I purchased 39inches reconnect led on 17/12/17 freebies philips sound bar. (I have one year warrenty on philips sound bar)
My nearest store reliance digital house no 24_1_1696, plot no 1 police office road dargamitta nellore.

Present my philips sound bar is not working, complain to reliance digital customer care she name is salam. She not responding faverly she says you go to philips service centres. It is not responsible reliance digital. Iam already put into pitition consumer court in nellore.

I was booed two connections before 5 months ago. there is no any response by company to installation. and no provide any information about it. plz see the matter. company was committed installation within 30 to 45 days.

I have already been lodged the complaint over toll free on 16.06.18 but no update. What kind of services this is? When I will get my mobile pls let me know.
