Reliance Industries — billing | |||
I am a regular customer with reliance smart for reliance smart store, ansal plaza greater noida with store code 6708. Since last 1 month there are only 2-3 billing counters that are opened and when we complain this to the manager there they pay no attention to it and starts fighting with the customers. There are long queues (About 15-20 people) in the main working hours and only 2-3 operational billing counters. The security personnel is also not ready to listen. On paper they make 12 billing counters working but on site just 2-3 are opened for public. The manager there, specially mr rakesh rai, started fighting with me only when i reported this issue to him Request you to please pay proper attention to the operations of the store 6708. P. S. I have made several requests to send dividend when it is due but every financial years they do not send one reason or other now they are saying that pan card copy, crossed cancelled cheque etc. Whereas I have already demate 160 equity shares in karvy stock broking ltd .pl take necessary action at the earliest

I am holding 160 equity shares of reliance industries ltd. Folio no.47628172 and dividend for the year 2017-18 is due but the same has not been paid on the ground that copy of pan card, crossed cancelled cheque whereas above shares have been demated in karvy stock broking at lucknow.
