[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — very poor service from reliance resq

I purchase Kent RO grand form Reliance Digital on 19th July.
It get installed at my home on 22nd July. It stop working on 29th July.
on 30th July morning 10am I book complain in Reliance ResQ. Complain no. [protected]. I got massage that it will attend 30th July.

Nobody come to attend on 30th and 31st.

On 31st around 8pm, I personally visit Reliance Digital. I meet department Manager there. I explain in details about this. He assured me that next day morning personal will attend my call.

Next day on 1st Aug. a service person (Mr. Hardik) visit my home @ 3 pm. I dont know how he handle that machine. Once he left the home just after half hr my wife check the RO and found that it still not working.
My wife call him and inform him that this RO is not working please come back and set the issue. ON that call, Mr. Hardik ask my wife to record a video and send on whatapp. He will send video to company and will give feedback.
I shock and surprise, Is this way of working of Reliance service person. What is the authenticity of sending video to that guy. How we confirm that he will respond or not. Who will confirm that when he will respond to that video ???
Mr. Hardik call 2 time to my wife and ask for video. Due to miss use of personal mobile no. I denied to share whatsapp no to any stranger so I called Mr. Hardik and said this is not a proffessonal approch. You have to visit and resolve the issue.
He didnt come back.

On 2nd Aug. Since I was travelling, I send a person from my office to Reliance Digital and from there he connect me to Manager.
I explain him everything. Manager arrange a conference call with Service centre and assure me that they are immediately arranging someone to attend the issue.
Nobody come to attend the issue.

on 3rd August, I again call your store manager (Mr. Saurabh cell no. [protected]) I inform that why nobody interested to give service ? Mr Saurabh told me that service person call you & your wife yesterday and you have ask him not to visit (totally lie) I request him to make conference call with that service person again. We made a conference call with him.
First that person told lies that he called me yesterday, but when I get angry and I told that I will bring call details from Airtel than he confess that He never called me. ( I attach here with call recorded audio) Than he again assure me that he will visit in next one hr. only.
noboday come again that day. 03rd Aug end here.

On 4th Aug. around 11.30am I again call Mr. Saurbh. And I ask why noboday attend my call. Mr. Saurabh confirm me that your call is closed. Service person visited yesterday. I told him to check once again. He made a conference call with service person and found that Yes noboday has visited.

Dear Sir, May be my call get attend today. But what is there for my harassment and maintal pain since last 04 days ?????
I have regularly buying product from Reliance. I buy Freeze, LED, Split AC, RO, Hair Dryer. still this kind of harrasment is not acceptable at all.

I am a director of my company. I already have a extreme busy schedule through out a day. still I have to spare my time to handle your people and tolerate this harassment. Since 04 days we are buying mineral water from outside. Since 04 days we are terribly disturb due to your so call ResQ service.

May be Reliance Digital is going to close my service call, But this time I want them to teach the lesson seriously.
