This is to bring to your attention about unpleasant experience with Reliance. This is with reference to my Bill of mobile no.[protected]. I have been using this Number since the launch of Reliance in the mobile world and was one of the DSA and on an average my bill amount used to be between 800-1200 till November'14. This mobile was in my Brother's Name and in November 2014 we had to got the number transferred into my name-Kanika Gulati. Earlier with records the bill amount did not exceed an average of Rs.800-1200/-a month whether I am using it on locally or in roaming with Internet usage. Suddenly, after November'14 once the name changed the amount has been shooting upto Rs.2000/-a week. The services were deactivated by the company with immediate effect in first week of December 2014, whereas the bill was paid around second-third week of November 2014.Since then, the bill was exceeding and with no information the services were deactivated showing due to high internet usage, which was wrong or inaccurate because for a week my mobile was switched off. Also, I have an old mobile on which I was using only whatsapp, Facebook and Gmail. I made several calls to Customer Care to share my internet usage details and everytime they inform me that they will email me the details however no details have been shared.Also, they changed my plan without my consent. Despite making continuous calls at customer care regarding resolving the issue, no action has been taken so far and unsatisfactory responses are given each time. As guided by the customer care department the payments were made to activate the services by credit card-3500/- approx and debit card-payment was made twice -Rs.600/ and 800/-, Rs.1500/- were made subsequently in month of December 2014.We were told to change the plans and that the excess amount would be adjusted in the next bill which has not been done so far and despite sending mails to Reliance customer care and head office, we have not received any resolving mails.As advised by customer care department, the reliance web stores located at a distance of 15 km (West Delhi) from my residence even failed to resolve the issue and were dependant on the Customer Care. While, I was in reliace store we called customer care and they adviced to change the plan again to Freedom Plan. I filled the form and requested the same which never happened. After a week, my phone was deactivated again due to high internet usage. I called customer care again and spoke to supervisor (vinod) and he informed me that plan cannot be changed however we can go for a value add service for internet usage and he will add 1 GB internet activation plan as internet usage is less than that. Several times my plan was changed without my consent and still I faced my billing issue. The customer care department and supervisor are fraud they are just making money from customer without informing about any changes and details.They were polite on call and full assurance was given by supervisor about the bill service, the words never kept as promised. Also, supervisor inform me that you pay December bill and call again and inform the agent to transfer call to me and I will get the bill adjusted. I called number of times and agents used to disconnect the call whenever I ask for supervisor and sometime they say there is no supervisor with name Vinod. After mental harrasment I decided to quit reliance now. I have all registered complaints with no action and no internet usage bill details mailed to me from Reliance end. I decided to port out of Reliance, so I filled form at reliance store and I have copy of that. The store charged Rs. 250 from me and after a week I received a call that Port number has been rejected because you have recently changed the ownership. I told the person that I paid Rs. 250 for it, so it need to be adjusted in my bill and he refused. He informed me that you need to go to Reliance Store to collect it. The store should have informed us while we were filling the form that you cannot do it right now. This is a Big Fraud and money making Company. They want customer to travel 30 km to collect Rs. 250/-. Who will pay customer travelling charges and why reliance cannot adjust it in bill. Reliance Store is a BIG FRAUD LIKE RELIANCE COMPANY. Also, in the current bills no further adjustment of previous amounts has been made.On calling the customer care and speaking to high authorities we came to know that the plan of my mobile no. [protected] was put in default plan for which I was never informed thus resulting in high billing amounts.We were told that the amount would be adjusted but no adjustments have been made in the current bills so far. Also, now they are sending recovery person for billing. Twice recovery people jave visited and from which one of them was very rude and don't know how to talk to a women. Now, reliance have come upto physical torture by sending rude recovery people. Please take necessary actions and resolve the matter asap with reliance as my entire work has suffered due to their negligence and lack of customer care support. Hoping for a strict and immediate action from the concerned authorities...

