Reliance Digital — product purchased on emi option by swiping 1 rupay debit card hdfc and reliance digital selected wrong account number | |||
I bought an i phone 8 from reliance digital amnora pune on 9th jy 2018. I swiped my hdfc debit card for1 rupee for my savings account but after swiping the card they chose current account instead of savings account without asking me and said procedure is dine. Now my emi is bounced and i’m getting charged because i don’t use current account. This very disappointing i want immidiate fulfilment of my loss as i am paying extra 100 rupees charges per month. I did not get proper help after complaining about this to reliance. Kindly look into this. I in loss of 2000 rupees as if now and more to come. I am regular customer of reliance digital and all other reliance service stores right from reliance smart to reliance footprint. Was this information helpful? | |||

On 29/07/18 I purchase whirlpool 8 kg fully automatic washing machine from thane at present store not supply me machine leg. I follow up last 20 days but not good response.
