Hi My reliance datacard number is [protected]. Name : Veeramani K Contact No : [protected] 18th Nov 2014 i gave request to close data card connection in kodambakkam(chennai) reliance netconnect store. They asked me to pay next bill. so i paid next bill in advance. i hope they will close the connection. one day after my request i received a call from reliance and asked to convert to prepaid from post paid. i denied and asked them to close the connection. But they didn't close the connection. they sent me bill every month. i communicated net connect store they redirect me to main branch located in numgambakkam(chennai). and then i went there and asked them. they told me that "we will check the voice call and then will communicate you". But they didt't communicate me so far. And then i send email regarding this to RCOMAppellateAuthority.[protected]@relianceada.com. No reply from them. And then i called customer care no[protected]. they told me that i accepted to convert prepaid. But actually i didn't accept. They sent me demand notice for non payment of 1888 and given me 3 days time to avoid leagal action. Kindly help me to resolve this problem.

    I am extremely disappointed with Rliance service. Me and my family are very old reliance customers. I paid bill for my number [protected] last night and the transaction was completed. Outgoing call was barred for my phone since the bill was not paid. After paying the bill also till now outgoing call has not started. When i contacted in number 30333333 they said they dont have postpaid information. They gave me number [protected] where I called and they told me the same thing that they dont have postpaid information and asked me to call to 30333333. What the hell is this? Is this the service Reliance provides. I need the issue to be resolved ASAP since my family is facing problems without outgoing calls.

      i have a no.of reliance company since last 8years.{[protected]}.even i paid the whole bill why should they suspended my no.and then they provide the same no. to the another customer..they don't intimate me for a single time even in my mail or sms..most worst company and thier employees i have never seen in my life.my alt no.{[protected], [protected]} kindly contact me unless i will take alegal action against the company...my sister is already a advocate in delhi high court..i hope u definitely take some quick action.         This complaint is regarding the caf no[protected] raised against me due to non payment of the bill as told by the reliance The device didn't work since the day I bought it, the device had communication issues and was sent back to the dealer by me .He promised me 20 days replacement and since then I am waiting for my device to come which I didn't recieve till date I called the reliance customer care and they were not able to resolve the matter and now they are sending me legal notice to pay the bill without even using it .Please look forward in this matter

          Dear Friend, I'd migrated to Reliance broadband+ Netconnect from Reliance High Speed Datacard in the first week of July. Reliance Number is [protected] The HSD (High speed device) supports two #1. Broadband+ (Coverage available only in 35 cities in India) #2. High Speed 1x (upto 144 kbps) available all over India. We have the option to connect using either Broadband+ (or) High speed 1x. I'm able to connect using Broadband+. However, i'm not able to connect using "High Speed 1x". I'm getting the below error message: "Error 678: The remote computer did not respond". Kindly help in this regard, so that i can connect using High Speed 1x connection all over India, please. I'm dialing #777, with correct username and password. Thank you

            Dear sir, due to poor connectivity I have stopped using the reliance net connect data card for past 3 months but still reliance has billed me an amount of Rs.2, 320/- They have sent me a notice to my physical address in tamil which says action will be taken if not paid. If I have not used the internet then why should I pay the bill o[censored]nused data. HSD no: [protected] Account No:[protected] kindly do the needful. I would like cancel my connection.

              I got a message from the Reliance GSM on 14-March 2015 that was "Cheer India!Recharge by 15-Mar with Rs 197;get 1.25 GB 3G data for 30 Days. Extra 2MB each run scored by India on 14-Mar vs ZIM.4MB per run if India Wins!RCOM". I did, I recharged with Rs 197. But I got only 1.25 GB 3G Data and I did not get extra 4MB per run scored by India on 14-Mar.

                Before 6months I used Reliance dongle bearing the number [protected], I was not happy with it so raised request for termination in the month of October and paid bill after two months I.e on 6 th o January I got a message saying outstanding due is 672Rs very next day I spoke to contact centre they apologized and took two complaints one for termination and other for waive off till now they didn't respond to my complaint every month out standing due is increasing now it has com to Rs1275, today I got call from Reliance legal department i was explaining my problem to them but force fully they disconnected my cal and they are asking me to come to consumer court in delhi...please do the needful