    I have bought a new sim enablem 2g internet pack When i surf Amulyam.in from it... the site can not open.. the same time from other internet connection the amulyam.in can surf faster.. i have called to customer care so many time.. one day one told me that u have to recharge with one other card... (which is nothing required). one told me that sorry for it. now check.. i surf that time site opens.. but next day again same problem... i have called to customer care 5-6 time they always told that system upgradation me chal raha hai 4 hour baad call karen.. the fraud company...

    what is this... only in your connect i can not surf these sites but from other connection i can surf fastly at the same time..
    if i call to customer care they always reply that "server is in maintainance or upgradation or technical problem"
    what is this u have customer care for replying this...
    now i say it is a total fraud company... total fraud owner also

      I got a message by Reliance Telecommunications saying that RECHARGE WITH RS 40 & GET RS 60 IN MAIN ACCOUNT BALANCE today(18/03/2015) at 1:45 pm. I recharged today at around 5:45 pm of Rs 40. To my surprise, I got just Rs 32.80. I called Reliance Customer Support, but he ill-treated with me. Kindly look into this matter and resolve this as soon as possible

        Dear Sir/Madam, I am getting continuous emails from M/s Pratik associates on behalf od Reliance communication for payment of an outstanding dues of Rs.920 for Account ID [protected]. Please note that I have moved from Pune to bangalore and paid the last outstanding bill too but still i am continuously getting emails from M\s Pratik Assosicat Even i am replying to the emails from Reliance Legal, but not getting any reply from their side. Also I tried to call on the Phone no mentioned in email, but no one is picking the phone.Also I have shared my mobile number with them but no one tried to contact me. I think these emails are fake request you to please look into this issue.

          I have logded a complained about wrong deduction of money from my account ie.300 rupees which wasn deducted from account. I requested to refund the amount but u hav not responded for refund just u told the technician to visit me and recharge. But why is the technician guy calling me everyday and asking me 300 rupees. And he is also giving me words like i will cancel your account and nobody can activate your even if you complaint.to reliance the comlaint will come to me and it will goes on till you give me 300. If you are going to solve the complaint do otherwise i have to lodge a police complaint asap.

            I am using reliance communication network and my mobile number is [protected]. For the past few months I have been facing network problem on the mobile number mentioned above. After repetitive calling their customer care executives, they didn't respond to my problem. A month ago one of customer care executive registered my complaint and give me complaint no.[protected]. But now again when I contacted them to enquire about my complaint their customer care executive are not giving satisfactory reply. So I have decided to file a written complaint against them. I hope this time my complaint will be entertained otherwise I have to port my simply to some other network.

              I have already cleared all my dues with reliance, after the big goo[censored]p cause by the customer support and legal team. However I am still in receipt of this notice every month. In spite of having written to Ms. Pratiek associates they just seem to ignore the mail and still continue to send out notice without even bothering to call and confirm. In the past mails there were always phone numbers mentioned which are missing in the current mails. On having call on these numbers no one picks up and there is no response during any time of the day. This is highly unprofessional of reliance and shows a clear attitude of the company where they corner the customers into a position and ask them to cough up money or face legal consequences. This is highly unappreciated and drops the image of Reliance's services in my mind. I will not be paying a single penny against this as in the past I have already paid the agreed amount. I had also informed this to Ms. Gauri and executive at Pratiek associate via email and tele correspondence. I have paid up the actual due of (Rs. 1350 - Services which I have used) and will not pay your demand of Rs. 900 for services that I haven't used and wish not to be harassed like this by reliance. Request you to resolve this issue effectively.                 Dear Sir/Madam, I am getting continuous emails from M/s Pratik associates for payment of an outstanding dues of Rs.908 for Account ID [protected]. Please note that self has terminated the connection in Year 2009 as my services were transferred from Pune. At the time of termination, I have paid all the dues and also returned modem to reliance office. I am replying to emails from Reliance Legal, but not getting any reply from other end. Also I tried to call on the Phone no mentioned in email, but no one is picking the phone. Please note that I have been working at Muscat from 2012, and couldnt visit personally, however my wife visited Reliance Office in Dec.2014, where she got the information, that Reliance office didnt send such emails. Request you to please stop harassing me cause I am getting emails continuously.

                Undersigned getting continuous emails from Reliance Legal (Account ID – [protected] Brodband Connection) for Payment of Rs.908. Please note that I have terminated connection in Year 2009 and at the same time paid all dues also returned the modem to Reliance Office at Ajmera, Pimpari, Pune-18. Now after 6 years i am getting such emails!! I have replied to all emails stating all the details but I didnt get any reply. Also I tried to call on phone no mentioned but noone picked the phone. Please note that presently I am working at Muscat and unable to visit personally. In last dec-2014 my wife visited Reliance Office and inquired about this issue, but the Customer Care Officer confirmed that they not send such emails. In this regard, i request you to please look in to this matter and stop harrasing me that to after 6 years...

