[Resolved] Reliance Digital — demo & installations | |||
Hi reliance, I am your old customer. I have already purchased a washing machine in 2015. Now i have purchased a sony tv, lg freez and lg microwave from your store. I have received all these items on 23rd sep 2018. But i don't get installations and demo. I have begged your representative that i have live in alone, so please do this in 23rd sep'2018. Because from weekdays i am not unable and no one is in my home. I am still waiting at 10.00 o'clock but no one attends me. Then i spend rs. 1200 installation charges to my electrician then he does this. It is your service. It is a very shame behavior to words your old customer. You lost one customer and my all contacts also. Reliance digital customer service is big zero. They only attended big clients. No values of common and old customers. Regarding after sales service, actual was not explained before sale.

I bring a speaker past on and half month before it's not working while I'm calling the service centre they didn't reponse for my coimplaint ..the service manger and the executive give wrong information for my complaint..
