My father has purchased petrol from Reliance Petrol Nari Bhavnagar using QR code on[protected]. The monney has debited from his account but not credited in marchant account and the Message of Tansction Failure has been shown. The merchant said that withing 24 hours the amount has been refunded to your account so my father has paid Rs.2000 in cash. But after a week also, the amount was not credited, hence while inquiring the same on above given numbers, they said to file a complaint with SBI, so that had been done, From SBI the message come that your money is under merchant account so you ask from there then again contacted to Reliance officers, they inquired at HDFC which is merchant side bank and replyed to us that you asked to charge back from SBI...that also been done but recently SBI replied that we have no you ammount so you need to get back from merchant only. In the said matter, everyone is advising but no outcome after a long month process.
Reliance Petroleum customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I asked worker to fill the air in car tyre and they refused and said you have to buy diesel first then we will fill air in the tyre.
Then i asked the manager that please fill the air in my car tyre then he replied that you have to buy diesel first and then...
