[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — After debit card payment, asked to pay in cash also

Today (14-Feb-2016) I bought some items worth Rs. 161.70 from Reliance Fresh Store located in Sanganer Jaipur and paid the amount through my debit card for which I have received a confirmation message from my bank also. But the Store executives told me that you will get your amount refunded as the receipt was not generated due to their system error.

I had to pay them the cash after much argument. The summary report of their card swipe machine was also clearly showing the Amount collected on account of my transaction, still they denied to accept their fault.

You are requested to please resolve the issue on priority basis and help me to get refunded the excess amount paid by me.

Nothing was done either by the reliance fresh staff nor the police.. I lost my money

After about 2 hours I received a call and he told me that he is calling from Reliance Fresh and asked me the number of my Debit Card through which I made the payment and assured me to reverse the paid amount.

Immediately after I provided him the debit card number, I received 4 instant messages informing me that some bills of TATA DOCOMO and VODAFONE paid from my account in three separate transactions of 3000/-, 2000/-, 1000/- and 300 for some oxygen Wallet..

This call may be only and only from Reliance Executive or any of his relative as none other customer was present except me and the Reliance Fresh Staff.
