[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Defective Product

Ihave buyed a Microsoft lumia 532 on monday 11/5/2015 from Reliance retail ltd.digital xpress mini Address-''Ground Floor 83, shibpur road mondirtala, Howrah-711102'', Store code- 6818, there is a problem i have seen from the third day i have buyed the phone the retailer was reliance digital xpress mini at mandirtala i have complained them they say that i should go to the microsoft service centre at gariahat.so i have been there and they say it should be going for repairing which might take 15 to 20 days, they also say that retailer has the liablity to change the phone on the within 4th day of buying i have been there too. but they dont agree.i am being mentally harased by them. it a new phone and i want it to be changed not repaired.Please look after the issue as fast as you can.
