[Resolved] Reliance Digital Store - Inorbit Mall Hyderabad — Voltas AC 1.5 Ton Purchased - No proper servicing | |||
Though I have a one year extended ResQ plan from reliance - they have not come properly even for a single regular s ervice. Now exactly a year has gone, with one more year of warranty left, they are saying I have not purchased AC from their store and I have got a washing machine. This is surprising, and all my calls to the customer care is useless as I have spent more than 10 days trying to raise support tickets and calling their customer care to get an answer that they will call me back after checking.
