Reliance Fresh — Reliance fresh charged more than mrp (appx 10% extra charged)

I purchased two pack egg from reliance fresh (Reliance retail ltd) on 21/03/2016, which rate was rs.32/-, but they charged rs.35/. Its rs. 3/- extra from mrp i.E appx 10% extra from mrp. You can find how reliance doing fraud with consumers. I think they might taken extra amount some more items. It should be inquiry properly.

I Purchased EGG from Reliance Fresh (Reliance Retail Ltd) which rate was Rs.32/-, But They charged Rs.35/. Its Rs. 3/- extra from MRP i.e appx 10% extra from MRP. I though it might be by mistake only. But when I purchased the same product on next day, they had taken Rs.35/- instead of Rs. 32. You can find how Reliance doing Fraud with Consumers. I think they might take extra amount some more items in past year back. It should be inquiry properly. We should once check before purchasing any thing from Reliance Fresh.

I am planning to file a Consumer case against them.