                  I required a new Reliance broadband connection so I contacted the local Reliance dealer, within half an hour his guy came to our house to collect the money and the required documents. He took 1300 Rs (600 for installation and 700 advance for the first month).He assured us that the connection will be made in 2-3 days. After 3 days a lineman from Reliance came to our house and said that your house is 120 metres away from the Reliance Box so the connection to your house won't be possible. I again contacted the dealer and he said that Company only gives us the wire for 80 metres so it won't be possible to make a connection to your house. I then asked for the refund but he told me that you will get the Refund after 45 days as this is the company procedure. The said thing is that the couple of houses in our neighbourhood are having reliance broadband, if they didn't faced any problem regarding installation then why am I getting this problem? I have mailed [protected]@relianceada.com for over 10 times but the only response I am getting from their side is that we have taken your issue and will solve on priority basis. It's been almost 14 days and I haven't received a single phone call from their side. If you call on customer care number then they say that make your complaint on [protected]@relianceada.com.                         Dear sir/madam, I m a reliance cdma consumer of delhi and my mobile no. Is [protected]. ON the date of[protected] at 1 pm i Call to reliance customer Care for information regarding recharge voucher of Rs. 333 and got the information that i will get Rs. 366 talk time balance and 75 mb data balance. That person also send me a sms of details that On 1 pm On that date. That sms is still available in my inbox. After getting this information i recharged my no. With Rs 333 but got only Rs. 293 balance. ON[protected] when i Call that customer Care again they dont respond me well and also from that time i cant able to connect that customer Care again.                           Hello, Now a days Cricket World Cup is going on so when India plays a match you give offer that If we recharge our phone For Rs 99 or 197 then first we get 2GB 2G data for 99 and 1.25 GB 3G data for Rs 197 apart from this 2 MB per run which Indian cricket team make in that run and you offer 4 MB per run if India wins that match. I recharged my reliance Number [protected] for Rs 197 yesterday as India was playing against Zimbabwe I got 1.25 GB 3G data. India scored 288 runs and won so I should have got1152 extra MB ( 288*4) as you offered however I have not received any extra MB as you offered in your SMS. I have been trying to contact your customer care number since yesterday evening but only God knows what kind of number it is which is always engaged and what I listen is only a beep.It is very frustrating. First of I should not have even called your customer care number..you should have given me those extra MB just after match as per your offer. You should keep your promises with your customer.Your customer care service is one of the worst customer care services I must say.It always gives a beep only.I am very frustrated with you so I am writing you this mail. I hope you look into it.and stop sending fake offers to your customers.

                            Consumer name : Dolly Sinha Registered Email ID: [protected]@gmail.com Consumer Mobile Number : [protected] Contact number : [protected] I put a request for closure of the above number and convert the same into the prepaid on 17th Nov 2014. In lieu of that I was asked to pay an amount of Rs. 560 to clear the post paid charges. After some time I received a message stating that the request has been processed. But still I received a mail on 13 March 2015, asking to pay an amount of 989. The number was not converted to prepaid even after a amount of 560 was paid to clear the balance and submission of the request for closure of postpaid account and now I am threatened by reliance that a legal action wil be taken against us. I request reliance communication to take action on this and close the account. The number is no longer active so why should we pay for the same. I posted in the facebook consumer complaint page of reliance but no one contacted back from the customer team. I have the message and the receipt for the payment of 560 rs.                               Sir/MadamThis is to bring to the attention about an unpleasant experience from rcom. 1.CAF no:[protected] 2.Subscriber ID/s :[protected] 3.Name(Customer Name):MR NARAYANAN PV 4.Address(Customer Address)SREE RAMAKRISHNA MISSION HOSPITAL, NEAR SYNDICATE BANK SASTHAMANGALAM 5.Alternate Contact No:[protected] 6.e-mailID:[protected]@GMAIL.COM 7.Services Opted:Broadband 8.RatePlan:WICF1099 I had requested for reliance broadband connection in Trivandrum, kerala state. The sales person Mr.Sachin (Mob:[protected] was quick to respond and collect installation fees of 800 rupees.No receipt was provided eventhough i had asked him. He said that the receipt will be emailed to me. I have not received any such email till now. Then it took another 7 days to install the modem and this was done after me calling several times to Mr. Sachin. The internet connection was not there at that time of installation. I waited for several days and after repeated calls to Mr.Sachin he provided me with the number of Mr.Shaji (Mob:[protected]) whom he said is the head of operations at the place of service. Though polite and full of assurances about the service, he never kept his word during those days. After much repeated calls to him he finally made my line active and i got internet for about 3 days which very less speed (less than half the speed that i signed up for. [1.8 Mbps instead of 4 Mbps]) and then it stopped. I had always made these problems to the notice of Mr.Shaji, Mr.Sachin and send numerous mails to the [protected]@relianceada.com. Eventhough i got replies from the relianceada.com, nobody turned up physically in the place to fix things. I never got my internet from that point of time. Eventhough they made sure that ADSL light was steady, no internet was provided. I had again brought this attention to all the above said authorities. But no action was taken. Finally fed up i asked for a disconnection. Then i faced a volley of customer care and office calls about my reasons to discontinue and why i should continue. A call from a hindi speaking person, from Reliance, promised me that my bills will be discounted because i never properly received the service even for one day in its promised manner. He urged me to continue. As i had suffered missing of my online course deadlines due to internet failure solely due to the inefficient and deliberate bad practices of service, i decided to quit anyway. Even though the service was poor to be polite, the billing was right on time and it billed for another month eventhough i had requested to terminate the service.repeated volley of calls from many personnel from your company still continues, and they take care to call me in my office hours repeatedly disturbing me of my work. Please consider my condition and have sympathy. Kindly write off the bill (which i believe i deserve) and instruct the employees to not call me and disturb me on a regular basis.please consider regards-- Dr. Narayanan. P.                                 We want to draw your kind attention on the Connectivity matter at our Bamanbore Plant. This is to inform you that at present we have 8 Nos. of Data Card in our Factory. We are facing following connectivity issue. 1> Data Card Speed is very slow. 2> Disconnect of connectivity is frequently. 3> SAP working is not possible due to frequent disconnection. On the above matter we have lodged a Complaint at Reliance customer Care Centre on[protected] Ticket No.:[protected]. They have closed this matter without any visit. We have lodged a Complaint again on[protected] Ticket No :[protected] against this complain they assured as that a person visit our Factory and resolve the issue but till time there is not any positive response. We request you to please take off the matter to priority basis and resolve the issue.

