Reliance Digital — reliance jio executive at z square kanpur | |||||
It feels so sad to see that a big name like reliance hires such individuals who don't even know how to talk to customers, on 22nd of september i went to reliance digital for a sim replacement the executive standing there replaced it and asked to pay rs.399 for jio recharge i paid the sum and went home. Next morning the recharge had not been done i called the executive to inform him, he replied saying your recharge has been done, he gave me a serial no. And asked to call the jio customer care, i did the same and the customer care executive clearly said that my recharge had been unsuccessful please asked the reliance digital to recharge again, i called back at reliance digital and informed them about it, the executive just said (Ok dekhte hain), till 8 pm the recharge had not been done i called up again so this time the executive started misbehaving started talking in an unprofessional way (Tu, tum karke baat karna) i went to the store the file a complaint the executive was not in the store. When i raised a complaint at the store i asked the name of that executive but even after asking many times they did not tell me his name, This is how they treat customers there at the store i guess I wish to file a complaint against all 3 executives of reliance jio inside reliance digital at z square mall kanpur, i want written apology and a warning letter against all 3 of them.
