Respected sir/ma'am, With due respect I would like to inform you that on 25th of feb I just requested for UPC code from my mobile number [protected] for MNP but on 27th feb 2015 at 1:06 pm the representative of company called me and requested to not submit the document for MNP procedures. I just convinced with this prompt by that representative that a pack will be activated within next 72 hours on my number which include the following facility:- 1. All local call will be charged @25 paise per minute for three months 2. All STD call will be charged @50 paise for three months 3. 2GB 3G data will be given for two months (1GB per month for two months) After this offer I just stopped the process of MNP. But I am feeling very sad to inform you that company cheated and these facilities would not have been allowed to me till 20th of march 2015 . When I use to call the customer care by dialing 198 the representative assures me that these facilities would be activated as soon as possible but they doesn't prompt for the period of activation... . .     I am using Reliance for the past 6-8 years and i had no issues while using CDMA, but now i have changed to GSM so that i can use it with Blackberry passport, since the beginning of my GSM usage i keep getting random network blackouts and issues in receiving incoming calls, i have raised a complaint regarding this to Reliance and they promised me that the problem would be taken into consideration and resolved in within the next 3 days, during which they said i would receive a confirmation message or call from Reliance addressing the solution to the current problem, i patiently waited for 4 days missing all my important calls, and i go to the customer care center and they tell nothing can be done from our side, the issue has been booked and complaint has been raised, rest is in the hands of the higher ups, i told them if the problem is not solved by tomorrow i would do a number portability to other network provider and they said its ok sir, if you want to discontinue, or do a portability we are ok with it! Which customer care executive would ever say that to a long time user? I'm offended and upset with the attitude and the way the issue is handled, had loads of trust and respect on Reliance and now its starting to fade off

      My complaint was registered on 4th march and sri number[protected]. Its been more than 15 days still no action has been taken, nobody bothered to call. I am just paying extra rental on the same.

      Product is very good but customer support and service is very bad.

      Will not recommend to any one.

        My Reliance postpaid number is [protected]. On 18th of March, from instant pay services I did a payment of 1700 against my number. I immediately got the confirmation receipt online. But whole day I waited and Reliance communications did not sent me the confirmation mail. Next day I got a call from reliance saying that my payment is outstanding. Again I made the payment online, this time I saved the online confirmation receipt but still they have not sent me the confirmation over mail. From the receipt I got after payment I am here putting the details Receipt No. AMIP68861716 Transaction Ref Number. 84109061 CHAITALI BADHYOPANYAY Please do the needful else I will take legal action.           I was IDEA user.but I thought that reliance is good for communication.when I recharged my prepaid accont.They all time cut money .They subscribe any services and cut that amount.this was happen approx 30 times in 4 months. Than I mailed about this after 2 or 3 days they return amount without any information they cut charge. They never pick CUSTOMER CARE call.PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM. my contact no.:-[protected]

              sir, i just recently purchased a reliance sim with the number : [protected] on feb 1st or 2nd week btu the sim was not activated for 2 weeks so i went to the shop owner and asked so he said it has been activated then after that the sim is not working.. when i call to my number the replay is that "the sim is currently out of service .. plse help me out

                I registered an application for a new connection with reliance approximately 20-25 days ago, and their guy came on the very same day and took all the req. documents. It included my photo ID, my Address proof and a cheque of 1300 rs. The cheque has already been cashed in and the guy after stalling me for 3-4 days is not even picking up the phone now. The delay was due to some technical issues, but a company like reliance should be able to solve such a problem by this time.I have spoken to his senior, but he says an i quote " Sir, What can I do, if there is no wires available". I terminated my previous internet connection because of this and now i dont know what to do .. Please help me solve my problem. Shubham Goyal [protected]

