Bonus shares not received to my demat account

JioFiber connection was taken by me in 2019 as a Pre-Paid connection by paying a Security Deposit of Rs.2500 and I was given a Router. In Feb 2023, I migrated to Post-Paid so that I could get a set-top box (STB) with my migrated connection, as advertised by Jio. Despite numerous follow ups (emails and calls to Jio customer care), I didn’t receive the STB or a voucher for the STB. I was very disappointed and one Jio technician suggested that I cancel my connection and apply for a fresh connection. He assured me that I would get a refund for my security deposit and the balance unused subscription amount. Accordingly, I put in a request for termination of my account and I applied for a fresh connection on 21st Feb 2023.

From 21st Feb to date, I have been diligently following up with Jio to no avail. Jio is not refunding either my Security Deposit of Rs.2500, nor my unused balance subscription amount. I have raised several tickets, spoken to Customer care, spoken to the Escalation team and sent many emails (including to the Appellate email address), but I am not getting any resolution. Every ticket raised by me is being closed by Jio without resolving the issue or even communicating to me what is the reason for not resolving my issue.

One feedback received was that the instrument was received in damaged condition. I refute this allegation. I have shared photos of the instrument that was returned in good and working condition (also it was a new router).

The complete apathy by Jio and use of various pretexts to cheat me of my hard earned money is shocking. I am still a customer of Jio, but what a bad taste this entire experience has left me with.

      Good after noon sir, I am Mahesh Gopalakrishnan from Trichy. I got Chennai silks coupon and forwarded the coupon number to your employee. She never mentioned anything clearly. I said specifically that I will be coming to ooty on 26rh March. 2023. Today when I called your person they are saying that I neither mentioned the dates and I did not make any payment. I was not told about any payment process. All I was told that I will be getting one day lodging for free. Very sorry to say that you people are not serious in serving customers properly. You people think that availing free coupon service we customers are to be treated in this way. Very bad experience. Will eacalate this Matter to your higher authorities and pass the same in all social media. The lady spoke to me was arrogant. Her contact number[protected]

        Respected Sir,
        I have joined Reliance retail on Sep 26th, ​ 2023 in new commerce business​ but the position & vertical for which I have​ joined Hosptial task force as NSM​ has not been launched till date & suddenly after one month of my joining, I came to know thru video conferencing​ that I have been shifted to security & loss prevention team for​ B2B (Netmeds wholesale) & assigned as SLP manager for netmeds wholesale business​ (recovery of market outstanding) which is completely not matching with my KRA & sales domain experience for which I have been recruited, Under these circumstances I have decided to resigned looking into no hope of business to be launched (which till date not launched ) . Accordingly, as per the trailing resignation mail, ​ ​ stating to waive off my Joining bonus recovery, notice pay buy back amount of previous organization since I joined for one role and assigned some other role after one month​, since I have joined after working 4 years 3 month in my last organization, losing my gratuity benefit & incentive, Reliance HR has offered joining bonus to compensate it​ & notice pay buy back​ of previous organization​ to join early​ .

        Now today I have received my full & final account statement where joining bonus, notice pay buy back & notice pay recovery has been recovered.

        I have joined Reliance with a great hope to lead the new business but ultimately leads instability in my carrier & financial losses.



        My sincere request to Mr Ambani, being the head of Reliance Retail family, kindly look into the merit of the whole incidence and do the needful .

        I do understand such business decision & accept the same while expanding business into newer avenues .

            New Reliance Smartpoint shop was opened on Feb 4, 2023 in PJR Enclave, Madhavapuri Hills, Chanda Nagar, Hyderabad-50. I went to purchase groceries on the opening day. I purchased for Rs.744.90/-. I gave my ICICI debit card to salesman at the counter.He swiped/tapped multiple times and said that there was no signal/link to the debit machine and so asked me to pay cash. I escalated immediately to the store manager and area/cluster manager who were present that day. I paid cash and collected the groceries and came back home. After sometime, I got the SMS that the amount Rs.744.90 has been debited from my debit card as well.I immediately rushed back to the store and informed the managers.They told me that they would initiate refund on Feb 6th, since Feb 5th being a sunday. For safety purpose, I also logged a case with their customer care on Feb 5th. The complaint No:4307784. Since then, I've been calling customer care and going to the store everyday to get the refund of Rs.744.90. I get the same response that I would get the refund in 10 days. But already 10 days over. I've lost confidence in them

              I send couple of email but so far no response.

