Toilet not drink water verybad smell and late night not open pump

In this petrole pump air machine is not working for one month already I told this problem for work but they not take any action

Dear Team, we have made complaint continuously for no proper maintenance at Reliance Petrol pump near Ridhora, Akola Maharashtra.

We have discussed many times with the manager regarding the potholes in the petrol pump premises but no action has been taken till the date.

Kindly look into it.

After getting filled fuel of Rs. 3263.44 from Reliance petrol pump at Haldwani on Bareilly road, when i requested attendant(Mr Gopal) to check and fill air in tyres, he expressed his inability to do this because of lack of attendants. Whereas i observed there were enough man power at petrol pump.

Please look into matter and clarify what all facilities you provide at your fuel station.

Surest chandra filling Station is not accepting any card for payment due to which facing too much problem.

Your petrol pump at vastral, ahmedabad when they are changing shift they were waste lots time. Son that lot of customer not filled petrol and go back. Kindly take necessary action. I[censored] any doubt u can see cc tv camera last two days

Reliance is reliable company to produce product and services as per users satisfaction. But it is unbelievable when Reliance petrol pump on SH-26, Farrukhabad road, Fatehgarh (up) does not have online pay machine functional since last two months where everything is digital in this era. Nobody carries cash for all such works like refueling, shopping etc.

Non functioning of digital media of payment is creating a troublesome situation specially to tresspassers on this highway and nearby local populace. Hence, it is recommended that some valuable direction has to be given to the owner to activate the digital payment system to facilitate the users which saves txn feasibility and time saving as well user comfort.

Air not available

At fuel pump beside rest room at lucknow agra expressway Staff refused to accept a part of payment in coins. They said they do not accept any coin at fuel pump.

At the jaipur dholpur (NH11B) highway near badi branch have no facility of air pressure.

Cheating in fuel measure

I m going to petropump for purchase 1 litre petrol by 1 ltr plastic bottle.today's 1 ltr petrol price is more than 95 but today petrolpump's man filled only 90rs petrol with full one litre bottle...So I m blame for fraud of 5 rs...

After taking petrol at the petrol pump, there is only cash arrangement for payment.There is no ATM reciver or Payphone or any other digital payment system. Digital Receiver is faulty get it replaced

The Reliance Fuel Pump which is currently operating at Avadi, Chennai, Tamilnadu is charging Excessive Amount via card excluding the swiped bill amount. This is bizarre. The employees and dealer is not responding when i asked and there is no proper answers. Despite of higher fuel prices and these dealers is looting in the name of cards. Strict action must be taken against the dealers and must be fined. The dealer code name is "OM MURUGA FUELS" Avadi.

I m fillinh my scooty with 190 rupees from reliance petrol pump near fatak bypass, Sirsa (HARYANA)
But they are fraud with me, After 24 km my scooty tank is empty
I m shocking that on which company i m beleived so much they are fraud with me

It is to inform you that my driver has faced misbehave and physical violence at reliance petrol pump Matiyari, Lucknow. He has been attacked by bunch of employees. Due to reason that the staff denied to provide the bill to the driver after filling fuel.
These staff should be immediately be terminated and i have made a police complaint also for this act. Manager was not their in the duty. Only a supervisor named kamal kishore was there.
Very shameful act.

Dear reliance hmare yha NH.62 mogra jodhpur rajsthan me aapka pump hai .yha pr hame petrol bharwate time bhut asuvidha ho rhi hai .yha pement krne ka card ya case ke alawa koi option nhi hai jese phonepay .goolge pay .patyam
Aapse anurodh hai ki yha pr ye suvidha jald chalu krwane ka kast kre ...plese allow the except pament bye phonepay google pay ..paytam .upi

today i filled up my car with petrol costing me INR 1581.80, at gyansons petrol pump, Mahmoorganj, Varanasi near 12.00-12.30 pm in the noon, (invoice number - [protected]) I was driving a white Maruti Suzuki s-presso car. i want to place a complaint regarding that event.
1. after filling up the fuel, I went for the free air checkup service, however, i did not find any proper queue management or indications, all the vehicles were just clustered up without any proper organisation.
2. so I placed my car in front as not to disturb the other customers, I did wait for a while but did not get any response from the air service provider guy, so I began my journey.
3. when I was moving my car to exit, I saw a plane exit so I accelerated slowly.
4. however, there is an uncovered sewer line in the way of the exit and my car's front wheel got stuck into it damaging the chassis and front of the car.
5. I came out for help and asked the fuel pump employees to help me but none of them responded, thankfully some local guys next to the exit helped me and my car got out of the sewer line.
6. post this, I went to the manager to query about the sewer and to ask why is there such a dangerous situation but no management or markers for that?
7. the manager told me his name to be Pravin Kumar, and did not respond with any responsibility, and instead shouted that whats his fault in this? and what could he do for this? which I believe to be a very rude response, on further query he threatened me to do anything I want but he will not assist me in any matter, as this is none of his worries. he also denied me to write a complaint or provide any complaint book.
8. I want reliance to investigate this matter as this is a very dangerous situation and it could have been fatal for me, I have suffered psychological trauma with this accident and the rude shouting of the manager.
9. I want reliance to compensate me for the disaster that I have suffered and the damage caused to my car as it has gone to the garage for repair, and provide me a written solution to this matter.

I was travelling with my pregnant wife on[protected]. We have decided to take fuel for my vehicle and bio break at one of Reliance outlet situated at Vill- Kunwar on NH-24, Near Mile Stone 461, PO-Ataria, PS- Ataria, Taluka - Sidhauli, District - Sitapur, UP, RO ID-7114.
After getting petrol for my vehicle, my wife decided to use toilet but surprised to see ladies toilet was locked. When we asked for the ladies toilet key from one of outlet staff, they were unable to provide key without reason and was saying we don't have key. When i asked for the outlet manager, he was also not present at that time.
I have raise this complaint to take necessary action against the above mentioned outlet, so that for the convenience of other customers and passenger, i don't want them to suffer like us.

I paid 1020 rupees on 31 may for petrol by p.o.s. machine but the payment was failed. After that the payment was done by QR code . Sometime latter the first and second payment both debited from my bank account . I appreciate that you would solve my problem, please provide me back my 1020 rupees that was accidentally debited. Thank you .
