Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge done in jan 2018 on 9th jan for rs.399/= but no recharge credited though money has been deducted thru' bank. | |||
On 9th jan 2018, i did recharge of rs. 399/= for my two jio mobile nos with ref :[protected]Host id :[protected] and Ref :[protected] and (Host id :[protected]. Someone from your side did call up asking me all details of bank / credit card etc which i refused to divulge and as such my 2 recharge of rs. 399/= are still pending. Payment for recharge was effected thru' online banking which usually i undertake to make payments of all my bills like reliance energy / mobile phones / tata indicom landline bill / any online purchases thru' amazon or flipcart etc / d2h monthly recharge etc. This is the 1st time recharge has not been thru' and money has been delected.