                  Hi I am a Reliance Broadband User ID[protected] I am fed up of the service provided to me. Even after 15 complaints in last 2 months my problem is not resolved. Its just a wiring issue which Reliance line man told me. I am an user since past 4 years but Reliance does not care for that I Guess. My latest Complaint No[protected] After losing all hopes I raised a termination request on 5th March Request No.[protected] But reliance have not responded yet. I have communicated several times and also contacted the customer care. But nothing has happened. Kindly help me to come out from this issue. I have made the payment for the above mentioned subscriber ID till 1st March 2015 and requested for disconnection of the said connection on 5th March 15. People here at Jaipur Office are not helping me at all. Namely Mr. Raj Kumar, Mr Saket, Mr Ajay. They never pick customers' call and whennI went to office they didn't allow me to enter.                     Hi There Very Sorry to inform you that ridicules situation is created by india, s prestigiuos business house Reliance communication.same was written to Division of Telecommunication thrice that intentionally reliance is deactivating my mobile num [protected] within three month of time frame reliance officers Taken my documents five times. some one from reliance nodal office told me that they will make my life hell if i want to continue with the same mobile number. as i told them this is my corporate num i need to continue with same.May this time they 6th time took my documents and activate my mobile num for few days.pls Help me to get the final resolution.                       sir/Madam, We are using the broadband Internet connection and telephone connection of reliance for morethan last 3 years.Our internet connection and phone connection is not working for morethan 11days.we have made a complaint number on local complaint technisian Mr.Kapil-[protected].There is no more response from kapil till date.we wait so long and we are using this internet and our total business has been loss up to 1.5lakhs per day because of internet and telephone connection is not working. We wait for three days from the complaint no more response from Mr.Kapil like(Not attending the call, cancelling the incoming call, diverting the call to sales person, advising me to contact your connection made sales person, speaking o[censored]nwanted words etc., , ) Up to three days there is no clarification from technical team, so lock a complaint on reliance customer care.From customer care we have received a information that within 24 hours we clear the complaint.so we wait again 36 hours more. till now there is no more response from customer care and the complaint also not cleared. so once again we contact customer care and they told that ur complaint is in process.i[censored]rgent please lock another complaint. from the company end there is no more responses and no proper reply from customer care executive, techinal manager mr.kapil etc.., , Because of this tension i have mentally upset and mentally tarchered.kindly take a action on behalf of reliance communication and their unresponsibe staffs, we need a justice and proper action of this complaint.we are paying our bill on the proper manner to reliance.but today there is no response from the company end for these complaints. we loose and we loss our business of morethan 5 to 10 lakhs online sale and we loose our customer which we earn through the phonebusiness also. now we are ready to cancell this connection.but we need a same number alone.we no need a broadband connection. we are using the phone connection for this broadband and that number alone we need. MOHAN RAO, MOBILE:[protected] VISAKAPATNAM -PLEASE TAKE BACK THE DATA CARD AND RETURN AMOUNT TO, RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS, Please send this below reliance executive to take back the data card and return the amount paid to him- No.1 worst service and taking extra 400rs money, Reilance communications, BDE, mohan of visakhapatnam--- I purchased a reliance 3 dongle of MDN: [protected] and model: AC2739 on 11th march 2015 from T.mohan rao BDE of reliance communications, having mobile number [protected]/57, he sold the device on 11th march to me, the message I Received for dongle sale is 1399rs for 3 months unlimited, but this mohan rao of reliance having mobile number [protected]/57 told it is 1650 when i told him the sms of 1399rs, he agreed and after installing he told total 1499 rs, but the actual price is 1099rs which I Checked it in website after getting internet connection. This worst service person mohan, bde, reliance communications, vizag, took 400 rs EXTRA, and 2nd-very poor response -main thing is on 11th morning onwards for selling dongle he called multiple Times to me, after selling that is 12th though I called 15-20 times Regarding activation not done, he did not light the phone from 12th morning and started cutting the call, and despite calling multiple times after taking money, there is no response till activation done at 12th night 9.30 pm and 3rd- on 13th today i called for speed of internet is ZERO kbp IS THIS THE SPEED FOR RELIANCE 3 DATA CARD WHICH RELIANCE EXECUTIVE SOLD IT AS ADVANCED DEVICE FOE NET CONNECT+, for phone call no response, please take immediate action against this mohan rao, BDE of Reliance communications, visakhapatnam to get back to me for any queries call me at [protected], please take necessary action against him and return the money and take the data card, I will opt for another service, I have used reliance dongle net connect+ in Bangalore but Never this kind of worst WORST IRRESPOSIBLE NEGLECTING service AFTER Selling PRODUCT to customers PLEASE SEND THE EXECUTIVE AND TAKE BACK THE DATA CARD AND RETURN THE AMOUNT COLLECTED 100% NOT SATISFIED WITH THE DEVICE.                           Dear Sir/Madam, Reliance communication tower stands installed in our premises, for which regular payments of rent was being paid to our father Mr.Mohammad Ramzan Malik at Aloosa, Bandipora, Kashmir who expired on[protected] and we informed the reliance office at Srinagar and sent all the documents at Jammu office twice including legal heir certificate, death certificate, revenue documents, j&k bank neft forms dully filled in favour of we three brothers including panchayat surpunch's certificate and our fathers bank account was closed after his death, but the reliance office bearers have given three bank drafts payments in favour of our youngest brother account payee drafts have been issued in favour of our deceased father whose accounts stands closed, we intimated the reliance offices at srinagar as well as at jammu, contacted on phone with mr.adil, mr.harmeet, mr.tejendra and finally mr.sami bhat but no one is resolving our pending rent payments since last more than two years, now there are two options with us to exercise either take legal support through court or de link your tower and lock it.it is as such requests that please resolve our grievances at earliest, thanks sincerely yours, er.malik manzoor ul haq, showkat saleem malik, fayaz masroor, cell no.[protected]/[protected]

