[Resolved] Reliance Digital — resq - no action on complaint - open for 4 months | |||||
The lid of the whirlpool washing machine purchased from reliance digital is broken. I have a resq care plan for the same. Complaint was first raised in may - even after 4 months, reliance has still not been able to resolve the issue. I have sent multiple emails, and keep getting the regular "regret your inconvenience and we looking at the issue" replies. Complaint no:[protected] Reference no: [protected] Complaint no:[protected] I have asked them to give me a refund of my resq plan since they have not been able to resolve the issue. I purchased Lenovo ip520 laptop on 2/08/18 but in Lenovo warranty status is showing from 21/05/18 to 20/0519 what does it mean, it should show one year warranty status from date of purchase
