I paid a bill for a samsung refrigerator on 15th august 2018 in reliance retail, aims mall, vadodara. Still i have not received the delivery of the product. Bill number:[protected]. [protected] Payment ref no: #[protected] Tax invoice: #[protected] Attached bill copy. In the bill, delivery date was 16th august 2018. Till date product is not delivered. I purchased 3 AC's out of which one is not functioning well since it purchased. Every second day it stopped working.sometimes it stops cooling also. I complained earlier also but problem still persists.kindly find a proper solution ..I m an old customer and purchased so many things from reliance's store.
Very bad experience with Reliance Digital. I suggest never purchase from Reliance Digital Shop.

I buy a samsung j7 prime on 7th August 2018. And I found IMEI number is already activated before 3 Months. Any they didn't inform me about that.
