Reliance Jio Infocomm — reliance jio recharge not done but money deducted | |||
Hello sir yesterday (I. E, 14/08/2019) i recharged my mobile number ([protected] through myjio app. I liked to do recharge of 349/-. I have nearly 8 coupons so, i applied one of them and then i paid remaining amount 299/- in phonepe. Amount deducted, myjio app also showed successful message also. Even tho, myjio app not showing any reference and of my recharge (Transaction) I'm attaching the phonepay transaction reference details. Please take appropriate action. I have recharged 448 from my jio app, the amount deduct from my sbi account but jio shows transaction failed... Please resolve my problem

Today I haven't used data. Jio data renews at 00.20hrs where as I was just having web check-in from indigo. At 00.45 hrs I got notification that I have used 100% data of 15th August. In 20mins how can I consume 1.5gb data in web check-in? Complete fraud and wrong calculation. Mobile no [protected]
