I am very disappointed by one the petrol pump located outside of kaithal city

I asked worker to fill the air in car tyre and they refused and said you have to buy diesel first then we will fill air in the tyre.

My father has purchased petrol from Reliance Petrol Nari Bhavnagar using QR code on[protected]. The monney has debited from his account but not credited in marchant account and the Message of Tansction Failure has been shown. The merchant said that withing 24 hours the amount has been refunded to your account so my father has paid Rs.2000 in cash. In Kerala all other companies except reliance are charging around Rs 106 for 1 Ltr petrol. However reliance is taking Rs 111 for the same which is more than Rs 5 from other companies. This is ridiculous and there is no information through media also. Please look into the matter and the do the needful...
