[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Voltas ac | |||
I purchased one ac last year 7 th April 2016... Even within 1 yr, there is leakages in pipe and no cooling happening.. I have been calling customer care since last 7 days and lodged complaints 4 times. Every time, same response. 'we will attend in 24 hrs'...first of all nobody gives any damn care to any such complaints... I did a mistake buying from Reliance a bloody Tata product. Both are equally bad...Now Tata Voltas does not give service if it's purchased from Reliance...so be careful guys. Hope someone will see this and revert...
