 3) Why not my early problem for which I have made 5 reminders to your end ( even I spoken such issue to your 1860 number to Mr SHIVAMARAN service request number[protected] has NOT been taken care and why every time your company is earning money by having such unfair practice and by giving wrong responses for avery E Mails ( Requesting to check all E-MAILS done by your company to me ) 4) Why many times unnecessary calls are coning even after I have have made DND ? 5) On what basis my previous balance of rs 15.60 has been deducted? 6) Why many-many SMS has been send to me from[protected] stating that i have requested for TECHCONTEST SUBS for 30 days, and only activation option was given, who has given such request to you ? May I know this.? In the view of such, I again repeating that Pls do resolve the above said issues and reply with complete details Again repeating to resolve these issue with an compensation of rs 100000/- ( One lacks ) by giving the mental stress & mental agony and the the loss of my precious time due to such reasons and hampered my routine work and creating the UNFAIR Practice of business. I need to get the resolution for all above serious lapses made by your company on or dated 27th ( Friday ) March 2015 otherwise I will be liable to file a case to the consumer forum on dated 28th march 2015 .                               Hi Sir, I visited reliance store in Indiranagar on 23rd Dec 2014 and asked them to put my broadband connection in safe custody for 3 months and the executive told me to clear the balance of 1064 and I paid the same and got a receipt. And the executive also gave an acknowldgement confirming the safe custody . I got the bill for January and I paid rs 137 as safe custody charges. Again I got the bill for February and was shocked to see 706 Rs. I was not suppose to get that much as I had placed the connection in safe custody. despite of so many calls.the customer care is asking me to go to the reliance store and resolve the issue since the reliance store executive is made the mistake and entered 1 month mistakenly and when I go there the executive is saying its not her fault and asking me to resolve with customer care. being a customer for more than 2 years I am very much disappointed with this. This way I am mentally tortured without a proper resolution. I request you to intervene here and help. I am ready to pay only the safe custody charges and also want to close the connection and put an end to this bad experience. my netconnect no is [protected]

                                        Reliance Data Card No.:[protected] Complaint Request No.:[protected] I bought the above mentioned Reliance Pro3 Wifi Data Card two weeks back. At the time of Demo, I was getting decent speed[protected] Kbps) in the data card brought for demo but after getting the new data card I am getting only around 100 Kbps. At night time, sometimes I do get even 2 Mbps. I spoke to the sales man and he asked me to wait to couple of days so that the issue will be resolved automatically. But no magic happened and the issue was not resolved even after 4 days. Then he asked me to raise complaint with Customer Care[protected], as per his guide raised a complaint on 15/03/2015. Customer Care agent said the issue will be resolved WITHIN 3 days. I called back on 17/03/2015 to enquire if there is any update, they said it is still in processing, I thought they have not even started looking into the issue and asked them to transfer the call the escalation team. Saranya from escalation team responded me on 17/03/2015 and promised that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours. I waited for next 24 hours, still no resolution not even any follow-up call. Then I called on 18/3/2015 and spoke to another escalation team member called Nancy, this time also she was telling same lie (will be resolved within 24 hours). Then I called Appellate authority[protected] Anand), he was also telling the same story and asked me to wait for 24 hours. He promised that the issue will be resolved and I will get call back from Reliance backend team before 18/3/2015 midnight. But I did not get any call till now (19/3/2015 6.30 PM). Then I called on 20/3/2015 to the appellate authority (Buvaneswari) and she said it's their issue that the issue is not resolved within SLA and she promised the issue will be resolved soon, even after 36 hours the issue is not resolved. I can share you the call recordings if you do not believe my words. Saranya - 17/3/2015 2.00 PM Nancy - 18/3/2015 2.30 PM Anand - 18/3/2015 6.00 PM[protected] Buvaneswari - 20/3/[protected] Never seen this kind of irresponsible behavior from a nodal officer level executives. Not sure when the issue will be resolved. I am sure that I cannot do anything with 100 Kbps speed. Never expected that Reliance will cheat me by giving false promises and an useless device. Need resolution such a way I can browse with at least 1000 kbps through the day. If that is not possible, kindly refund the money paid. I am really frustrated because of these guys and this useless device. Someone please guide me how to file a case against reliance communication at consumer court or any other place where I can take legal action against them.

                                        The complaint has already been taken to customer service team, escalation team and appellate authorities. Everyone is responding me to "wait for 2 days". Just now (24/3/2015) called another appellate authority (Anand), again he is asking me to wait for 48 hours. Even now he is not confident if the problem will be resolved in next 48 hours. Worst and irresponsible appellate authorities.

                                        Your network team members started calling me daily to say "Wait for 24 hours", but you are saying I am not reachable. They are saying there is network issue in my area and no one is aware when it will be resolved. It's already been 1 month since I bought the data card and 2+ weeks since the complaint is registered still you people are saying it will be resolved soon. Not sure if you guys know the meaning of SOON.

                                        Called customer service to raise the request for waiver of charges for this period but no one has taken any action on that too. I don't know how you guys run the business with this kind of customer service and escalation team.
