Dear team,
Reliance communication office says that from 8th may 2016. My old cdma card is stop and i must have purchase 4g sim.Card. But dear team i have no 4g mobile to continue service of rim.Even very nearer i have choose rcom and after that i have purchase 3g smartphone for my use.
How can this company mandately apply 4g. Can company provide me the 4g phone? Because my running mobile company don't return back after 1month of my purchase date.
Please give me the solution. I have only one option remain is i am using in 3g my smartphone for rim cdma sim. Even i am doing job in hdfc bank and [protected] is my office.Num. So you can understand i can't blocked calling service even for a minute

    I made a complaint in April 1st week regarding the lapse of repaying the refund amount. My no was[protected], Cochin, Kerala. Two calls came from different executives, but till now i have not received the amount(Rs.1000). It is almost two years since i have surrendered the instrument and charger to a nearby outlet, but at that time they said i will receive a cheque for that amount within 3-6 months. Visited them twice, still nothing happened. Hope i will get the amount soon.

      At time of port my number in reliance postpaid executive told me that they start my number in 397jalsa plan but after some days i received bill in plan 497jalsa.
      I called reliance office they told me on date of 28 apr 215 my plan changed by company from 497 to 397. But today last day of bill payment day 5 may 2015. I got call from company that my current postpaid plan is 497 mean plan not changed as per commitment of reliance.

        I having network issues in my home its in Arumbakkam Chennai. I already registered my complaints through Customer care & Chennai Reliance office too. Till there is no response.

        30th of april I again visited directly in Chennai reliance office . But one white shirt Roughed man didn't take my complaint and he is telling we are not satisfy all the customers I wouldn't take your complaint do what can you do.         in my side there is no late payment from my payment history but you guys not respondingmy Complaints. very worst customer care very worst service.By this month I will surrender my post paid.

          Respected sir/ ma'am,

          This is to bring to your kind notice that my number +[protected] was a CDMA number which had to be ported to GSM network after Reliance terminated the CDMA network in Himachal.

          I had to submit my documents three times in your office for the same and got the new SIM three times and still its not active.

          Even though all the previous dues had been cleared, still they did not port my number and they are still saying that they have pushed my number into the request list!

          I'm facing a lot of problems because of this non-serious attitude of the officials because this is my commercial business number.

          So, it's a humble request to please look into the matter and take a serious action.

            I had given a request for port in in reliance after clearing my airtel bill . Reliance khar arc gave me sim for rs 50 but did not login my form and when i called he reliance gallery they said dont teach us when to login the form or take your documents back so i called the applite of reliance to complaint the officer mr promod mathre said go to the gallery and give us a call we will speak to the gallery inspite of doing a confference call .2 twice my porting request got rejected and they have no reason for it . khar gallery person was so rude he said dont teah us we know our work is this the way to treat a customer .Please look into the issue as soon as possible.

              I purchase reliance wipod from a a person named mr shailendra contact no [protected] & [protected] [protected] . Numbers of these wipods are
              1. [protected] (Rs-1500)

              Mr shailendra approached on telephonic & told about plan. Since plan was suiting us we bought it from him. He committed to send the bill of wi-pod after activation. He collected required document & cash from office. Plan for rel no-[protected] was activated as per commitment
              Till today he did not send the bills for the above wi-pod and now refusing to give any bill.

              Request kindly investigate the matter & taje action against mr shailendra. What should be done to get the bills for the above devices?

                the reliance postpaid plan Jalsa998N with 50% discount on mobile
                no-[protected] was deactivated without any notice or prior
                communication on 04.05.2016 . On inquiring to reliance customer care i
                was told to change the plan forcefully, without specifying any reason.
                I have urgent requirement of my mobile no and I am unable to make

                said that for activation of given no you will have to change plan or

                    I've been using reliance broadband since past 3 months. I am facing a lot of stability issue with the Internet service. I have to launch a new complaint daily to reliance customer care and every day they will say that the problem will be solved within 24 hours. And no doubt the problem gets solved in 24 hours, but the network looses it's signal the 25th hour. And again the same process goes on and on and on.. in a month, they turn off the Internet at least 6-7 days and they don't even bother to give the waiver scheme. It is really frustrating that the Internet is getting disconnected every next day.

