Cancellation of delivery on product reliance reconnect 55inch tv, in tamilnadu chidambaram city at kanjithotti reliance jio shop on oct 4th.. Worth of 49900 rs.. I have already paid 17871 via bajaj finance balance amount i am not able to pay at time.. I pay for that tv for my father only but my father is now not feeling well today he was need some medical assistance.. For that purpose i am not interested to buy the product, since now i am not get the product, product was in reliance jio shop chidambaram.. Kindly help me to cancel and return the product then only i am able to clear the amount of 17871 on bajaj finance... So plz help me sir

Updated by Bala1990 I am not interested to get product I have paid initial amount 17781rs for reliance reconnect TV for my father via Bajaj finance, today itself my father not feeling well he was in hospital, that's y I want to cancel and return the product but the "reliance Jio store" at chidambaram tamilnadu near kanji thotti but their response to my issue was very poor they are not able to solve my issue.. they are saying we are not able to return the product still now product was on chidambaram Jio store. But they are saying we have received by ur knowledge but they not ask me to get the product to my knowledge. I am not feeling good of the behavior of the reliance Jio chidambaram employees.. so kindly consider my issue and do me a favour to cancel the product, then only I can refund the amount from Bajaj finance and take care of my father to recover him... Plz sir kindly forward my complaint to your higher official... I want my money back for my essential care...
