Pump executive dose not accepting any online payments mode like card swapping or UPI scanning.

Density is not shown on meter There saying tha company is not allowing to show it if it is true then is mean ur petrol is not good quality u and ur pump ar fooling us

I am traveling by bike for char dham Yatra with my wife suddenly my bike tyre puncture so i request in mid night just start air pump so i can get near by safe location, but your staff not allowed and even in night we thought we can stand on petrol pump till get some help from other but your staff told us you can't stand even on petrol pump and mis behave with my wife and me in min night 2:06 AM
I really disappointed with staff behaviour

I have visited Reliance petrol pump Kalpetta branch. in Wayanad Kerala on 9th around 10pm.. This pump located near to Royal Enfield showroom in Kalpetta town.. The pump manager refuses me and my family to use their toilet facility.. Reason was no water available there.. It's very disappointed experience from such a premium petrol pump.. Reliance have a look in to this and solve the issue.. I had refuel my car for 3000 rs and unable to use the toilet from a reliance petrol pump.. While in between a long journey.. Very sad

One of the staff member guide us to place the car at the nozzle for refueling the car.
But the operator of station behaved rudely saying we have parked the car wrongly even the staff has guide us then also.
The operator heated up and started speaking abusing words in front of the family members.
He gatherd the local peoples & started giving threats saying this area is ours & all rabies things.
When we asked for the manager then he said that he is manager & owner showing attitude.

I approached Unique Petrolium, Reliance BP Mobility Ltd Dealer located at Survey No. 159 Paiki Plot No.1, Ashapura Park, Bhuj-Mundra Road, Bhuj- Kutch with mobile no. [protected] for filling 2.5 Litre Petrol in My vehicle. The staff present over there refused to fill in Litres at the first instant. I managed to convince them to fill 2.5. Litre exact somehow but they didn't provided me the bill with Vehicle number. While asking for proper bill, they issue me a challan instead a proper bill. Also they keep on talking with other customer that the complaint can not make any difference to them. Take necessary action for such short fillings tactics and rude behaviour to the customers.

Drinking water facilty not avilable at jio petrolpump near cn vidhayalay aambavadi circle main road.plz provide drinking water facility whithin 7 day than after i have legal procces.

People in petrol pump were not assisting customer’s and was busy fighting among each other

Reliance petrol pump near chowrangee Medinipur were not receiving customers as they were busy fighting among each other.

I am waiting from last 20 minutes that petrol pump man will give petrol but they are sitting in office for a long time here petrol pump meter is also working but inlog says that now petrol filling boy Has not come so petrol will not be given

I visited to the petrol pump and ask him to fill petrol. then he asked me about payment mode, i said UPI he said UPI is not accepted right now. then i said ok do it by Debit card during that time i've already opened my bike fuel cap. And i told him to fill petrol and he is standing in front of me taking EDC machine and asked me to do payment first i said don't worry i have 10 cards you first fill the petrol i'll do payment then because my tank cap is opened already. then he said no that's the rule payment first. i said i've already visited this petrol pump many times it's never happened before. He said i am here from last 4 years and we are following the same rule. During all the conversation he is showing me next level attitude. Even during this conversation he has gone back to his chair showing me attitude. Then i said call your manager i want to talk to him. he said visit tomorrow morning, he will be available on morning i've asked me for the manager's contact number. He refuse to give me that. Like seriously? If i've some issue i'm not be able to talk to manager as well. I can feel that would be one of another rule made by the petrol pump staff or petrol pump management.
Then i decide to go from there without filled petrol and decide to come at morning. I start my bike and go around 30 meter and i hear a weird voice like someone shout out me from back then i came back and ask him whats the problem. Then he literally denied that we didn't do that. The attitude of the guy was on another level. These kind of staff is dangerous for the customers. He really fall down the Reliance petroleum brand values. I want you guys to take a serious action against him. Because if i am visiting like a customer then i don't deserve this kind of behavior

Please take immediate action for mixing kerosene with diesel.face issue when we refill diesel in reliance petrol pump balangir.it strongly smell kerosene.
