[Resolved]  Reliance Retail — Unable to redeem Reliance One Card No [protected]

My Reliance one card no [protected]- V.C.Suseel Kumar-Mob No.[protected] As per SMS from reliance one I approached Reliance Fresh Shop at Jawahar Nagar, Kadavanthra, Kochi-682019, four or five times in last one month. But they say that my card points cannot be redeemed due to defect in the card. There are scraches in the card and so unable to redeem. Every time they say ; come next time -next time-next time, and that "next time" never comes. Actually no staff member including the supervisor does not want to help the customer, just postponing the work what they are expected to do. Pl suggest some solution.
