[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Outdated product selling | |||
I bought a whirlpool refrigerator from reliance digital of model number ic305neoroy (Midnight bloom). The product i hardly use even for full one year but it became useless just after crossing one year. Reliance digital has mentioned, the product's compressor is 5 years warranty but whirlpool product department is mentioned the product became out of date and customer has to pay the charge of many parts. Can you please suggest why reliance digital sell such out dated product in market of kolkata. The setup box was failed to work bcz of technical problems, which is under warranty, we complained on that issue but we couldnt respond from them, such a damn delay it is..no proper responce from customer care, we want to quit the bledy reliance big tv service.