                  To, The Manager, Reliance Communications. Dear Sir/ Madam, I was using 2 numbers in my name and had both of them for termination. One was [protected] and other was [protected]. (Find attached the termination receipts for both the numbers) This is regarding the Data Card No which I was using since 2009 but due to poor service had surrendered the number and have the acknowledgement receipt of the Service Termination dated 15/10/2014. After almost 5 months now have been getting reminder on bill payment and getting calls almost every day to make the payment. Every time I receive a call need to go through the entire story and it has been a harassment now. Kindly note this have it resolved immediately. Regards, Rakesh Shetty [protected]

                    Hello Dear Sir/Madam, my reliance prepaid mobile number is [protected]. I had recharge of Rs.116.from last few days. I m facing problem with unnecessary deducted Rs.25 amount from main balance on 14th march 2015, when there is already data balance and promo balance available.and deduct some 35Mb data balance within 2 days which I had not been use. I had not download any video or images, and not even message as much. I had complaint before on 198 . Complaint no.[protected] and they refunded me such amount. But again next day on 15th march 2015 same problem happened and my balance deducted again of Rs.36 . And when after m calling from last two days they told me that they could not find the details for my number, because of their System Error n said call them later.. And now.. No respond on 198..there is recorded voice saying "Reliance me call karne k liye dhanyawad."After so much process. I am facing this problem from last 6-7 month. Minimum twice in month. i want my main balance and Data balance.

                    Dear sir / madam, I am not satisfied with the solution.I had been complained because of deducted unnecessary Balance.

                    On 12 march 2015 my mobile balance was Rs.55, Data Balance was 15 MB, and Promo Balance was almost Rs.70 but also company unnecessary deducted my balance of Rs.30. When I complained about it on 198, they told me that it was happened because of GPRS. They apologize and refund me all amount within 24 hours on 14 march 2015.

                    And the same day on 14th march 2015 again my balance deducted worth Rs.36 despite of there was Data balance of 15 Mb and Promo balance available too..Then how can reliance deduct my balance and when I complained they give me the reason that Balance was deducted because of GPRS.


                    When there was already 15 Mb Data balance.. Then why this reason given by reliance customer care again n again. And this stupid things happened with me every month since 6-7 month.and every time they give me the same reason.

                      Dear Sir, I want to draw your attention regarding bill for my mobile (No.[protected] for the months of Feb. 2018 and March 2015 while I am not using any Net-connect usage I am being charged for that. A sum of Rs.139.60 charged in Feb.2015 and Rs. 259.40 charged in March 2015. I have already paid the bill for the month of Feb.2015. But I will not pay the charges of Net-connect usage of Rs.259.40 this time as I am not using any Net-connect. Please, therefore, arrange to reverse the charges of net-connect usage.                         My reliance data card number is [protected], I have been paying bills regularly and I changed my plan from postpaid to prepaid on 22/4/14 and received customer voice copy for changing the plan to prepaid. Even after me changing the plan I get calls and legal notices regarding bill payment. Few days before I got a call from Delhi, a lady spoke stating that case has been filed against me under sec.420. and for further information to contact an advocate and on calling him he told that my case no. is BL503 and I have to pay outstanding reliance bill payment of Rs.1458 within 4pm else case will be forwarded to Delhi court and I have to pay fine of Rs.28000. I contacted reliance customer care regarding this and asked if there is any pending payment on my side but they told that my account has been terminated and not to bother about those calls and to ignore such calls and not to worry about the threatening of going to New Delhi court and all. I got repeated calls from that advocate and I told him about my migration of plan and customer voice form of it, he started to shout and disconnected my call. On the same day I approached nearby reliance office 4roads, Salem district and told about my issue to manager, he said that this is new office and the old office dint activate the plan migration and i should call some reliance customer care number saying them to migrate the plan. I told them that I was not instructed anything about calling customer care number to activate plan migration at the day of plan migration(22/4/14) and after one year if I’m been said like this means I can’t be responsible and showed him the customer voice copy of plan migration. If a reliance offices can’t activate a plan migration and we customers must call a number and say them about activating plan migration means then for what purpose is there a showroom at each and every places of the city? and what are they doing? and for whom they are working for if everything is done by ourselves? After seeing the customer voice form he told that it is fault of old office of not migrating and to ignore threatening calls and legal notices. I asked him to clear the outstanding bills in my account when everything is clear on my side and he said that they can’t do anything and they don’t have any authority to do it and I added that “if I get one more call or legal notices regarding this I will go to consumer court for giving me mental torture even after migrating the plan”. My doubt is that if they don’t have the authority to solve a customer problem and they can’t even speak to head office to solve an issue even when mistake is theirs then for what purpose they are keeping offices in every places of the city? Also I was told by the manager that if I get calls again I can put conference to nearby reliance office and they will speak to that persons and solve it seems. How many days will I put conference and pass days I asked to the manager s and he told that if I can’t manage and don’t want further disturbances means paying outstanding bill is the only way. I came out without any solution and hope this website will help me further and relieve from this mental torture by reliance communications. Once I get legal notices for nonpayment bill of Rs.3450, few days’ later legal notices for Rs.1458 and it keeps on changing and as they wish they are saying non bill payment. I have attached plan migration customer voice form for the proof.