                      I was recharged my no through Rs.- 65 while i am in roaming, it gives me Rs.65 full talktime and validity of this balance is 10 days from the date of recharge. but when i make my call after recharge it cant connect. i tried too many times but it useless for me because i am on roaming. i contact to customer care but he told me this promo balance you can use only i your home location. at time of recharge it is not mentioned any where . i told to customer care but he told me only because of our promo balance policy u can use only this balance in your home location. kindly do something or transfer my balance to main balance.

                        Hii I am using [protected]. On 27/04/16 I recharged a special offer of ₹93 and got 10 gb 2g valid for 28 days. Then on 03/05/16 I recharged ₹9 3g for 1 day. On 4/05/16 l lost both the net packs and 9gb data left was lost.
                        I talked to the customer care but he said it was due to the 3g pack and dropped the phone. I am not satisfied and want my data balance back. If they had such a policy they should have informed me first before the 3g recharge.

                              I never expect such poor service from reliance and i don't know

                              To whom i conduct further step.

                              Actual problem:


                              I took new wifi connection at 26-dec-2015 with four month advance rental plan. I paid total amount of rs.3393, for rs 599 plan, not even 3month completed my connection was barred from mar 1st week, , , , , still now nobody is resolving my issues.


                              I paid rs.2840/- while taking new connection, from reliance executive ramesh and he commited that this is advance payment of four month duration plan rs.599(10gb)+tax and i won't get any payment upto 4month(Advance rental plan), since the amount is already paid. But unfortunately almost two month over since that advance payment not updated with my reliance wifi connection [protected].


                              My connection is suspended/barred due to un-billed payment after the first month, called ramesh executive and asking about the update after i received first month bill, till now he is telling that, some approval process is pending like that...


                              Due to my official work i paid rs.553 as online payment to activate immediately for first month bill . But after 30 days again my connection was barred and started getting bills, i sent many mails and reminders, spoke to customer care, appellate and nodal officers 100 times, still now my issue not resolved. They are telling backend team is working on that, will get update shortly since i didnt used more than one and half month still getting bills and my issue not solved.
                              I dont want to get bills for non-usage days and i need solution for this issue.

                              Your executive cheated me took money i have the proof since i transferred money to his bank account while taking new connection.

                              Now he is telling to pay again rs.1500 for feb and march month, after that i wont get bill for next four month...E

                              Never i have seen the worst services like reliance...

                              I am extremely unhappy to say that in spite of repeated calls to the customer service numbers the issues have not been resolved and my connectivity still is pathetic - though each time i speak to them i've been assured that the technical team is working on it and the problem will be resolved in 2-3 hours/days looks like recorded voice.


                              Why is it taking reliance so many days to even acknowledge customer issues? And simply closing the ticket without resolution and not informing.

                              Isn't it unethical of reliance to charge customers without providing the service ( i am sure both my connections will be billed for the total amount - irrespective of the fact that you are not providing promised services!) -

                              I wasted more time and money and now suffering lot of stress, frustration

                              Why is it that reliance never keeps us updated as to the status of our complaints - and we have to call and find out ?

                              I used my connection just 2 months. and 3 month connection is not provided properly, barred many times and suffered many times. however you can take my money upto 3months. you may check your record. But I paid extra money. why dont you give it back?
                              599+100(tax) =700x3months=2100. But I paied 3393. give my money back.

Moreover my customer are services doesn't transfer my phone to customer care representative. Please look into the matter. I demand the refund of money done that has been cut from main balance that has been deducted after the service i have paid for.

                                    I had done a recharge of Rs 52 which was supposed to cut down the call rates of all local/STD Reliance to Reliance mobiles to 15p/min. But even after the recharge all my local Reliance to Reliance calls were charged amost 1Rs/min.

                                    I called the customer care and they told me that its an error from their end and the will fix it ASAP. But nothing happened. I called 3-4 times and every time all they could give me were excuses. And now i am not even able to call the customer service. Its been more than 1 week since my first call and still no solution. The most frustrating thing is that i am not able to call the customer service. it gets cut all the time. i doubt if they are blocking my number.

