[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Not providing service for my tv even in warranty | |||
I had registered a complaint in reliance customer car for my 49 inch micromax led tv as there is problem of backlight in tv. I had registered a complaint on 5 sept and my complaint number is[protected]. Now it has been 22 days but nobody is coming to change the panel. When i had talked directly by micromax they told that they had not received the confirmation to pickup the tv as the tv is in extended warranty which is by the reliance digital. And when i asked for the standby unit as they had taken 22 days but they are telling they will talk with seniors but nobody is giving any information.
