[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — CAF #[protected] MDN # [protected] Reliance dongle not working from 6 months

I got below email from reliance legal department but they have given me wrong bill and services were barred from using and my plan 999 incurred a bill of 2516.
Despite all my calling to their call centre and appellate authority even they can't settle the things and waived off the amount and produced a bill of 10k and then finally reduced amount from 10 k to 2516 but when my plan was for 999 unlimited thing why should i pay more than that, this was the only concern.

Under Instruction from and on behalf of our client Reliance Communications

1. You had availed Telephone/Data Card service from my client under CAF:[protected]

2. That you failed to adhere the terms and condition of the CAF agreement by not making the payment of the outstanding amount in time and the same was not paid despite repeated requests by my client.

3. That on date an amount of Rs.2516 /- is due and payable by you in the aforesaid CAF No.[protected] to my client. However my client in the interest of good customer relationship intends to explore the possibility of a settlement, through process of conciliation and accordingly intends to refer the dispute to Mr.Shaikh who would act as a conciliator for an amicable settlement.

4. In case you are interested in settling the matter, amicably by the process of conciliation, as aforementioned, you are called upon to attend the conciliation camp, being organized at RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS Basu Business Solutions Pvt.Ltd, B/11 Ratandeep CHS, Next to Shoppers stop, S V Road, Andheri West Mumbai On Friday 28th Jan 2017 between 11 A.M. to 3P.M. In case, however, you fail/avoid to come forward for conciliation, on the said date, the present invitation shall be deemed to have lapsed/rejected and in such event, our client shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you to their logical end for the recovery of its dues at your risk, cost and consequence. The present communication may also be treated as a final opportunity from my client, towards the amicable settlement.

5. This is to put to your notice that in event of your rejecting the present invitation I have instructions from my client to initiate further appropriate legal proceeding for the recovery of the amount due from you.

6. This notice is issued to you without prejudice to the right and claims available to my client under the Terms & Conditions of CAF Agreement.

I am again lodging complain about my reliance data card number [protected].
My services were stopped on 27th July saying i have over exhausted my limit of 2000.00 Rs and was intimated by email and i have
paid 1072.00 Rs as per the customer care department.
Then on 14th September bill is generated for 10614.00 Rs and then i was intimated by reliance billing team on 03 Sep that a waiver
has been given and i need to pay 1737.49 Rs.
So from 27th July till 03 September no intimation was given to me that my services has started so i need waiver for that period as
well as a customer its disgusting that first i should pay whole bill and then look for waiver so reLiance would have intimated me the
same.
On 08 Sep my services were stopped again saying i have exhausted my 5 Gb limit with in 5 days that is ridiculous and again
today(15 Sep) i received the call asking to pay the bill for services which were never availed and from 27 july till today my dongle
services are not active so why i should be charged for the bill amount.
So we can amicably settle this reliance should given waiver for whole period and tell me the amount i need to pay and my services
should start immediately then only amicable settlement is done.
Otherwise i dont need reliance data card dongle services as already i have been told my number is suspended.

Please rectify the bill as 15 days i was without internet at my home and installed airtel dongle for my usage.
You should take against action by harassing a customer by sending such inflated bill without my knowledge of changes occur at
back end from 3g to 4 g migration.

Its so ridiculous when credit limit is set for 2000 how can you not intimate the user when that limit has been reached.
How can you expect user will pay 8000 plus amount 4 times the credit limit.
Can you please let me know the details what i downloaded as i know i used it for internet browsing purposes.

but still the outgoing call is not activted plz do the need full as early as possiable...