                                  Hi i m vishal bakshi and i m buy a postpaid connection in april, 2014 and dan d dealer had asked me dat u should buy total 3 numbers first and he should ask me dat used it for minimum 3months dan you will stop urs numbers i[censored] want to stop dan after dat i had complaint so many times to customer care but he had not do any thing so now i had completed 1 year in next month so plz do sumthing i want to stop [protected] dis number bcoz i have two postpaid number and its was useless so i will stop dis number recently i had file a complaint to urs retention deptt. on 10th march, 2015 and the executive name was MISS RUPINDER she should ask me dat she should file a complaint to stop dis number and the COMPLAINT NUMBER WAS[protected] and i had recieved a call from [protected] on 13thmarch, 2015 at 11;54am and dan i m also tells urs executive dat plz stop [protected] dis number so now its upon you how u will handle it and if you dnt do anything dan i will file a complaint in consumer court against you dan you will ans there so its upon you whether you will stop dis number or not and I M NOT PAID THIS MONTH BILL TILL YOU STOP [protected] dis number...

                                    I have bought a reliance CDMA SIM and deposited security that is refundable - Rs. 850. for the plan 899 Unlimited. After 60 days I have changed the plan. But they are not refunding my security deposited for that plan i have bought. I have visited reliance store but they are saying it is not refundable anyway.

                                      I was a Reliance Broadband User with Subscriber Id[protected] and Fixed line phone number [protected].My service was down since !7-December-2014 and God only knows how many times i must have called or written to them but the service never started and on 6th January i asked them to Terminate my account.Reliance plays a very dirty game, they keep denying my request for termination and they keep dragging you so much that they can make more money.finally they said my request for Termination was received on 19-February-2015 and the process will be completed in 9 days, which is not true.This very intelligent guy called Balaji A who has no knowledge of any thing and does not update himself and only knows to send a pre typed email every month and saying your bill is generated and Kindly pay your bill today earliest to avoid revised LPC charges.I believe even Mr Balajee is part of this dirty game and they all know what is happening.in spite of not having any connection and services i paid the bills for the month of January and February based on what i was told by customer care that if i pay the bill later on after termination of my account i will get my money back through a cheque which they say as a waiver. the best part is that, the Reliance representative Mr Rajesh has collected the modem from my residence and i have email from customer service that my account is closed, yet this Balaji keeps sending me the same format email and now he is saying my bill for the month of March is generated and kindly...Reliance is really gone bad specially in Pune. I request everyone, Please don't get even close to Reliance Communication Broadband Services even if they offer free services.finally hope someone honest does help me to get rid of this cheaters.

                                      To my Surprise today i received a call from Reliance Customer Care who did not reply my emails and they told me my account is Terminated and i don't have to pay any more money, also they told me i will get my money refunded after 90 days which is for the month of January and February since i had no services from Reliance Broadband.
                                      I will mark today 15-March-2015 and until 90 days from today i get my money, my complaint is not over.

                                        TO, RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS, Please send this below reliance executive to take back the data card and return the amount paid to him- No.1 worst service and taking extra 400rs money, Reilance communications, BDE, mohan of visakhapatnam--- I purchased a reliance 3 dongle of MDN: [protected] and model: AC2739 on 11th march 2015 from T.mohan rao BDE of reliance communications, having mobile number [protected]/57, he sold the device on 11th march to me, the message I Received for dongle sale is 1399rs for 3 months unlimited, but this mohan rao of reliance having mobile number [protected]/57 told it is 1650 when i told him the sms of 1399rs, he agreed and after installing he told total 1499 rs, but the actual price is 1099rs which I Checked it in website after getting internet connection. This worst service person mohan, bde, reliance communications, vizag, took 400 rs EXTRA, and 2nd-very poor response -main thing is on 11th morning onwards for selling dongle he called multiple Times to me, after selling that is 12th though I called 15-20 times Regarding activation not done, he did not light the phone from 12th morning and started cutting the call, and despite calling multiple times after taking money, there is no response till activation done at 12th night 9.30 pm and 3rd- on 13th today i called for speed of internet is coming only 5-10 kbps sometimes and many times 0 ZERO kbps, struggling from morning, speed is not coming for internet, even for phone call no response from this executive, please take immediate action against this mohan rao, BDE of Reliance communications, visakhapatnam to get back to me for any queries call me at [protected], please take necessary action against him and return the money and take the data card, I will opt for another service, I have used reliance dongle net connect+ in Bangalore but Never this kind of worst service, contact me at [protected], thank you PLEASE SEND THE EXECUTIVE AND TAKE BACK THE DATA CARD AND RETURN THE AMOUNT COLLECTED.