                            I have requested for termination of the Reliance netconnect broadband connection([protected]) on 11th Sept-2014. The customer care representative acknowledged that the connection will get terminated by 18th Sept. Following the request i have received bill in the month of October for the period[protected] to[protected]bill attached). But, from Jan-2015 onwards i have been receiving bills with due amount to be paid. I have complained to customer care to solve the issue many times... nothing is happening. Request for solving the issue at the earliest.

                            தங்களுக்கு இறுதியாக ஒரு வாய்ப்பினை ஏற்படுத்தித் தரும் பொருட்டு தாங்கள் எங்கள் ரிலையன்ஸ் கம்யுனிகேஷன்ஸ் லிமிடெட் அலுவலகத்திற்கு இன்றிலிருந்து 3 நாட்களுக்குள் காலை 10.00 மணி முதல் மாலை 5.00 மணி வரை நேரில் வந்து சந்தித்து தங்களுடைய குறைகளை தெரிவித்தால் அதுவும் நிவர்த்தி செய்து தரப்படும் என்பதை அறியவும் மேலும் தாங்கள் உபயோகித்த HSD இணைப்பிற்கு உண்டான பணத்தை அன்றைய தினமே செலுத்தி இச்சந்தர்ப்பத்தை பயன்படுத்தி கொள்ளவும்.

                            தவறும் பட்சத்தில் தங்கள் மீது நிலுவைத் தொகையினை வசுலிப்பதற்கான சிவில் நடவடிக்கையும் இந்திய தண்டனைச் சட்டத்தின்படி குற்றமுறு நம்பிக்கை மோசடி செய்ததற்காகவும் மேலும் ஏமாற்றும் நோக்கத்தோடு HSD சேவையை பெற்றதற்காக உரிய நீதிமன்றத்தில் தக்க பரிகாரம் வேண்டி சட்ட நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் அவ்வழக்கிற்கு உண்டான செலவுகளும் தங்களிடமே கோரப்படும் மேலும் இந்த அறிவிப்பை நீதிமன்ற நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு தேவைபடி பயன்படுத்தி கொள்ளப்படும் என்பதையும் அறியவும் எனவே இந்த இறுதி வாய்ப்பினை தவறாது பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளவும்.

                              Dear Sir, I would like to lodge a complaint about two cell phone tower of reliance communications & one other company. Which was installed two years back and which is located just 8-10 meters of my home. It is located at the middle of our village –Sadarpur, in a residential area and the name of the landlord is Rania Chauhan. According to the new rules by the department of telecom these towers should be at a minimum distance of 55 meters from any residential building. Distance between our home and that towers are only 8-10 meters. The radiation from these towers will cause serious health problem including brain tumors and brain cancer. Due to these mobiles towers my wife is suffering with eye problems, headache and same problems persisting to the nearby villagers. This is a humble request to you to please take a necessary action against the mobile tower companies and the landlord to remove these towers, as per the guidelines of Hon’ble High Court of India in this regard, otherwise we have to lodge a complaint against the mobile tower companies and Noida Authority as second party which is not taking necessary action against these companies.                                       I have taken this connection 5 years back and i took this connection ([protected]) from a person called Yousef from Microport. Now that i need to terminate this connection, i am being asked to contact the same person from whom this was taken.Reliance cannot terminate this as this a corporate connection???? How do i get this terminated.

                                        From the past few days I am facing call dropping and bad network problem with my phone. My services provider is Reliance communication Many times I informed to customers care but they are not take it importantly. Every day 2 or 3 time call was dropped when I get a call to my friends or family member. So I am not happy with this service.. Please take some precautionary stape against this type of service Thanks for your attention
