[Resolved] Reliance Industries — damage during installation /poor compliance | |||
I have purchased led tv from reliance digital store ti indore ref. Pos [protected] dt[protected] delivered at my residence on 14th aug at 07:06 pm. Then, we received a message from samsung service order [protected], as installation is scheduled on 16th aug by mr. Meharwan (Mob-[protected]). But surprisingly on 15th aug at 11:30 am, mr. Ankit ([protected]) visited my residence stating that he is from reliance rescue team and wanted to install tv, after opening the unit he fixed the legs and placed the tv on the showcase table and started activating tv, but when i asked him for complete wall mounting, he replied that he is not having wall bracket and samsung technician will bring that and fix it later. Then after we informed mr. Suraj ([protected]) and visited personally to reliance digital for reporting and also purchase of samsung refrigerator pos [protected] dt 15th aug 18. Next day on 16th aug samsung engineer mr. Meharban visited at 11:00 am and that time tv was on and working. Then he started fixing tv on wall. After fixing when he started the tv, to our surprise it was damaged from right down corner and screen started to get black.. When we asked him the reason he said it might be damaged during transportation. I got upset that within 24 hours of their activity entire damage took place and immediately reported matter to mr. Rahul deshmukh ([protected]), mr. Neeraj ([protected]) also sent all below attached pictures to concern people and further escalated matter to mr. Rizwan khan ([protected]).. After continuous follow up and telecon it was assured by mr. Rahul and mr. Rizwan that they will do the needful by replacing with new tv. Since yesterday, i have been chasing them and made more than a hundred calls but failed to get any appropriate actions & response from reliance digital and samsung as well which was great disappointment for us within post sales service as they are blaming each other and was not addressing the issue properly. It has caused serious complications to me & my family as there was loss of work since last two days and also my wife has undergone severe depression due to non-compliance after hearing all the conversations, as it a huge investment for us. I am a pro - samsung customer requesting you to take immediate actions at the earliest to replace the unit in next two days, failing which i have no option left other than going for legal actions.
