I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 399 +10 =409rs plan On 07th nov 2019 using sbi net banking. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.409 is igahkezfl6. Imp. Form morning of 8th nov 2019 app is not showing me any transaction history. Please update my recharge in my mobile or please return my recharge amount Please resolve immediately.
