Dear Sir, I have made payment to Reliance fresh through Jio Money two time as your authorised seller confirmed me of payment not received 1st time. I have complained more than 5 times at your Reliance fresh store and more than 6 times at your jio money but not got any favourable reply. Kindly look in to the matter . I purchased FMCG items from Reliance Fresh Canal Road. To my utter amazement I found that one kilogram Rista Atta was charged thirty six rupees whereas in open maker it costs thirty two only. Then what is the use of going all the way to Reliance Fresh only to pay more or what.

Even I encountered the same issue with Reliance Mart Chennai Nagelkeni Pallavaram and in the process of chasing both the store and bank to get the refund. You may write / call the customer care directly and resolve the issue.
