We purchase whirlpool top load washing machine at reliance digital, tirupati, a.P. On 13-feb-2021 and they collect extra warranty amount and service amount at the time of purchasing and they said we provide any type service problem at your door step. Last month 13.09.2021 machine was problem cause of power problem. We complaint against the problem to reliance customer care cener but they told upload your complaint on our service oriented app resq. We raised complaint in resq mobile app, after two days technician contacted me and checked the machine, he said power problem cause to rat bited wires so not apply the free service for you apply for only paid service. Technician named suresh babu collected rs. 1000/- for wiring kit and extra rs.800/- for rat mesh. But still they are not provide service even not attend the call, if lift the phone, simply negligibly says we will coming to tomorrow but not happen still., same thing running past 23 days still they are not provide any service.
