No.1 worst service and taking extra 400rs money, Reilance communications, BDE, mohan of visakhapatnam---
I purchased a reliance 3 dongle of MDN: [protected] and model: AC2739 on 11th march 2015 from T.mohan rao BDE of reliance communications, having mobile number
[protected]/57, he sold the device on 11th march to me, the message I
Received for dongle sale is 1399rs for 3 months unlimited, but this
mohan rao of reliance having mobile number [protected]/57 told it is
1650 when i told him the sms of 1399rs, he agreed and after
installing he told total 1499 rs, but the actual price is 1099rs which I
Checked it in website after getting internet connection. This worst service person mohan, bde,
reliance communications, vizag, took 400 rs EXTRA, and
2nd-very poor response -main
thing is on 11th morning onwards for selling dongle he called multiple
Times to me, after selling that is 12th though I called 15-20 times
Regarding activation not done, he did not light the phone from 12th
morning and started cutting the call, and despite calling multiple
times after taking money, there is no response till activation done at 12th night 9.30
pm and
3rd- on 13th today i called for speed of internet is coming only 5-10 kbps sometimes and many times 0 ZERO kbps, struggling from morning, speed is not coming for internet, even for phone call no response from this executive, please take immediate action against this mohan rao, BDE of
Reliance communications, visakhapatnam to get back to me for any
queries call me at [protected], please take necessary action against him and return the money and take the data card, I will opt for another service, I have used reliance dongle net connect+ in Bangalore but
