Reliance Jio Infocomm — porting request is rejected | |
Hi, I am trying to port out my number from jio as my phone does not support volte. I have submitted my request twice and every time jio has rejected the request. This is bad service by jio. I have received the upc as well but the problem is that reliance is rejecting the mnp request due to reasons are best known to them. I have been trying again and again but every time it's rejected. Reliance should at least send an sms and inform what the problem is that it's rejecting. My bill is also not pending as it's in credit status. No communication is being received from reliance. On 6 Dec 2017 at about 4:26 pm I recharged my Jio no. for ₹399 plan. I used 'Phone Pe' app to make the payment. Amount was deducted but recharge was not made. Please refund the amount or recharge. The beneficiary was [protected]@icici.
