[Resolved] Reliance Retail Limited — washing machine | |||
I bought a whirlpool 6.2 kg fully automatic washing machine (Model no.-tl sw dc62 wne) on 18/05/2018, since installation it has problem in water cencer. I made complain to customer care on 14.07.2018 and his technician visit on 16.07.2018, he found the problem in water censor and advise it will be replaced soon as soon as we got the parts. Now, story started…after 3 days i started call to technician but he did not respond properly, his attitude and response was very frustrated. Now, i start calling to customer care of reliance digital continuously, but inspite of several calling till date 28/07/2018 my problem is as it is. My request to all, kindly do not purchase product from reliance digital and reliance retail. Reliance has no service centre and its technician is road chap. Was this information helpful? | |||
