[Resolved]  Reliance Retail — delay in delivery and installation of ac

sir, I purcahsed a window hitachi ac from relaince retail store lucknow(halwasia court, 24 mg marg hazratganj lucknow) on thursday 12/6/14.They assured me ac will be delivered on friday and installed on saturday but despite my repeated phone calls it was delivered on saturday and not installed till sunday. I therefore want to tell the reliance retailer to please install my ac as soon as possible in this hot and humid weather and request the reliance limited owner to infuse some energy in your lazy representatives. thanking you dr m faheem [protected]@gmail.com ph no-[protected]
