Hi, This is Saravanan M. I have given the deactivation request for 18th jan 2014. But still I am getting the bill for Feb 2014. Please check my chat history which I had given the deactivation request. I have not even used single KB from the date of request. So I am not going to pay the bill amount for feb 2014 since i have given the request for deactivation on Jan 2014. Please find the below details for your reference. Now they are sending legal notices.