                                      Reliance tele caller (office no [protected]) called me with 699 unlimited plan if I port there. I initiated switching from Airtel to Reliance. The plan has been explained as 699/- + service tax is all that I have to pay and everything will be unlimited except the 3G data which have a cap of 1GB and after that it will be unlimited 2G.On 7th april 2016 I had submitted my documents to their field exe. Varun (Varun-[protected], His Senior Jitender-[protected]/[protected]/[protected]) with 300/- charges for security.
                                      I had been approached telephonic for confirmation and verification and the plan has been explained as unlimited without cap.

                                      My no. was activated on 20th april. Today I want to check my online account for if bill is generated or not?. it is not generated yet. than I inquired about my plan there which is also not reflecting anything. on contacting customer care on 198 10:14 AM I was stunned to know that my voice call is caped to 4000 minutes. I tried to register my complain for the same that I had been dictated something else and sold something else, they bluntly denied to register the same. I even talked with their senior she also denied to book a complain, on asking for a interaction reference ID, she even denied to provide the same. I was feeling cheated and so helpless that I can't express it.
                                      I again logged on service portal and created a service request "account related" /"Billing Dispute" category sub head as no other option was available there but mentioned clearly in comments that I has been shown something and sold something else.docket no was "[protected] / 03-May-2016 10:53:53 "

                                      Shortly I received a call from [protected] number on 1:22 PM but there also no one is willing for hear for my plan related issue as he was not having the authority on tariff related issue. he suggested me to move to appellate and closed the request. I insist him to show his helplessness on Black & White or to forward me the closing reason and his decisions on my mail but he denied for that. Now I am thinking why they are calling but not listening in fact they are ignoring the core issue. Just for formality maintained by TRAI. They do not want to communicate in black & white.

                                      On 1:46PM I contacted on [protected] " the appellate authority". He shown good patience to hear me but with the same smoothness he denied any solution and asked me to approach the person who had approached me first and collected the documents.

                                      I want to know that they depute agencies to call on their behalf, promote their campaign approach probable customer, convince them and collect documents from them. Even reliance happily accept their forwarding/recommendations because their proxy work force is bringing business to them but when to track the in between process for any discrepancy It becomes the duty of customer to bring them to reliance for your truthfulness. why not you take initiative to bring those call records when someone on your behalf tried to trapped new business.
                                      Take those call records while verification and porting you will know who is right. Who has been cheated and who is cheater.

                                      The whole day scenario had made me feel so helpless that in this independent democratic country someone cheat us so easily. Their ignorance and arrogance indicate that the person on whose collection such business empire is formed means nothing to them.

                                      But beware this can't go long.

                                      "Dear customer your SR no[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] has been processed. Thank you for being with Reliance."
                                      Thats all. they had done their formality.

                                      what process ..., what is processed in it... They do not feel the necessity to tell the end user. they are playing the game where they are the player as well as they are the umpire.

                                      you are only maintaining your internal logs of processes but never disclose it to the person on whose concern this process is generated. Your findings and conclusions are important to me not your messages for process closure. It is me who wan, t to know what you had concluded. whether you are acknowledging my concern or not and if not the reason for not considering it.
                                      Please don't communicate the half truth.

                                      It needs courage and high moral values to judge yourself wrong and I don't think you have that courage.

                                      As for the alternate number you have my registered mail Id with you, you can communicate on it. But ironically no one is replying on it. Till now I have not received even, a single acknowledgement for any of above SR nos.
                                      I knew you are intentionally not acknowledging it on black and white because you knew it that you are wrong, you had cheated me...

                                      Why you are avoiding the mails?

                                      and the no [protected] from which you had called me at that time I was calling somewhere else. after completed my ongoing conversation I had waited much for your call but not received again. On calling back on above no I came was hearing that "please check the no. you had called".

                                      As for alternate nos. it is already with you in my initial information/documentation and as for now I do not think it appropriate to share it on a social site.

                                        I have recharged to my mobile ([protected]) for Rs.300 on 3rd Dec 2015. I made few calls with this mobile and kept this mobile in my home itself. After 3 months, suddenly I have received a SMS that my mobile balance was low. Again I have recharged my mobile, reached Reliance Customer care and requested for 6 months statement.

                                        Based on your statement provided by Reliance, I have utilized only for Rs.4.20.

                                        Again I have reached Reliance Customer Care, but there are not responding properly.

                                        Please let me know what happen for the remaining amount
