As we all know reliance fresh and smart mark down product before some time of expiry but in store nearby us the staff is not giving mostly marked product to normal people and the staff is taking to their home by calling their family members the marked down product is for normal people other than staff but they are misusing those product and staff takes it to their homes.

Dear Concern,

I have visited your Reliance Retail which is located at Near Do Talaab, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. I want to buy 25 pieces of something (not decided) so i have looked so many things but unable to final and suddenly 1 person came to me and ask me to leave the store because i have not purchased anything from last 15 minutes.

It is the service which you are providing to the customer. Shameless act.

I made a payment of Rs. 264.79 on[protected] at Reliance Fresh store at 500, Sir M. Visvesvaraya Road, Muthuraya Swamy Layout, Hanuman Nagar, Hulimavu, Bengaluru, Karnataka via transaction# UPI[protected]DR-RELIANCE R-HDFC-RELI.

The amount got debited from my IPPB app account but salesman said its failed from their end and asked me to pay by another method stating that the first transaction amount will automatically get credited within 21 days. But nothing happened so far I raised several complaints but issue remains unresolved.

I went to the ROF Portico Sushant Lok Reliance Fresh today. The system stopped working because of which we had to wait for at least 30 mins. However the issue was not waiting but the behaviour of the employees especially one called Sugandha Jha. She taunted us twice when we tried giving her various solutions. She argued with us continuously and took no ownership of the situation. Just because of this one employee I would never want to visit the store again.

My name is ashok khandelwal residing at vashi navi mumbai-400703 the store situated at sector 10 a vashi does not keep the essential products and the quality of bread is worst. many times i made complaint to reliance in this regard.

Fake allegations were made on me by gaurds or reliance smart for damaging the products

I have been forced to pay bill amount twice on 06.04.2023 at reliance fresh at MG road Benz Circle in Vijayawada.

Today I visit reliance fresh Faridabad branch near esic medical collage and I am a regular customer of reliance fresh but the staff made me a theft of chocolate and treat me like a criminal without any reason and also make me a embarrass in front of all customer the behaviour was totally non tolerable and I will never visit there again and also encourage my family and friend to not visit there and also upload a blog on my YouTube channel foodieonly for letting people know the behaviour of ridiculous staff

I & lots of people near by your stor are regular customer but your store do not have a COW MILK which is most wanted product of commen man (misal class).
So request to you please arrange a cow milk at your store as soon as possible.

On 19 March 2023 there is a heavy discount on some clothes that consumer want to buy but the employee's of the store distributed it privately among themselves without giving the chance to the customers to buy them. You can confirm this fact by bill history of 19 March 2023 from 10:15 am to 12:00 pm. You will found some bills of garments only and all
these bills belongs to employees only. By keeping discounted products only for employees, you are not only depriving your customers of their intended purchase but also violating the trust that they have placed on the company.This is unfair for customer's. Thanks

The Reliance fresh (Signature) Sanjaynagar, Bangalore, the manager Saraswathi has been harrasing the 1st Shift Staff to log out at 4.00 and making them to work till 5.30 PM every day. I have noticed that there is repeated complaint against this store of Harrassing Staff and not giving proper WEEKOFF but there is not action taken against this Manager. I request the concerned to please help these Female staff, They also have family and children. Womens working for 12 Hrs standing is not a joke. Kind request to please help them & take action against the Manager (Saraswathi).

Hi I have visited Reliance fresh store in NRI layout, Rammurthy nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka.
bought one steel bowl cost 200, but after wards noticed that it is light damaged product, immediately next day itself returned in the store, the person their used bad words and treated ugly, he told that "You are lady how come you buy with out seeing, my wife will buy the products after checking it thoroughly, and treated customer very vulgarly" I have again complained this with manager their Vasu saripella ([protected]). He also not responded yet.
They have taken the product and not returned the money back, money and product are with reliance.
I will take a necessary action of this is not resolved initial stage.

Serious food safety concern at Reliance Fresh (Yosufguda branch, Hyderabad)! I purchased frozen ready-to-cook snacks on March 2nd, and when I opened them, there was green mold on almost every wrap and a strong odor of rancid fat and cheese. When I tried to explain that their freezer must have turned off and caused the food to thaw and refreeze being the reason for the mold, they became defensive and refused to take responsibility. It's shocking how arrogant and condescending the manager was. To prove me wrong I asked him to open two more packs and both the boxes were infested too. Even with 3 boxes of infested food in front of him he did not take responsibility and apologised for selling me such food. Their hygiene is also a major concern, with old, wrinkled produce and dirty floors. I filed a complaint previously in the register, but never heard back. I urge Reliance Fresh management to investigate this store and ensure they meet minimum safety standards. No one should have to endure such poor service and impoliteness from a grocery store.

Yesterday ie 13th March I did shopping at the newly opened Reliance Fresh store near Sec 82 Noida. Bournvita was mentioned at the rate of Rs 280 and was charged at the rate of Rs 330. I went back immediately as this was one product that I was sure of as I had checked the shelf and the price. I asked the team to refund the money which they refused as they had no access to the system at the backend. This is sheer cheating the customers if you are not checking the rates; they might end up charging anything. I ordered stuff from Jio mart but after 3 days they canceled my orders this is the third time it is happening with no regrets from their end. You waste your time talking to these reps with no solution at all. this is really disgusting and frustrating.

Today i visited to the Reliance fresh store @ hazaribagh hurhuru. i bought some items and gave the coins for payment but the store boy rejected the same infront and told me ki ye nahi chalega. Than i asked for the store manager, he told me that he himself is a Store manager. But i found the store manager mr nishant and told about the incident. Store manager also denied to accept the coins but after probing and so many request he accepted only rs 300 in coins .
I was disheartened as the store boy told me infront of the store manager other people that he will not accepting any more coins at any cost.

I never faced this type of service gesture in any reliance store as i always use the Reliance store at jsr also

This is to inform that Reliance fresh Signature SANJAYNAGAR BANGALORE here the manager SARASWATHI has been making 1st shift staff to work overtime the timing of 1st shift is morning 6.00 to 3.30 but she asks the staff to LOGOUT at 3.30 and making them work till 5.30 pm I tried to reach out to the HR but no use I request the concerned to please take necessary action against this.