Billing Account No. : [protected] CAN No :[protected] Today I have got call from you are they were saying reliance put my case in legal. Now let me tell you brief about my Account I have raised termination request on 30-Oct-2014 request number is [[protected]]. I was calling reliance customer care from 30-Oct-2014 and reliance customer care representative telling me to arranging call back every time but no call received from reliance broadband side. After long following and no result from reliance broadband side I raised one complain on 22-Dec-2014 complain number:[protected] in reliance customer care. The result is again no response from reliance broadband side then again I raised complain on 30-Dec-2014 complain number :[protected] again no activity from reliance broadband side. I raised another complain on[protected] [[protected]] wrote a mail to reliance broadband then only they terminate my connection on[protected]. Now as per reliance broadband policy once customer put the termination request you should call customer in 2 days and after 9 days you terminate the service. Here reliance broadband have not called me and I am following reliance broadband every time They fooled me and say they will arrange a call and no call came to me. Then I put a complained you not respond and passed 2 and half month. Now you are saying to me pay Rs: 925/- and putting me in legal. Please let me know what step I should take.

                                Dear Sir / Madam I have done recharge of amount 55 on dated 03/02/2015 by www.rcom.co.in/instant recharge . Its provide the benefit of free roaming incoming for 7 day but I did not get that benefit during the roaming. I have charged Rs.1 per minute incoming call. I have complained to customer care but they did not response well. I faced many problem. I want all charges return.

                                  Dear Sir, I have using reliance data card numbered [protected] for past 3 years. I decided to disconnect the service during last January and raised corresponding request with the team. The concerned department people contacted me and offered me to use the data for further 3 months with limited data usage. However i did not use the data card for that specified three months since I switched my service to another broadband operator. But I came to know that I have to pay a bill of amount Rs.1790 for using the data card services. Then I contacted the customer care representatives and clarified them regarding this bill amount and told them to immediately disconnect the service. However for the past 3 months I have been continuously receiving fake calls from the people, who were claiming to be calling from Delhi High Court and threatening me to pay the bill amount.                                     Dear sir, i had applied for prepaid to post paid migration, i as didn't liked the plan during verification process i told them not to convert, they blocked my number when i complaint to them they activated with converted to post paid. then i got a message saying that my verification failed and they stopped the service.                                       My reliance broadband[protected] is not working for the past 15 days. I have lodged numerous complaints with the customer care.The worst part is that they close the complaint without the issue being resolved. When I asked for refund they said that refund is possible only when complaint lasts longer than 72 hours. And since Reliance Customer care are closing my complaint without even concerning me I am not even eligible for refund. I really don't know to whom I am supposed to escalate my complaint. The customer care dont provide number of the manager or technical person incharge. The customer care & Technical back end team are useless and I mean it.The customer care takes the complaint, and the back end team closes it without rectifying it. Also I cant even see the status of the complaint through complaint id on internet. So I have no idea if they closed the complaint or not. Every time I make a call to customer care, every time I received assurance that the issue will be resolved within a day and no actions were taken. I have made more than 30 calls but reliance customer care is the worst customer care I have ever seen in my life.

                                      I didn't receive any calls from Reliance Customer care. Also I raised a conditional termination request, in which I mentioned to terminate my connection only if Reliance communications are unable to resolve my issue in the given timeframe. Reliance Communication resolved the issue but terminated my connection without even confirming me.
