In continuation of my previous complain made may times to your end, I need to add one more complain regarding the breach of services occurred by Reliance Communications.
I have made a recharge of Rs 74 on dated 11 th March 2015 after getting conformation from *121#, it states that 'SPECIAL OFFER FOR YOU NOW RECHARGE WITH RS 74 & GOT 1GB DATA FOR 30 DAYS VALIDITY.'
I made such data recharge and received such data, but on dated 21st night at 12.oo AM, The connectivity/usability of such data has been stopped, I have immediately called your 198 number ( at 12.23 AM), but your customer care officer was not even willing to listen nor lodge my complain, and told me to call at 7.30 AM, , again I called after 7.30 AM to your 198 number to the person named SYED, he was also not willing to lodge my complain and told me call after 10.00 AM, as I told him to connect to his superior, he said as today is sunday hence no one has came anyway u try again at 10.00, anyway as ordered by your officer I made another call at 11.18 AM to Mr KUCHHERLAPATI, HE TOLD ME that THIS 74 RS OFFER IS FOR 3 DAYS, he was not at all inserted to listen me and cut the call too, (which already happens another time on the same day by your represntative, )
Hence Under such circumstances I would like to ask some questions to your end for your honest reply .
1) If the 74 rs offer is for 3 days then how i was able to use such data from more than 3 days?
2) Do u teach some basic atticates to your so called customer care officers?
3) Why not my early problem for which I have made 5 reminders to your end
( even I spoken such issue to your 1860 number to Mr SHIVAMARAN service request number[protected] has NOT been taken care and why every time your company is earning money by having such unfair practice and by giving wrong responses for avery E Mails ( Requesting to check all E-MAILS done by your company to me )
4) Why many times unnecessary calls are coning even after I have have made DND ?
5) On what basis my previous balance of rs 15.60 has been deducted?
6) Why many-many SMS has been send to me from[protected] stating that i have requested for TECHCONTEST SUBS for 30 days, and only activation option was given, who has given such request to you ? May I know this.?
In the view of such, I again repeating that Pls do resolve the above said issues and reply with complete details
Again repeating to resolve these issue with an compensation of rs 100000/-
( One lacks ) by giving the mental stress & mental agony and the the loss of my precious time due to such reasons and hampered my routine work and creating the UNFAIR Practice of business.
I need to get the resolution for all above serious lapses made by your company on or dated 27th ( Friday ) March 2015 otherwise I will be liable to file a case to the consumer forum on dated 28th march 2015 .