              1. Copy of Allottment letter / Letter from the company mentioning the allotment details of shares on repatriation basis.

              2. Copy of cheque which shows that the said cheque was issued towards payment of purchase of the shares.

              3. Copy of Bank statement which mentions that the transaction was towards payment for purchase of respective shares.

              4. Copy of IPO Application form which mentions that the shares were bought by the customer on Repatriation basis.

              5. RBI approval number issued to Company for allotment of shares to NRE customers.

As I served more than 10 years in RIL, 10% of my EPF amount was transferred to Pension fund, but till date I did not receive the pension certificate though I have submitted the necessary documents before leaving.                     I had contacted K-FinTech to obtain the bonus shares which was not sent to me by postal service. When I contact them they asked me to send the following:
                    1. Original nomination form with attested PAN Card
                    2. Cancelled cheque
                    3. KYC form (ISR-1)

                    I sent the following to them by speed post

                    Received by Kfintech on 9-Jun-2022

                    I have been writing to them and each time they send me the automated reply saying that KYC documents have not been submitted. Six months and still no reply
                    Very bad service by K-Fintech. Please let me know how I can get the bonus shares which were not sent to me.

                        I have registered Reliance sales executives (ASM / CSO / SE) scamming to the area distributors as given below issues:
                        * Since August 2022 till not received Distributor Agreements from RIL
                        * Not providing proper documents from RIL
                        * Without Distributor knowledge Change Commission ratio
                        * Distributor has changed without proper documents
                        * Involving purchasing item (Snactac, Expelz, scrabz, Homeone, One home, Joyland, Good Lift & Etc., ) and Change PO

                        And, Major issues, if CSO doesn't like Distributor and give trouble and no sales until distributor give up. since 5 months CSO using ASM to change distributor in Kaniyakumari distributor

                        i am Distributor of Nagercoil and Kaniyakumari since August on the last month. without my knowledge CSO took Kaniyakumari area from us.
                        No proper communication.
                        CSO changed distributor on every month to make a primary to achieve his sales target. (don't care about Distributor stock)

                        Don't care about Distributor by CSO & ASM.

                        Now, i have Stock value of 3.5 lakhs - no care about us. some of item (Snactac / Disney) has been expired, i claimed and report to the ASM and CSO but no reply yet since 2 month. also, no sales support from RIL (CSO / ASM / SE)

                        Also, ASM & CSO playing with Distributor to heavy loss, so this should be rectified soon or change ASM & CSO on kaniyakumari area's.

                        kindly bring this issue to RIL Top management to rectify the issues.

                          Madam/Sir,

                          I am a customer of your valued company. Today I went to Reliance Store, Beltola, Guwahati for shopping of my daily needs. At the time of billing one of your billing person whose Name as per her ID card is Mompia Tamuli (QS2296964) behaved me very badly. I have chosen a rice product to purchase where price was mentioned as Rs. 400.00 but at the time of billing it shows Rs. 469.00 that's why that billing girl told me that you could not buy this product and she ordered me to take back to the orginal place from where I bring it to her. Then I argued with her that this your fault then why should I placed it to its original place asked some of your staff to do so. Then at the time of payment she asked me to put my card password in POS terminal. Because of the distance I asked her to use contactless feature of the machine then again she refused to do so and she shouted at me as 'stupid'. Then I make a complain to her senior regarding this than again she started arguing with me.

                          If your staff behaves like this with your customer than why should we go to your store. I request you to kindly teach some manners to your staff so that they will behave politely with your customers.
